My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Was trying to get a package shipped to my client using his account number. Customer service and technical assistance kept bouncing me back and forth without giving me a proper answer or guidance. I finally gave up and told my client to book the shipment. It was just a waste of time and had to explain my situation to like 7 different people. Don't know how they call it customer service at all. Hope we don't have to deal with them ever

Just recently, the Fed-Ex delivery guy consistently leaves our packages by the garage where I can't see them (and are easier to steal) instead of going 10 steps more to our front door. I've told Fed-Ex. They don't care to correct it.
One of the worst ever experiences for my business and our patients. They have 2 of our parcels missing or as they said ''no idea when will be delivered'' as there are thousands of parcels stuck or lost or missing in Paris C. D. G airport for 4 weeks now. They cannot even give us a date or confirm that they still have them but ironically it's not officially lost yet... We are in the medical sector and the damage is beyond any compensation.
If I could give Fed Ex 0 stars I would. I am so upset right now. I ordered a big item from Home Depot. I am having it shipped to the store thinking that was the best plan. It comes in 2 packages. Package 1 of 2 is sitting in Tacoma and has been for 4 days while package 2 of 2 is sitting in Silverdale, WA waiting on package 1 of 2 so it can be delivered to the store.
I am tired of waiting on Fedex to get their stuff together! They told me I can't pick up my item because it is sitting at a sorting facility. So of course, I have to wait on Fedex even though I don't want to. I have no idea when if ever they will deliver the package. I guess they decide each day what they will load and forget about packages that have been sitting there for a long time. I don't know but this is beyond ridiculous. I wish companies would quit using them as their service provider!

I sent a new iPhone as a gift to a friend in Rotterdam. I insured the package. Paid 200 dollars for the service and insurance then I was charged 300 euros import tax. There was a demand to hand over the parcel personally and against signature. At 10 am the parcel was loaded into the car to the driver. At 12 there is information about the delivery to my friend. He did not receive anything. We start searching. Immediately on the site there is another information that was already delivered at 4 pm to some unknown person. On the phone, FedEx assures us that the driver left it for a neighbor on the left. All the neighbors were interviewed. The parcel is gone and there is no response from the FedEx customer service. Very poor service and all of the false stories. Up dates are not right said my package was on the truck for delivery by 8:25 or before on Sunday so I stayed home and no delivery now thy say Tuesday what's the problem why not Monday.
Rude arrogant delivery drivers driving dirty white vans all of which are subcontracted to Fedex driving too fast rude to customers and when asked to slow down they drive even faster and spin their wheels absolutely appalling and will be reported do not use this company
Delivery originally slated for Sunday, but moved to Monday, then delivered on Sunday. The package was dumped on the front lawn, two feet from the public sidewalk, but marked electronically as "delivered at the front door." Never rang the door bell. Third world quality service. Shame on you FedEx!
How does your company manage to screw up a simple delivery which was redirected all over the place?! Your app and delivery manager is the most useless form of expediting and securing delivery that I have ever experienced from any courier service. No wonder everyone sticks to the USPS for their delivery needs.
This keeps happening. I schedule for the package to be delivered when myself or a roommate are home to hear the knock and receive the order. Every time, we just happen to walk out and notice a tag on the door. Like, I get people want to finish their route asap or whatever, but you can't take two extra seconds to knock and wait when someone yells "coming" if you have to wait at all? I waited by the door all day today and heard nothing. Walk outside to see if they maybe just left it by the door and find the tag. This happening once or twice I understand, but this is a consistent issue we have with fedex. It's ridiculous.

