My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I agree sometimes you cant just make that delivery on time. With fedex its all the time late a few days i order some bar stools was supposed to be delivered on 07/01/22 its 07/06/22 and i still dont have them
Absolutely useless. My family sent a parcel from abroad. A lot of items of sentimental value. When contacted fedex just said they can't find it and there is nothing they can do about it! Seems like they have charged me for sending parcel and now still all the items from it. Never will use it again and would advise anyone to stay away from this company!
I live in a very small town. Which make my closest FedEx about an hour or so away from me. Add to that I am a little off the beaten path, that they choose to travel. They will send you a date an will NEVER hit the date. You can not call CS as they will only parrot back to you with the email says. I waited over a week past the time I was SUPPOSED to receive my shipment, I then called and of course can't get past the automated system.
It did finally arrive a week after the fact.
The delivery person said that it had been rescanned 7 times. Meaning it went out and went back to them several times. And only until I pitched a fit did it arrive. As I type this I am still waiting on a package that has taken over a week just to move. How they stay in business is beyond me! They mark and send emails to and say package was delivered, when it was not. They need to go belly up! I give them - x infinity!
I initiated two shipments in the same week. In both cases, I was overcharged $110.24, and $79.52 respectively. When the items were picked up for delivery they knew that the price quoted me was different than what I was charged. By the time I saw the charges on my charge card the items were already delivered. At that point when I disputed the charges, they were able to say they fulfilled their deliveries. There was no attempt to contact me or to get approval for the additional charges. There is no other business that would survive this type of customer service yet they get away with it. Never again Fed Ex.
I ordered a product and did ship alright but when the driver dropped my package off he did so along with six more packages that were not mind and belonged to several other customers in my local area. When I called over six times in trying to get the driver back to pick up these other boxes I got a total run around. So now I wound up with several boxes sitting on my front porch. Making me a target for porch pirates and unsavory type characters to worry about. I can not bring them inside due to I do not know when or if this driver is coming back to pick them up. Fedex is really letting down these other people and putting an undue stress on me.
I purchase live coral from World Wide Corals on a monthly basis today makes the second time in 4 months Fedex has had issues with on time delivery. I pay for over night service because the corals cant survive more than 24 hours in the plastic bags filled with sea water without serious damage or death usually the later. Her is the real nut buster I have had 2 other shipments from Fedex to arrive in that time period so in other words the packages that are not critical arrived on time but the over night package is delayed. Fedex has already delivered to my house once today now the y will make a second trip to deliver my over night shipment, how economically sound and efficient is that, WOW
These people no longer talk to customers either phone or via chat. I guess that what their market cap is slipping away to other companies like UPS and USPS. Fedex has become an embarrassment to themselves.

I ordered a motorcycle master cylinder rebuild kit, it sat at a regional distribution hub for over a day, was marked as being delivered early, then not delivered early or even on time. As of the writing of this review the package STILL has not moved from the regional distribution hub. Customer service lied to me multiple times stating the package was on the truck for delivery when it still had not moved. Moving forward I will happily pay extra to any other shipping provider to avoid working with an incompetent company who finds in acceptable to not meet their commitments and brazenly lie to their customers faces.
I cannot recall a single time a Fedex package has been delivered on time. You think it's coming on a certain day - and inevitably... it is rescheduled for a later date. Usually get the notification the day it is supposed to be delivered. NEVER have this problem with UPS or Amazon. USPS is actually usually earlier than expected. Hands down, worst shipping company.
The driver dumped my package in the ditch by the side of the road. Which were Omaha steaks. When I called to complain. They customer service representative told me that it was my fault for not leaving instructions were it needed to be delivered.
I will never use Fedex again. I will tell everyone I know not to use them.

