My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. FedEx's delivery reliability can be inconsistent, with some packages experiencing delays without clear explanations. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

Fedex seems to be unable to give an accurate time of arrival for parcels. I understand that an international shipment can take a long time, but I don't understand how the delivery of a parcel can be delayed by a day every day for three days. Maybe Fedex expects us to take a week's holiday to receive a parcel? Please don't use this incompetent company that doesn't respect its customers.

Special thanks to Fedex customer service, which is almost entirely robotised and makes it very difficult to obtain even the slightest bit of information. Fedex's attempt at moderation is clearly a complete failure.

You ruined Christmas! I ordered my product Black Friday, and it has sat in your Tampa transit station since 12/12. I have called (hours) of being on the phone... I was promised delivery 12/21 and still no package! I have been hung up on, been placed on hold for ever, promised return phone calls. Finally was told too late oh your package is lost in our station... SORRY FOR YOUR LUCK.

I now have borrowed money, out on Xmas Eve shopping for a replacement at triple the price to make sure Santa arrives for my 10 year old.

Way to go FedEx... I hope you didnt screw your family out of Christmas like you have mine.

I wish I could give you ******* stars. I'm still waiting for my return phone calls. Think I'll die 1st before I receive a call back.

Fed ex damaged my package in route. Never bothered to notify me... after speaking to customer service they told me that it was my job to contact the store for a replacement even though they damaged it!

Our FedEx package was mailed 31 Jan with the promise to deliver overnight from TN to VA on 1 Feb. The package finally arrived on the afternoon of 2 Feb. When we pursued a refund, we got an annoying runaround in three phases. The clerk at the origin FedEx office stated we can get our refund by calling their *******339 number. Assistant at the 800- number told us that a refund cannot be given due to a bad weather delay in the delivery. She then told us to go on-line (*******@fedex.com) to dispute. The on-line site was also useless. This was a costly experience. We had to drive to Chesapeake, VA (in one day overnight!) to complete our tasks.

Ever try to change delivery of pkg to a pickup option, like Walgreens? It used to work, but directions on desktop Fedex make no sense. Tried for hour to move around site and do it. Broken links-When u try to proceed to next step there is no link to continue. Web savvy. I am not stupid. Insane process. Does not work. Exhausting.

Tip for consumers:
Complain to Fedex if you had a negative experience trying to navigate the site, especially in following stated directions to move a package to be delivered to you to an alternate site, like Walgreens.

Fedex is just bad and unreliable the say my package is on the way but it don't get any futher it has been deleyed four times now this is not ok it's disgusting and pathetic they are the worst invented express transportation in the world and I hate them I have been waiting for 3-4 weeks now but it should only take 3 to 5 day... do your job fedex!

The only reason they have a 1 is because I can't put a zero. No customer service help, packages that are "overnighted" take at minimum a weeks time. It also doesn't help when it is a package you actually need the next day. Overall I detest working with FedEx and I would not recommend to anyone. Go with UPS!

Package did not arrive as per email or by my agreed upon date. No human beings answer phone. Package was not delivered and seems to be lost. Managers promise call backs and never call back. They lie about how to get a representative on the phone. They lie lie lie! The worst company ever. It's too bad the CEO does nothing, hope she goes out of business. They even lied about the recipent signing for the package!

FedEx refused to refund the shipment.
They didn't deliver the package at the scheduled time so ended up getting the package at the facility.
Customer service gave different reasons why there is a delayed delivery and can't even transfer the call to Manager though I have requested multiple times. They disconnected the call intentionally.

Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend FedEx at all.

I would think if I pay $40 for overnight service you would be able to give me some kind of ballpark idea of what time you'll be to my premises to drop my package off I can't afford to nor do I want to sit home all day and wait for the FedEx man because you said my package will be here by 8:00 p.m.

It will be helpful if someone could just make the wait time a little family friendly. I have a life and I am a productive member of society I value my time I wish FedEx did.

The order arrived on time, always liked that about Bongo. For me, the downside would be the price, I think the rates are a bit high, however, I like that Bongo doesn't make you pay a membership fee every month, like many other freight forwarders do.

I have been waiting for a package ALL day. Called numerous times and was told my package for my small business payroll would be delivered today by 4:30. Customer service told me they could see it was on a truck and they would let the driver know to be here before 4:30 so I could get to the bank on time. Never showed up and then I am told it was not out for delivery. It s still in Nashville and I can go get it. Its over a hour away. I will never never never ever ship with FedEx again. This was really important to me and my business.

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust FedEx will deliver your packages on time. And no one in customer service will tell you the truth.

