My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Spent 75.00 to ship a package that was suppose to be there on the 6th of May. Tracked the package this morning it never left TX. Besides their delivers marking packages as delivered and not delivering the packages for two days. I think they are fall off. So a package that was suppose to be delivered before the recipient leaves town will now sit on their door step for a week and a whole new case will be open. This is unacceptable FEDEX. Worst Customer service in the last month too many incidents personally and with my business.
Fed Ex is the absolute worst… horrible customer service. The representative just gave me excuses and no real answers about my missing deliveries. I have two different packages that have been in my city three times in the past week only to be sent to three different states afterwards. I wish companies offered customers a choice of delivery companies because I would pay double to keep from using fed ex and their never ending loop of non delivery hell!
Why would FedEx put on the delivery site all day say it's arriving by end of day. At 615 pm they change it to read delivery pending. No date nothing. Why not just be upfront with your customers? Why lie about delivery? Tell the truth up front.
With all the porch pirates out in the world. FedEx should know better and do better at hiding the boxes. I have a dead plant on My porch in December just so they can hide the packages behind. But nope they literally leave it sitting were the whole world can see and steal! You suck fedex driver!
My packaged shipped to my apartment complex. The complex has no gate key, and our apartments are clearly marked. Instead of delivering my package, the delivery driver dumps all our packages at the leasing office...when they're closed. Then they mark the item unable to be delivered, and we/I have to go to some hub 20 miles away to pick it up. Unacceptable. There is no reason in the world why the driver could not deliver my package, other than plain laziness.

For the second time within a year, FedEx lost an item from my order. I don't know how this company is still in business. Customer service is nowhere to be found. The situation is really bad with them so frustrating had to contact the vendor and ask for a refund waited for 2 months...
I have been waiting for a Scope mount ordered 10 days ago. It was lost in the sorting facility. Then found. Stayed at that facility for 7 days. I have called at least twice a day. Keep getting promised phone calls to verify shipment arrival. Never get the phone calls. Beyond livid at this point. I will always request other shippers than fedEx from now on
They've lost my packages, delivered them to the wrong address, or when my packages actually make it to my house, they're put in the wrong place. I've contacted Fed Ex by phone at least 3 times, telling them that I want my packages delivered to my front door, & there's supposedly a note on my account telling drivers where to put the package, so I don't understand what is so hard about 1) reading the address on my package, and 2) reading the specific instructions where to deliver it. I wish companies would stop using Fed Ex as their delivery service.
2 expensive packages in 2wks look like they came through a war zone. When you see $3300 purchase show up like this it is infuriating. I will never ship through FedEx. The seller/shipper ends up giving a refund
I went with Fedex because it was cheaper than UPS. Lesson learned. Fedex tends to get the package close to where it suppose to be then drops the ball and loses the package. It's been stuck an hour away from its destination for over five business days. Really? You can't get a package to it's owner that's less than an hour away. Good Grief. All the economist are predicting Fedex will go out of business in 2023...I hope it does. Oh, and good luck getting their "so called insurance" because they never pay it out.
I've never had a good experience with FedEx their employees are rude lazy just throw everything in front of the door one time my package was stolen FedEx did nothing about it was right on camera he never delivered the package they said that he they talked to him and he lied. If any company needs to close its doors it's this one.
FedEx employee noted no one at residence at 1838hrs eastern time. Meanwhile we have been hosting a family gathering for the holidays with numerous vehicles in the yard and a dozen kids playing outside. With clear visibility of our neighbors yard there was also not an attempt to deliver to a neighbors house for the excuse of a wrong address. When reached out to FedEx customer service initially I was told they would contact the driver and have my package delivered as I notified them within 10 minutes of the false claim that was updated on my FedEx account. Driver did not return and follow up call noted it would be 2 more days before my package was attempted to deliver again. This company is absolutely miserable and I can not understand why any corporation would allow this company to deliver their goods. This company will ruin the reputation of other businesses due to Lisa poor customer service and lazy $#*! employees.

FedEx is the absolute worst parcel carrier in the whole wide world, hands down! Their booking agents are fully clueless and they do NOT even have customer service, none that I ever experienced. It doesn't matter if you email them a thousand times or call, you never get a soul! I just booked a pick up over the phone, for a client, using their account number and the brainless lady that scheduled it never mentioned a bar code label, nor sent me one to our email (how would I know when we do NOT use FedEx?) I addressed the package properly and when they came they would NOT take it saying it needs a scan bar! I've emailed and called with the confirmation number I was given and I never got a reply nor label even still! It shipped UPS!

