FedEx is constantly losing my stuff they deliver it to the wrong place in an apartment complex because they can't read the numbers on the buildings and the doors before they dump something off somewhere. I will not be doing any more business with themBecause twice they lost packages of mine a $70 one and a $60 oneSo I'm done with them.
Every time i call in, i receive different information about what i can and cannot do with my packages. When i attempt to escalate to a manager, I was advised by the representative that they have been instructed to NOT transfer calls to supervisors. Rather than allow me to reschedule a delivery, they are returning my packages to the shipper. Horrible customer service and policies.
Eventually had to go the FedEx office and pick my package up. Turns out our neighborhood is near the end of their daily route, and by the time they got close it was too close to quitting time so they headed back to the barn and kept scheduling the delivery for the next day. Meanwhile I have to stay home so I can sign. Unbelievable.
Yesterday (Monday) - I was told that my package was out for delivery so I waited all day because I have to sign for it. It never arrived although we saw the Fedex van driving around our neighborhood.
Today (Tuesday) - Fedex says this is the new delivery date and that my package is again out for delivery. Again I had to hang around all day. Again no delivery. Again we saw the van in our neighborhood. It never came down our street. Does the driver not know how to read a map?

Fedex has become a hit or miss delivery service. A real coin toss if you get your package on tkmeor not or not at all. Over a month ago they lost my $1400 phone and still looking for it. Now I'm waiting on another pricey item that's couple days late. I don't understand why people use them as if the package isn't late it may not show up at all. Every day that I call about the where abouts of my package they say the same thing "it's on the way to the next stop and I'll get it today. BS

They never deliver on time they use excuses like (Address) address unknown sorry lived here 20 years or (pending) running late or (rescheduling) don't have reason. I get txt message everyday they are going to deliver then get another saying delayed till next day. I have received 10 messages in 4 days and still no package now received another message saying delivery is set for Tuesday I'm not holding my breath

On March 2 I mailed an important document to be delivered by March 4. It was not delivered until March 8. In the meantime, I spent more money to send it again. I called FedEx to get a refund back in March and they said to wait a few weeks. I forgot about it until May and then called back. After speaking to 4, yes 4, different people in 4 different departments I was told that my window to file for a refund had expired. Apparently, I had only two weeks. Was I told this in March when I initially called? NO. The FedEx guarantee is worthless. Never again.
I have a service company and one of my trucks broke down, so I had to order a radiator which was delivered by FedEx. When the radiator came, the first thing I noticed was the box was ripped and damaged. Before I even opened the box, I took pictures and then when it was opened the radiator was broken. Of course there is no way to reach out to talk with a live person. So I filed a complaint, and of course I haven't heard anything about this yet. This is not the first time I received damaged items delivered by FedEx. In my opinion this is the worst delivery company it is. No use to complain, because they will never get back to you, the company that I ordered the radiator from sent me a replacement (rushed) by UPS and it came on time with NO damage.
Absolutely incompetent. Used a "damaged label" excuse twice to add 1-2 day delays. Tried to change it to a pickup instead of a delivery where the pickup site was only 10 miles from the logistics center, and the automated response added another 2 days to the delivery date. Are you kidding? The website is horrible. It took my wife almost 2 hours just to set up the delivery in the first place because every option times out and isn't available. They just revert to the covid excuse even though the majority of their problems are resulting from automated systems failing to perform. Do yourself a favor and use any other shipping company before FedEx.
Walmart uses Fedx and they are notorious for delivering to anywhere they find a package. Oops. Missed that house. I'll just leave it here so it's off my truck. You suck, Fedx. You finally found a driver who thinks. Don't let her go. She took a picture of my house and said it will show up now when my address is punched in. About time.
I ordered 2 packages on the same day. Paid for 2 day shipping on both. One from the west coast and one from the mid west. Today the California package arrived, a day late but understandable give the state of things. What has me irate is that the other package sat in the same center as the one that arrived today, not for 1 day but 2. It is now Friday (4 days after the package left the shop) and the emergency repair parts I need won't be in until Monday at the very least. No refund, nothing done about it just a half hearted sorry. If you're going to offer a service at least make an effort. I would not have been mad if the package was going to be here tomorrow, but they don't do weekends at the FedEx.

I sent a package from Houston, TX to Ft. Pierce, FL. It weighed 60 lbs. It cost $200.00 to send it on 12/8/22. The lazy delivery person intentionally went to the door with the wrong package. Returned to his FedEx truck and the drove off WITH the package still in his truck. Are there NO MEN to do this work? Or only dope heads in FedEx's employ?
My son in law is a huge Minnesota Vikings fan and I ordered a Helga hat for him for Christmas. The hat never arrived, BongoUS was so professional, they tried their best to find the hat. But sadly the company I ordered from simply ran out. My refund was quick and efficient. Would use BongoUS anytime. Thank you.
I live outside of Seattle WA. For the past several months I have had 3 deliveries that need an adult signature. Once the delivery gets to the Seattle area is goes back and forth to 2 different sites and I usually have to wait a week to get it delivered. That is my problem today. I am waiting and waiting and waiting. No one to call.
I will only try to use UPS from now on.
I have never used a delivery service with such terrible delivery time. I ordered a new skate board last tuesday and the tracking said it would be there on Friday. I thought great, but then they switched it too Sunday due to weather. I thought that is fine, still decently quick. But then they switched it to Monday, then Tuesday on until Thursday whereas this point im not even sure if i will get my package and im just worried that i wasted 56 dollars. Its incredible how even though it came from Florida, Which is a 11h drive to where i live, becomes over a week to deliver. Its complete nonsense.
They mark your package as delay because they "intent to deliver and no one is home", LIES I was home, actually they deliver one package in the morning. Apparently, they forgot this one and mark it as it show in the picture below. They don't even appear near your home on delivery date. Packages are always one or two days behind.
It happened with me and my aunt. We paid for international priority shipment for a power of attorney. It gets stuck in customs for weeks. Probably because they lump it with other parcels which need clearance. On top of that there is no update on date of delivery. My documents were time sensitive because they needed to be produced in court. They were not delivered on time.
