FedEx is the worst delivery company ever. They misdelivered my package, sent me an email stating it was delivered and if I had not received it, I should contact the shipper. If they followed up after my call, their picture clearly shows it's not my home. So just admit your mistake and stop asking me if I've received the package and for me to contact the shipper. They're a HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I received my delivery from Wayfair this morning. I live in a tower and when he called up I asked if he could bring it to my door - it was 50 Pounds! He said "No". I am disabled by the way. Before Covid couriers used to do their jobs, they get paid quite well to drive and drop boxes but it seems too much to ask for them do even do that. I am betting Wayfair is losing business because of them.
The driver pulled in and sat in the truck for a minute or so then he pull off without delivering my package. Tried calling customer service but not able to talk with anyone cause it's all animated and not possible to talk with a live person! If it was up to me I would have chose UPS, I hate it when I order something and the shipper decide to use fedex. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them, anything from damage boxes, damaged goods to drivers with crappy attitudes and now drivers that leave without delivering my package. I really hate this company!
On 9/11/2023 I sent a few urgent docs thru FedEx from Phoenix AZ to Los Angeles CA, Tracking Number: **************. It was a two-days delivery, supposed to be arriving at its destination on 9/14/2023. However, it has not been delivered and FedEx Customer Service is not able to give me a final date for its delivery.
On tracking the package, it is revealed that the package arrived at FedEx Bloomington CA facility on 9/12/2023, and kept sitting there till 9/16/2023. On tracking it again on 9/18/2023, it was revealed that instead og going to Los Angeles CA, it was now sitting at Perrysburg OH, travelling from west coast to east coast. Can you believe it. FedEx Customer Service has no answer for this and they are not able to give me a final date for its delivery. I spent $34.00, wasted valuable time, and most likely lost my time-sensitive docs.

I went to Fedex office and dropped off a package for overnight delivery on Saturday Sept. 9th. They said delivery already went out and it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday and charged me $155.17 for shipment. I was back at office on Monday Sept. 11th and picked up package and took it to the Orland Park Post Office. They charged me only $48.75 and it was delivered the next day. Fedex has yet to refund my charges for a package that was never delivered. When the CEO of a company makes over 13 million a year I guess $155.17 doesn't mean anything to them. To me it's theft as I picked up the package!
For the third time now FedEx has failed to deliver on time. Excuse is the 3rd party courier they use. No FedEx you have been paid to deliver it and it doesn't matter who else you employ it's still your responsibility to make sure that packages are deliverd on time. I have now had 3 delivery dates for this package and it's been in transit for 4 days inside the depot!? I will never book them to deliver anything of mine.
I called FedEx customer Service for a pickup on Wednesday. The FedEx Customer Service said it would be pickup before 2:00pm that day. No one show up. I called again and told customer service of FedEx no one show up. Just a huge waste of time.

Orderd a package they came to deliver they didn't buzz my door or send an email or text they just left it out in the open and not even 10 min later it was stolen.
Been trying to pay duties for 3 days so I can recieve my package but their system is down and everything I call the agents can't understand me and get my info correct so my payment won't go thru. At this point I guess they are just gonna return my package to sender and cost me alot of money. Never again will I ship with fed ex or purchase from a store that uses them as their shipping partner. The delivery was actually ahead of time and the delivery crew were very helpful. My door is difficult to find and the crew brought the 37 lb package inside my house.

My package left Henderson, NV on 08/29/23 and was expected to be delivered to Long Beach, CA on 09/01/23. As of 09/11/23 FedEx said it won't be delivered until 09/27/23. Looking at the tracking it shows it has been within 30 minutes of my location several times. It is supposedly in Chino Hills, CA as of today which is approximately an hour away but can't be delivered until 09/27/23. What the heck is going on? So my products are just riding around in a truck for a month. This is awful. Companies need to look into other options. I never thought anyone could be worse than the Post Office, but they are starting to look good again.
I have NEVER had a package arrive in this condition. This box looked like it fell off the truck and got ran over and then taped back together. Astonished that the delivery driver would even leave this on our porch. Customer service wasn't helpful either. The only reason I didn't leave a 1 star review is bc we haven't had an issue before.
These people no longer talk to customers either phone or via chat. I guess that what their market cap is slipping away to other companies like UPS and USPS. Fedex has become an embarrassment to themselves.
We have been waiting for two boxes to arrive for the past 5 days via Ground service. When tracking, it shows the boxes out for delivery for the past 4 days and supposedly being delivered today. The boxes hold items that are for our company family day event tomorrow.
WARNING: DO NOT use FedEx Ground for any shipments, especially in North Carolina. They are the worst.
An American company used this company to ship collectible photographs. I can report that they are dire, worse than the minimum one star. Since they are one of the most spammed companies worldwide and infamous as a logo used in phishing, I can report that the 'real' Fedex is worse than any spammer. It's no wonder they are the target of spammers - their service and customer relations is so bad that it is indistinguishable from those who try to catch you out with phishing scams. They take no responsibility for how untrustworthy their brand is. They are poor communicators and unscrupulous with your merchandise. Please avoid using them, and ensure others in your circle realise that they are unreliable if you wish to get items from place A to place B in the world. You can do better - and, trust me, you cannot do worse.
We are at home. No one even came to the door. The truck bed they left it in is 200ft from my porch and we dont drive it, it has flat tires and junk in the bed. I had to go on picture proof to find it. Such shifty service!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
Answer: FedEx left one of my packages sent by express in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) days, then delivered it to a total stranger in another town, 20 miles from where I live. Memphis, Tennessee is an air hub. If your package was shipped by air for some or all of its journey, it likely was sent to Memphis.
