My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. FedEx's delivery reliability can be inconsistent, with some packages experiencing delays without clear explanations. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday 5. 12. 2020. Update showed package leaving distribution center 25 minutes away from my house at 4:32 am. At 8pm Updates show my package is running late and will not be delivered. What?! Someone could have walked it to my house in 15 hours this is crazy. Then today 5. 13. 2020 I check the status and now it shows a message at 6:08am yesterday that it could not be delivered due to weather or natural disaster. It was sunny and 53 degrees out, I call BS! Your staff, your logging system, and your Company clearly lie and give misinformation and can not be trusted! I will be letting everyone I know of my experience.
About two weeks ago FedEx delivered a box to me with the box busted open and liquid laundry detergent running out onto the ground. A week ago I had a box on the truck out for delivery, the box was damaged and returned to seller. The box had 18 lbs of salt. I ordered the same again from WalMart and the box again got to the delivery truck out for delivery and the box was damaged and sent back to I don't know where. Today(3/29/22 tracking shows it to still be on the delivery truck out for delivery. Calling FedEx customer service does not help. I wish WalMart would use a different delivery service. To date I have never had a problem with UPS.

I sent presents for my parents and one month is gone and they still haven't received anything. The parcel is still at the border, they call EVERY DAY and they are continuously subject to taunting with every possible excuse on why the package is still there, or being told to call again after 7pm but the office closes at 6.30pm! I have never had these problems with other couriers. You are a joke, your customer service is a joke, you are going bust very soon and you deserve it.

I have had several items lost by FedEx and their customer service is horrible. They can never give you details of where your package is at and if it remains in the distribution department for weeks even months. I have canceled several packages because they can never locate them. It is very disappointing. Not using FedEx services ever again.
It baffles me that a FedEx driver would deliver a package that clearly displays a correct delivery address to a completely wrong address. And that the driver would leave the package on the dock in the back of the building at the wrong address (which is two blocks away on a different street). The person who runs the front desk at the building happened to spot the package before it was stolen, thankfully, and called me. She told me this happens frequently with FedEx. I contacted the company that shipped my package via FedEx and urged them to switch to UPS.
I frequent a few sites that only use fedex for rushed shipping. I have paid 20+ dollars multiple times for a next or two day delivery. Every time, every time, my package gets delayed and arrives past the free option I should have taken. I am starting to think that fedex only has one delivery service that they use for every option they offer.
I would advise against using fedex if you want anything quick, or on time even. UPS, USPS, DHL, Bestbuys personal delivery service, and amazon delivery are all better options.

Can't give me an estimate of when my package will arrive. Doesn't accept my address as a valid address. Sent my package to the town next to me, then they sent it two states away for "custom clearing" and said my package would arrive the next day before noon, then they sent it back to the town next to me where it's still in "clearance" and it didn't arrive when they said it would and they now say they have no idea when it will arrive. Worst experience with a shipping company ever, they have no idea what they're doing and they operate like a box of rocks

After having met lots of problems with other shippers, I decided to work with Bongo.
Believe me: everything went smoothly from the begining to the end and I received my goods in excellent condition two days before the foreseen delivery date.
Congrats to all Bongo staff members.
My package said delivered but when you check the history it's showing that it's still at the facility. Called the facility no one can located my package. What kind do scamming you guys have going on? The craziest thing is that they charge you for your package to reach its destination by a certain day and still no package. You guys need to refund me my money plus what I have in the package is not replaceable I will never use you guys again!
Do you have delivery drivers that can read working for you? My item was delivered to an address that was no where near me... the address was clearly on the label... if you aren't delivering to the wrong address, it usually takes 3 times longer to receive a package than with UPS or USPS... I really hate when my item are shipped FedEx

I honestly don't know how fedex is still in busness. Out of all the shipping companies that I have used ups, usps, DHL, and FedEx. FedEx has to be the worst. They deliver at weird hours, and deliver a minimum of 3 days late. My packages routinely sit in shipping facilities for days before moving. The prices are ridiculous for most packages and to top it off the packages look like they went through a rock mill by the time the get to the destination.
Fedex has absolutely lost their ability to affectively ship items. Two shipments in less than a month that arrived at a location and sat for days. No status, fedez doesn't know what's happening and they go from arriving today to arriving tomorrow to no status at all. If at all possible I'll never use them again.
Apparently, I've had an item ordered online and was shipped through FedEx, it was supposed to be delivered in two days. Two days later, I did not receive my delivery, I've also checked my tracking number for the item and it said delivered and signed. The problem was I've never signed anything and never received my delivery, so the possible conclusion was that my delivery had been sent to the wrong address. I've contacted FedEx customer service about this situation and they had agreed to my statement; they had delivered it to the wrong address, but they also said they are investigating and looking into this matter. I hope my problem gets resolved soon and also receive my delivery.
Ordered my dog food from Chewy. Shipped by Fed Ex, says was delivered, was not. Chewy replaced my order, again Fed Ex says delivered, was not. Now Chewy won't ship another order, my dogs are out of food. Thanks Fed Ex for pathetic service. Chewy won't ship again because the same thing could happen.
Upon delivery of the wrong package, customer service doesn't let me speak to a person, once I provide the tracking number the automated service hangs up - adding insult to injury.