How can it take 5 days to deliver a package 27 miles? This package has been sitting for the last 5 days unattended, and unmoved and is just across town. In fact, the whole delivery started in the Atlanta Metro area, 27 miles from the delivery area! And we are on day 7, with no delivery in site! I am so ANNOYED!
I am a long-time Chewy customer, and they have now lost me due to incompetent FedEx delivery. Heavy packages dumped down by the street are the issue, and I am done. A Chewy supervisor even intervened at one time, talking to FedEx directly, and that communication solved the problem temporarily. Now they are back to the same old slob behavior. I am an Amazon Prime member, and while they are always perfect, they are much, much better than FedEx. I do not want FedEx anywhere near my property, as I have had it. I'd give zero stars if able. My new motto is "If Prime doesn't have it, we don't need it."

I was told my package was going to be delivered the next day and it never showed up. I left them a specific order for when they get to me they never followed it. This has being a very awful experience. Fedex need to step up they game. Amazon make sure they call you as they at your door, Fedex just comes and then just put in the was nobody home to pick the delivery. No phone call, no text or even mail. Fedex y'all need to do better.
So disappointed. I never had an issue w/ FedEx in years. They screwed up on two shipments (Driver did not scan package and the guy at the FedEx store filled out my custom slip wrong on a separate shipment)

What a terrible service! Unbelievable! I will never use this company at all., went to customs ready to clear by item and surprisingly i was asked work permit for my 2 small bottles of supplements, very strange the service is POOR! I left my items at the airport customs and i hope you Fedex company can take it…. Am suprise!
Awful customer service. They screw up and only offer charging you more money to get your package back as their solution. Trying to get a hold of someone who can actually help you is a waste of time. They promise everything's fixed and you give them the benefit of the doubt and the continuously mess up again and again. I was told I couldn't speak to a manager or supervisor on the phone (ON THE PHONE) because of the weather. Yea you read that correctly. The manger I did finally speak to was rude and very inconsiderate. She basically mocked me and said there was nothing she could do. Spend your money elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity and use UPS or USPS. FedEx is a joke of a company and I honestly don't understand how they are still in business because I see way more bad reviews than good. I wish I looked up their reviews before I ever used them.

What a terrible communication system, wanting to pay duty. Impossible wait times waiting to speak to a person to get duty paid. Waited over an hour, i hung up. Then tried auto payment system, entered all details required the automated system then repeated all details then hung up on me before repeating last detail. This has happened before. Complained before fed ex don't care about customer complaints as nothing done.

If you try to file a claim, many different Customer service representative will give you a random excuse not to refund your money.
You can even get a different answer from a managers if you go to a fedex location.
They get away with thousand of daily fraud and nothing you can do about it.
I guest the district attorneys are busy with more important issues.
Bottom line, do not let yourself get caught in the swindling.

I'm tired of your guys $#*!. Every single time I get a delivery from FedEx I dread it because you always reschedule multiple times! And that's out for delivery every single day for more than 3 days. It's not just this package it's been multiple packages. FedEx isn't reliable to me.
Seriously their phone service is the worst I've ever encountered. The system does everything possible to keep you from talking to someone. When are companies like this going to understand that we do not want to talk to an automated system. It does not help us at all. Stop being cheap asses and actually use real people for us to talk to
I had an order that was supposed to be three days ago. It snowed and yes it's cold but I am 73 years old and have been outside in it and driving in it. Fed ex will use any excuse not to get your package there in time! Will.use.alternate method next time! Boo fedex
Your customer service center absolutely has no clue what they are doing. They lie to customers when a claim is opened and never call back. They know package was delivered to the wrong address and lie Saying they would retrieve it. I myself had to do your job for you and after telling you where my package is... you send me to a survey about my experience. Here is your experience. I'm suing you for knowing where my items are and withhold them from a customer. For not having a manager on staff to handle upset customers that gave called for 3 days straight. For escalating to the point after 6 calls today and sent to surveys telling me I need to calm down or your hanging up. No wonder ups is better. You all suck.
Fedex has become one of the worse delivery companies in the last year. They have delayed packages I've paid express shipping for. They have lost packages that I had to follow up to be replaced. They have left certain items behind that should have been delivered with others causing a later delay. Very disappointing.
My first time signed up the account with Bongo International due to few European countries do not ship goods directly to Canada. I am very pleased with Bongo professional service. I was being notified of the process of my inventory and delivery was quick. Their website is user friendly as well. Professional... thank you.