I deal with all kinds of carriers in my business but FedEx is the absolute worst. They just dump packages toppled all over, they leave packages outside my building, they constantly block USPS mail boxes, residents cant get their mail without moving them. Then they hire a bunch of people that wreak of Marijuana and are clueless as to where they are. Don't bother complaining cause they don't care and are rude. Will never use them.

These guys are rubbish. Was astounded and very surprised to see exorbitant shipping costs whacked onto my parcel. So much so that I had them return the item to where I had purchased from. No flexibility with repackaging and no flexibility to select a cheaper postage option. Just rubbish all round. Note also that it's quite difficult to actually get in touch with the customer service - the website makes you follow a maze before you can actually find a link to send a personal message.
I had a portable air conditioner delivered to my second floor apt. I set up Fed ex. Account on line giving my delivery preferences. They were not followed. Checked and got an email few minutes after delivered. Found it outside my small apt. Building. Never buzzed any apt. (only 8 apts. So anyone would let in) Didn't follow my preferences that I wasted my time filling out. Not impressed. Why do they ask for preferences of delivery if not used... I found out later that my delivery preference were added to late (my fault) to be followed but the delivery person was NOT supposed to leave it outside. My phone number was on the box so could have called me. Fed ex said they are not supposed to leave outside building.
We wanted to send a letter from Brazil to Peru. Paid almost $100. And nothing happened. Nobody contacted us. No one came to pick up the letter. In support, everyone transfers responsibility to different departments and different countries. Absolutely terrible service. Why work at all if the work is not being done? These two terrible companies FEDEX and DHL.

What's the point of paying $100 for Express Shipping if the driver is going to claim that he made a delivery attempt and my cameras clearly show no such attempt made at that time. Fedex will also leave your packages, even expensive ones such as computers, outside on the stoop on a very busy street where it could be easily stolen! See the attached video where the fedex driver dumps a $1200 computer outside my CLOSED business and the proceeds to THROW the neighbor's package onto the porch. Unbelievable!
Literally keeps saying out for delivery and then pending delivery. The warehouse has received 1 package 2 times on different days and times; how is that even possible? Try to call, you run in circles as you cannot talk to a human being no matter what you try! FedEx has gone down the tubes! I just want my dang package!
We've seen the constant pictures and posts of FedEx stealing and not delivering items. But me being a small business owner I ordered multiple items on multiple occasions. FedEx being lazy has decided not to deliver everything sometimes. Its depending on the driver and the day. But it has cost me thousands of dollars now. I never use them and have reached out to the company using them to please switch to UPS, because this company is horrible. I have never had so many bad things happen than with FedEx. I've now had packages stolen by drivers, items not even attempted to be delivered. Not sure how they are still in business.

We live in NC and had a little bit if snow. My package was put in the truck for delivery. I watched the FedEx driver pull up to my driveway, which there was NO snow and it was 45 degrees out, and the drive way is as flat as a pancake, turn back onto the road and leave. So I got in my car and followed him and asked why he didn't stop at a house up the road. This idiot tells me my driveway looked unsafe... and refused to give me my package. So now after paying $45 in shipping to get it here on time, they just give you excuse after excuse. I do believe I will refuse to purchase anything from anywhere that uses FedEx again. This is an all the time thing and it's pathetic.
Had a customer ship an envelope next day on 8/1/23 from GA that should have been received the next day as we are about 3 hours away. The package arrived in Athens on 8/2/23 and sat there until today, 8/10/23, when my boss picked it up. No one could explain why, just that it was delayed and would be delivered "tomorrow". For 8 days!
I despise Fedex and will tell anyone who will listen to use UPS or USPS!
We are now on day 9 waiting for FedEx to ship my product to me. We have had 8 days of "operational delay" but the last day is "weather delay" because we had a short rain shower. When you call the representative is confused about which excuse they should use and they will use anything that comes to mind. Package made it from Minnesota to Oklahoma in two days but is still stuck in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the last 9 days. Very poor company to deal with or rely upon to get your products to you.
Would have given a big fat 0 if I could have. Drivers CLAIM they are delivering but aren't even stopping at the door. Sat in hallway from 8 am to 5:30 pm waiting for delivery. Never showed up, but CLAIMED they had been by at 3:15. Company believes the lying drivers. Rip off business. Use UPS instead, they are dependable.