Don’t order ANYTHING time sensitive or even slightly important through them. They just take the package and dump it at the warehouse while only driving by your house to put the “we missed you” tag up.
I will never get anything sent with fedex again. They left my parcel in the apartment lobby of my building and it was stolen. They said it was a safe place. No a lobby is not a safe place with people in and out all day. It was left right by the elevator. As you can see in the picture. They refused to take any responsibility for it or give me my money back. Do not get anything delivered by them. They dont care.
I have been waiting for 2 days for a package to be delivered. 2 days PAST the promised delivery date. They can't give me any information on where my package is or when it might be delivered. This is not the first time. Businesses beware, I will no longer conduct business with companies who use Fed Ex for shipping.
Driver left package somewhere, took pic of it on the ground as proof of delivery. That's ridiculous. Take a pic of house or Apt # dummy. Then two days to "track" it. How is the driver supposed to remember where he left it two days later? Get it together FedEx, we have computers now and it should take a minute to look up who was driver and ask same day but someone who can't match an address on a package to address they are standing in front of has something wrong with them and you may need to find out what's wrong.
Package sat in nearby depot for a week without an attempted delivery and then was returned to sender, then it was sent again and the same exact thing happened, messaging loads in the online chat had three people saying they were gonna sort it out and nothing. Now its heading back and I will have to pay again, unreal

I scheduled a pickup for yesterday, and it was meant to be picked up on the day of. No one came. So I called customer service to see if something went wrong and if it could be picked up ASAP today. The guy was hard to understand and then EXTREMELY condescending and rude. I've worked customer service for a long time, so I get the frustration, but this guy was just nasty. After awhile of getting nowhere I hung up and used the automated service to schedule another same day pickup. Hopefully this time it works out. The takeaway here is that customer service is so mean and unhelpful that it's easier to deal with robots, lol. Never using FedEx again.
Even after filing a complaint, talking to multiple managers, it seems Fed Ex does NOT take theft seriously. First, they told us that the driver realized he delivered our package to the wrong address and picked it up, but we never received it.
Then, on the next phone call when speaking about this, they had NO information that this actually happened. This means that many Fed Ex employees are IN on the scam of stealing deliveries. Lastly, even though we called several times about the NON delivery, they said it had been 10 days without locating the item, so they were closing the claim. Wait…what?! We actively were making an effort to get this resolved and they just CLOSE the claim without resolution?! What a crooked company they turned into!
AVOID using FED EX…. You'll get screwed out of your packages

I receive my 2 tires in 15/01/2022 and drivers state next day I will receive second 2 tires but from that moment nothing.
They stole my tires and nobody from there team can`t find where they are locate.
Lost my tires and they don`t want to admit something like that.

I can't believe people use FedEx to ship anything. They're more expensive than ups for everything and they are always late on deliveries. Every time someone on Amazon ships to me with FedEx I get a email to verify my address because they can't find it but they have been there 100 times. It's bs and FedEx needs to be closed. I'll personally never ship with them.
I have complained to Fedex headquarters and my local office multiple times to no avail. My packages are being left on my very busy road in all weather conditions - rain, sleet, snow, heat - and I am a senior citizen with a handicapped husband. So I have to go out and drag my packages down a long driveway. One star is too much for this poorly managed company.
Absolutely dreadful service - I only awarding one star as I was not offered the option of awarding none. Goods not delivered, live chat customer service promised calls and emails that never happened no matter how many times I asked. I would never choose to, or recommend anyone using FedEx.

Our package was to go to the local UPS Store. They were open, the FedEx driver drove by, but never even stopped to try to deliver the package. He lied and generated an exception, saying that the business was closed. The UPS Store employees have told us that this is a common occurrance. What's especially frustrating is that there is no way to let FedEx know about this, so they can take corrective action... their website does not allow you to complain about things like this, apparently.
My brother passed away on January 22,2022 I shipped some personal items to the funeral home in Florida, the items were scheduled to arrive on Friday 2-4-2022. His service was Saturday 2-5-2022 The item did not arrive until the following Monday 2-7-2022 Spoke with FedEx they said there was nothing they could do. So I'm out of $100 dollars. It probably won't hurt them but I will never use FedEx to ship again. Worst company.
We chose the option for two packages to be sent to Canada, to be returned afterwards. The price listed for sending and returning a package was about 50 euros. Two months after sending the packages, and after they were returned to us, we were charged 53 euros and then another 132, for a total of about 280.
They charged us almost three times the price given on the website. Total scammers.