I had a package that was gonna be delivered by them, I requested a vacation hold trough a phone call for the 15th of February, i keept receiving messages that my package will be delivered on the 8th eveb tough I called them to request the hold. I called everything and they confirmed everyday that my package will be delivered on the 15th not the 8th I trusted the process even though I keept geeting the notifications from them. Now my package is left on the streets on the 8th of February, no one is home, and no one will be home till the 15th. Maybe by that time my package will be stolen and I'm gonna have to sue them for the poor service. And also for my mattress being left outside, or get stolen.

Delivered package to the wrong address. Fortunately, the homeowner called me and I went over and picked the package up. Last week the driver failed to ring the doorbell. I had signed up for FedEx tracking and as soon as I got the text saying the package had been delivered I went outside to retrieve it. It had already been stolen off of the porch.
When I called FedEx customer service to bring it to their attention the customer service representative advised me that "drivers are not required to ring the doorbell". And yet they have time to take a photo of the package sitting on the porch.
Worst company ever and I'm going to advise retailers that I'm not going to do business with them if they use FedEx as the delivery company.
I don't have these problems with United Parcel Service or the US Postal Service.
They promised me my package would be here on schedule. So I took a day off work so I can sign on it. And got updates from customer service saying it will be here on time. Well missed a day of work for nothing. Wish I knew earlier. Wouldn't have been waiting.

Run away from fedex. I am about to missed a funeral because of fedEx poor customer service.fedex only know how to get your money but don't know how to provide a good service. I am giving 1 out 5 because you can't submit the review with zero.
My fiance gifted and sent me a gorgeous glass rose and some delivery guy just tossed it at my door, it even had a fragile sticker on it! I was devastated when I opened it and cried at the state of it, shattered into pieces! Avoid this shipping service at all times!
Our business has an account with FedEx. That does not seem to matter. I have waited a week for a pickup. I have a tracking number and also a customer pick up number because they did not pick up the first time they were scheduled. I have lost a week of shipping for my business when I really did not have a week to spare. I will now try UPS to see if they are interested in functioning as a reputable business.

The Fed ex delivery drivers are notorious for leaving our shipments at the front entrance where they are likely to be stolen. I yelled up to the driver was he coming down stairs with my box (after he attempted to leave my delivery up three flights of steps (88lbs) He got an attitude and by the time he came down my box was busted wide open. I told him thank you and he wouldn't even look at me and walked off.
Received a delivery via FED EX on 1-16-19. I have a gated entry with a call box. Not only did the driver NOT use the call box to let me know he was there, the next day I notice my call box leaning, I barely touch it and it falls over. Has a white mark on the edge of the black box. I call FED EX, they tell me he is a new driver and that the claims rep will contact me. After 2 months, they say they won't pay because I can't prove their driver did it. I live on a back-country very low traffic road. And no, I don't have a camera on it. In the 20 years I have lived here, my gate has been damaged twice, this one and once before, yes, by FED EX. That driver was honest and FED EX paid the claim. Guess we know why FED EX is so profitable. BEWARE, they don't train their drivers or strive to make good on damage done.
They keep delivering my neighbors' packages to my house and now I have this real heavy item in a box on my front porch. Called the 800 number AGAIN to report this. Said they will be buy to get it and bring it to the right house... still there. And a prior time I tried to get the driver's attention after he did this but he ignored me and sped away. I have in the past just brought the package to my neighbor's yard but no more. That's their job and like I said the item is very heavy... and me and those neighbors aren't on friendly terms either and this could make it worse
I went to the FedEx store to mail a package to Bogota Colombia. This is the first package I have mailed to Bogota and my son will be living there for 2 years so I will be mailing more packages. I had heard that a lot of packages get lost or are undelivered. This was mailed to arrive on 7/15/22 and it did arrive and my son received his package.
