Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

My wife is a Police officer and ordered tires and fed ex said they delivered them and my cameras don't show any one at my door or I never signed for any package … which means fedex kept my package or gave to wrong address … this is a problem for us and we expected more from fed ex … use another company if you can

The worst shipping company. Poor service. Change delivery dates on orders. Fly order cross country for no reason, then truck back 2000 miles then, leave order set for 5 days more, as they [fed-ex] changed the delivery date from the 5th to the 15th. This is the second time i have ordered items from california, set at city of industry for 3 days, then arrive[fly] to florida, then, truck, to arizona, where it sets again till their modified delivery date... i have 106 tractor trailers on the road, 100 leased to another company, and this crap will never happen with my truckers. Never use fed-ex, rating should be in minus so i rated 1 to get this to send...

How are you going to say you guarantee a day but not a time when my package was supposed to be delivered today and it was not I was really counting on getting it today because I have a guest in town and no where for them to sleep and now you can't even talk to a live person to ask questions

I contacted customer service to help my change a delivery address and he said there was nothing that can be done even though we told him no one lives at the address mistakenly put. He pretty much said too bad and when I asked for his supervisor he flat out said NO and said our conversation was done and hung up. I had my mom on a three way phone connection and she couldn't believe that had just happened either. They are constantly late, by days late. I would recommend going elsewhere. You need to hire better, more people friendly people that actually want to work and not think people calling are an inconvenience.

Said packaged delivered except I have a ring door bell and it wasn't delivered. Also said someone signed for it. No one was home and the name of the person who signed for it is unknown to me. I truly believe their workers steal the packages as so many packaged arr lost. Worst ever. If I could give them a xerox I would.

I paid extra money to manage the Fedex delivery. My nightmare started when they missed the target date. Fedex was not willing to reimburse me the extra fees that I paid. Fedex could not provide another target date. Fedex would not let me change the date and destination. All that they could offer is that I contact the seller. This is absolutely ludicrous as the package is now late with no determined date. Here are 2 words to describe my experience. Stay Away!

Ordered a heating element for my Oven on Friday 13 August 2021. Business where I ordered suggested a Monday 16 August 2021 delivery. Notice from FedEx said delivery on Sunday 15 Aug. 2021 by end of day. Sunday comes and goes with no delivery. Receive update from FedEx of Potential delay, new delivery date is now Wednesday 18 Aug 2021. Check package status this morning 18 Aug. 2021. Now I have a third delivery date of 19 Aug. 2021 by end of day. I've checked their sight and they have yet to update the transit portion so I can see where my package is since Friday 13 Aug. 2021. I hear a lot of complaints about the USPS, but I've always have been able to track my packages from start to delivery, never had anything like this where I get three different days of delivery.

Tip for consumers:
Ask shipper to use another company to deliver product.

I like using this service as it allows buying from vendors who do not ship direct to Australia. Shipping costs will be a deal breaker if they increase too much under the FedEx banner! Communication could be better eg when items have arrived at crossborder, also it seems to take quite a few days to process items but the service does ensure the packaging is secure and many items can be sent in one package so this would take time to have done.

We sent 19 boxes via Fed Ex Express from Maldives to Bali. On receiving our boxes that were held for 3 mths, many sentimental and valuable items had been stolen and many others maliciously destroyed. Much we had to throw away. We were then told to pay an extra $2000 to have our boxes released (storage fees) despite no reason to hold them. After a formal complaint was lodged 5 weeks ago, they have simply dismissed it. There is obviously a racket going on and blatant extortion. Disgraceful.

This service is a rip off. They claim they can ship cheaper than you can do yourself directly and this is simply a lie. USPS fully insured and tracked is less than half the price they quote. They only use Fedex to ship. They also offer fake discounts for promoting them on social media via the checkout facility, which offers a 5% discount but then they don't provide you with the coupon code to redeem and claim the discount.

Shipped my son a new hockey stick and guess what it never even made it out of Calgary. How does a package that is 73" tall go missing? We someone has a new stick and it is not my son. And now I have to sit and wait to see if they will honor the insurance value. Great Customer Service FedEx. Never again.

You would think a company that has been in business as long as FedEx has would have their logistics in order. My package arrived in Orlando at 6:00 this morning and I live in Orlando. The package was going to my house in Orlando. Well when it got to Orlando, It was then shipped to Davenport Florida which is an hour and 45 minutes from Orlando. They were still saying it would be delivered today by the end of the business day. Well no package. No update to when I will receive my package. And I'm sitting here wondering why the hell my package went to Davenport in the first place. Why would you send a package to Davenport after it came to Orlando which was the city it was being delivered to? I don't understand who runs logistics at FedEx but obviously they aren't up to the job. Great job with your logistics FedEx said no one ever. I can't believe how many one star reviews a company of this size has. Now it has another one.

Same Sh!t different expected delivery. On fedex truck for delivery it says 7/3/23 5:20 AM here I am at 8:25 pm no delivery. Called FedEx and after repeating myself over and over to an automated system I got a love person in the freaking Philippines! Yeah that's gonna help at first she said oh it was delivered at 5:20 am then she corrected herself and said "can you just wait until Wednesday because they won't deliver on the 4th" at that point I just hung up because fedex has never failed to miss delivery dates atleast for me. All I know is online stores need to give the consumer to options of using other methods of delivery. Fedex is absolutely the worst delivery company on the planet and they take zero accountability for their inept service. Don't buy from retailers who use fedex and by all means avoid fedex if you want to receive whT you order.