Ordered online for just over $20.00. I was skeptical about the quality and the card thickness. I did not want the cheap flimsy card stock. My order was received yesterday and the custom graphics I sent and matte finish with logo are SUPERIOR. Card thickness is thicker than the business cards I received from my local printer a few years back. For price, speed, and quality FEDEX has won my future business. A+

I ordered a sofa through amazon and was delivered through fedex. For 4 days they said they "attempted" to deliver the package but the client wasn't available, weird because i work from home, waited for them outside for 3 days in a row and they never got closed to my building. It was very frustrating trying to connect with the driver to help bring up the package but its fake attempts were very unprofessional. I ended up hiring another company to pick it up after paying $70 for delivery fees. This company is ridiculous and their drivers are very unprofessional! Do not use this company! Amazon would've delivered this the next day!

Do not order big stuff through fedex, they won't deliver it

Despite delivery instructions online these subcontractors, not employees, do what they want and deliver my parcels outside my security gate on the street for people to steal. No other delivery service does that. If pkg isn't stolen it's left in the rain, not in a safe dry place called a porch by my front door of my home. They also lie saying they left pkg by garage. Picture clearly shows outside gate and garage is part of home. That's how ignorant they are.

A delivery driver took a package off my porch that had been delivered by ups when he delivered a package. I reported it and nothing was done, they were avoiding the issue and unwilling to do anything about it. I filed a complaint with the better business burrow and the case was closed without any notification. The way I see it it is a crooked system altogether. I am out $67.00 for the cost of the package that was taken with no recourse, one day they will have to answer.

Never a delivery when they say it is due to deliver. Trying to track a package but it supposedly hasn't moved in 6 days due to a weather delay. For 6 days, really? Either they lost it or it was dumped in a river by a lunatic driver. A live rep with any answers? Good luck and F**k you is how I feel Fedex feels about that. Wish I could rate them minus 10.

FedEx delivered a package in June 17th, 2021 which was a PS5 game console ordered through Walmart. The package was not delivered correctly and left in a unsafe area. The package was also signed by the delivery driver whom did not follow directions to deliver the package to my door where my ring camera is located. I have reached out to FedEx multiple times to only be told "I will receive a call back". No call back to me has been made, and I am getting nowhere with this "investigation" of my package. If you are expecting a delivery of significant value I highly recommend ordering it through a company that does not use FedEx as 3rd party vendor to deliver your package.

Tip for consumers:
FedEx deliveries are not recommended.

Very Very carelessness of delivering consistently wrong delivery of important documents parcel. Also taking pic of door steps doesn't prove anything till it shows house numbers in the pic. Useless and garbage services. Never ever again. Loosers.

Instead of taking another 5 seconds to leave the box less visible, it was left front and center in the most visible place, as if to invite the porch pirates to take it! All they had to do was slide it behind the columns and it would have been far less visible. Have complained directly to FedEx, doesn't seem to make a difference.

I'm a home health caregiver for an older person with MS. He gets frozen meals delivered & after FedEx mix up on the address, the food box was delivered to his apartment with a foul smell. I opened it & nearly passed out from the smell of rotted food. Over a week, frozen food not kept frozen, unknown where it had been, was then delivered to a house of a sick person. The nerve of leaving boxes that stink of rotting food outside & a week late.

Tip for consumers:
Never again & even on the phone, you can't understand some of the people at FedEx. I can't understand other languages than English. Sorry.

Spent hours trying to speak to a real person, while trying to track my parcel which was late as usual, the tracking system telling me it will be delivered that day to my house in England while it was still sitting in the USA. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last 3 weeks. You get no response to emails, or from the complaints team. The worst company i have ever dealt with

Spoke to three different people about a delivery issue- got 3 completely different stories. I received a text that the package would be late, within seconds- a text that it was already delivered. One operator told me to go and pick it up. I went- they had no idea why I was there and said it was being redelivered. Lost work hours and a ton of frustration. They simply do not know what they are doing.

I am a disabled woman how happens to live on the 3rd for of an apartment building. This is not the first time but hopefully will be the last. The drivers refuse to bring my packages up to my apartment or even to my door. Yet UPS never asks just brings everything straight up to me. FEDEX you need to hire drivers who care. Take so lessons from UPS!

for heavy items do not use call UPS.

I don't think I've ever had a package arrive on the estimated delivery date.
Another day passed without my package arriving. This is EVERY time.
Daily I get an email in the morning saying out for delivery, and daily in the evening I get an email telling me the delivery date was rescheduled.
Just brutal.