FedEx is constantly losing my stuff they deliver it to the wrong place in an apartment complex because they can't read the numbers on the buildings and the doors before they dump something off somewhere. I will not be doing any more business with themBecause twice they lost packages of mine a $70 one and a $60 oneSo I'm done with them.

Tip for consumers:
If you absolutely have to use FedEx just have them keep the package at their business in your town and go and pick it up They will hold it for 1 to 2 days I think. Personally I don't think that they deserve your business and you would be better off using UPS or the mail.

This is a review about FedEx and since they delivered my package to the wrong apartment building i am going to have to start purchasing what I got there somewhere else where it can be picked up in town the ordered items were from Chewy and I notified them about the event. but this happened before over some other package that was worth about $70 was lost . So these people cannot deliver anything They don't pay attention. They don't give a damn and they will not refund your money. FedEx that is not Chewy.

I really wish I could rate this company - 5 stars ( minus five)! It's service is so bad that I don't understand how companies with good reputation like Apple, Tesla, and Lowes ( from my experience) use this carrier to send packages to its customer! Everything gets either damage, delayed or missing. I really hate FedEx that's all I can say!

I had an incoming package, a repaired laptop that required a signature for delivery. I am one of those strange an unusual people that have a job! They refused to deliver it at a time when I was home saying they only deliver to my town around 10 AM-noon. They refused to wait five days so I could move my day off to be home to get my computer. FedEx did say I could come pick it up that day only at their distribution center, 86 miles away, about an hour before they closed. They claim they made three attempts and returned the computer to HP. HP resent it to my work address with my waiving all their responsibility for safe delivery and I feel I was lucky to get my laptop back.

Tip for consumers:
When setting up delivery and the seller/shipper will not use USPS, make sure you ask who is handling the shipping and then call the shipper to see what time of day they deliver to your area. I like the USPS as there are always hours they are open that I am off work. Besides, the USPS is cheaper and never lost any of my 400+ packages sold/bought thru eBay.

Customer service.sucks. Delivery people? Horrible. Better hope they get your address right because if they deliver to the wrong house you are just plain $#*! out of luck. I actually stopped buying products from companies that ship with Fed Ex because delivery is sketchy AT BEST. It's a crap shoot if you're going to get your package. Go ahead file a claim. See where that gets you. NO WHERE. Sent pictures of my front door to compare to the drivers picture. Not even close to being my house. CLAIM DENIED! WTF

Previously bought items all the time from the US via Amazon and paid at most $100 for expedited freight. Ordered a number of items via a US company and they cost over $550 for Bongo to send a lighter smaller package with slower delivery times.

Bongo also try to "helpfully" add a customs and duty pre-payment of $150 which I removed as I knew the order value was well below that which customs would care about.

Parcels were repacked from original good packaging into crappy bongo box which had almost no protection. They damaged some of the items inside (and the items were made out of foam!).

Complete rip-off. Do not ever use!

I just had a great experience at kinkos/fed ex for printing out my entire business cards and signage for a new office. I have gone online in the past but I needed a real 24 hour delivery time and fedex kinkos delivered it all to me fast and with amazing quality. They will match online prices too if you ask them about it.

I've had 3 separate orders over the past three weeks delayed several days through Pflugerville. Each time the delivery is "on a vehicle for delivery" for days. Two of the orders were fresh food delivered spoiled due to delay. For my business and friends, I don't recommend using FedEx for local deliveries in Round Rock.

Stay away from FedEx. Nothing but lies from day one concerning my delivery. Item picked up and traveled right through my town only to go over 500 miles out of the way. In the mean time FedEx employees telling me that item was at terminal on trailer waiting to be unloaded. This company must have a college instructing employees how to lie. All must have failed because they get caught. Stay away from FedEx, use the ole standby USPS. Horaay red, white, and blue.

Just use any other carrier other than fedex

I've had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Fedex for an international shipping and I'm going to gladly pay more for a different carrier if I can help it.

I've had to chase these people down to get my boxes out of customs - no one contacted me.

My order didn't make the delivery time - after being released from customs. I understand customs has a bunch of things that trip shipments up. No one contacted me.

My tracking # is unreliable - I don't actually know where my package is. Customer service gives me conflicting information about when and what actually happened.

I paid almost 400$ for two boxes and I'm having to figure out why they aren't doing their jobs.

Fedx constantly delivers to the wrong house. We are an elderly couple and we've had to hunt down our package. I cringe ever time it says delivered by fedx because. It happened again today 4/27/22. We have a big sign at the end of our driveway with out name and street number. Don't know how they can miss it.

I have my Nest cameras to prove it... Day 1 reported an attempt to deliver, never actually came to the house. Day 2 didn't follow given instructions to use door on our front deck where we used the pre signed papers for a delivery that needs a signature because we would be at work... Went to wrong door. Called and complained they said nothing we can do we will try again tomorrow. Called and complained to new person who says they would expedite it to get it there tonight... It's current 632pm tonight... Still waiting... We shall see..

Spoke w 15 customer service reps over span of 3 days and 7 hours on the phone. Lost package. I had to go drive to the facility and retrieve it myself.

It was a one of a kind item worth 5K. Arrived damaged when I finally found it.

All they did was give empty promises, not help at all, just apologize, and write more notes to confuse the delivery driver.

If I could drive to each reps house personally and punch them in the nose. I would happily let their children watch.
