My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Second delivery by this company - the first took a week and a half to deliver from their local depot as so say the address was incomplete - certainly there was nothing wrong with the address on the label once it was delivered. Second parcel - same excuse but already 3 days late with further excuses for non delivery- my advice is don't use this company and indeed I shall be asking companies not to use them for my deliveries in the future - they are too much hassle!
Delays. Different delivery dates. My package was in the state where the package was to be delivered in the A.M. then left the state 12 hours later. No customer service available to assist. I needed the product for a birthday party but missed it. Now hoping to receive in time before my vacation. HORRIBLE!

I don't have a good experience with FedEx. I had a package that required a signature. I live on the third floor in a condominium. FedEx has such poor communication skills. Apparently, a delivery person knocked on my door and left. I called customer service and they don't want to take the responsibility or pass on my message about making it easier to communicate rather than just knocking on the door, using a phone number or email address to notify or nification.
On top of taking more than 10 days to get my package that were just documents, the system was giving us the wrong information all the time. They put you on hold by phone for so long so that way they avoid giving you a refund. I do not recommend FedEx at all. After waiting 10 days for my package and dealing with wrong info about the status of my package I offered them to go and pick it myself but they wasn't willing to help and they got none to go to the facility to give me my package. I spoke with 5 different representatives and they gave me wrong info as well, they told me there was no manager or supervisor I could talk with. Not even on call. Save your time, money and avoid stressing to the point you could lose your mind with these people. I'm not using this company never again.
I tried to ship a part back to Rock Auto. FedEx shipped it to the wrong location. Sorry about your luck not their fault is what I was told. I was actually told "Well we did our job and delivered the package". What? You delivered it to the wrong address. Called customer service and was berated by Donna and Darlene. Darlene actually hung up on me. Date and time of call 8/16/19@ 4:00-5:00 pm. I have filled a complaint with The Attorney General of Michigan. Not holding my breathe.
The last 2 xs I've expected a package from fed ex, it's always the same problem. Scheduled Date ALWAYS gets pushed back. This time it's been pushed back already 3 xs this week. They can never get it together. I wish I could pick the carrier on some of the stores I order from because fed ex is not it!
FedEx has a repeating issue every time I use them, and it seems most others have the same problem. Every time I have had them handle my orders... not by choice... they have delivered the package late. Sometimes it's days late. One example is a cologne i had bought, and the expected delivery date was March 23. I didn't receive it til the 3rd of April. This company is terrible at being on time.

I had no problem with accessing the necessary forms. The site works well. I have not yet put any parcels through Bongo, that will happen in another few days. Will put in a review of the entire service at that time.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Still haven't gotten overnight package and now day 4 has passed. At least a day, if not 3 at each shipping hub. It's March no holidays around and no bad weather. Where is my package! Don't ship FedEx!

I need to change the day and time of delivery because of course, I missed the time the package arrived (after telling me it would be at a different time) and FedEx Delivery Manager doesn't work on the website or app, saying "I have already been enrolled in Deliver Manager" What does that mean? The website is as terrible as the app and I realized, customers will never have control over our packages. Just have to hope for the best I guess. Unreal.
They take your money when you expedite a package and it has been over 15 days and I still do not have my package not to mention the sorry company cannot tell me where my package is. Like why the hell you give me a tracking number and you cannot track it. Please do not used FedEx use another carrier.

My latest experience with these fools is handling an order of mine that they were supposed to pick up on Friday to be delivered this Monday. Now find out they didn't pick it up from the merchant until Sunday evening to be delivered Wednesday. Should rename as Fed not express and worse than USPS.
Please don't trust FedEx customer service. Even they told you something they will not do it. They delivered my packages to the wrong address. When my packages was shipped i received my tracking information from FedEx and saw the address was wrong, I called the shipper who was Wayfair, the Wayfair agent called FedEx and was asking for an address correction. The FedEx agent told us the address was changed and will receive my packages to my address. After 2 days, FedEx delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address because the agent didn't change nothing, I called them again because it was 6 packages, after 1 days they delivered 2 of them to my address and still delivered the other 2 to a wrong address. I spent $830 in these items and was waiting for them. Now they refuse to retrieve my items and bring them to me. The last person I spoke with was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never buy from Wayfair again because they seem they have only FedEx as their shipping company.
Atrocious customer service, with a completely useless website that does anything but help the customer. Why is it so hard to simply speak with a human, who could actually help, unlike your robo directory.
They refused to leave the box at the PO. Then they promised a truck to deliver it to me directly. Never happened. Next let's send it to a station. Nope. Box too big. I ended up spending an hour at the warehouse while they searched for it. 1 week later I finally have it. I will NEVER use them again. I get that they are busy. But the LIES they told me and Wayfair are too much.
The website is easy to navigate and offers many options and information for handling international shipping, a lot of steps to follow for customs controls like Fedex Insight. I like it, it is just slow sometimes. Recommendable for managing real time international shipping. I think it is better than the competitors. Go on Fedex.

I stopped using UPS for shipping as their drivers don't give a #$% about your packages. So I thought let's try fedex... first shipment with them and it's been delayed 3 times, was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of the month it is now supposed to be delivered on the 10th. Called customer service 3 times( call center located in Manila) and I get yes it's delayed no sorry no this is the reason no let me see if I can get you a percentage of your shipping reimbursed NOTHING... this is the last time I will EVER use this trash company I give them 0 stars I hate the fact that nobody takes pride or responsibility for their work these day... so unhappy

Apparently they delivered an order from an online company and NEVER dropped it off at my house. I received notifications via phone on THREE consecutive days that they are delivering my package and IT NEVER showed up. So one of the drivers must have taken it and signed it as delivered. The company (Stealth Angel Survival) will not return my money. And I am unable to contact FedEx. There is NO customer service, no phone number, no NOTHING. I did receive a non-monitored email from F/E stating they completed my order and they are done with me. I despise this company. This is NOT the first time this company did not deliver an order for me or my husband. But this time I have not been able to either get my money back or a new package. So I am out over $120. If anybody has their number I would appreciate the help.

So I signed up for the automated service, to know when a group of large packages would arrive. I need my husband here to help lift the couch that is being delivered. The automated service says that it would be delivered today before 12:30pm. The tracking number says tomorrow. Call FEDEx automated it still says today. It's now 2:45pm. Called the office her in my town and they said it would be tomorrow. So now my husband has taken off work, we have waited here all day and it won't be delivered until tomorrow. So who pays my husband's wages for a days missed work for their crappy system? Anyone for a class action suit!?! I'm ready! Things have to change! They are worse the USPS! Today is 5/18— so yeah won't be here until 5/19. And FED ex operators are way less than helpful.
I absolutely hate fedex. Have had multiple problems with receiving packages. Tracking is all but helpful since the estimated delivery date changes daily. On a few occasions the driver will pass my stop saying no one is home when im actually home. They don't even stop and will completely bypass my delivery. Currently have a package sitting at a facility for 3 days with not update. Called customer service who tells me it held because it was marked to be delivered a different day. If thats the case FEDEX dont list it as coming early if thats not even a possibility. Wtf I stayed home the past two days for nothing. They also leave the package in my f*n driveway and not the front door. $500 chair left in the rain that anyone can take. I will never us fedex if I can help it and will avoid any business that even uses it as best as i can!
FedEx used to be good. This year 2022 I have not had one delivery on time. My current delivery consists of two separate packages. Both packages had arrived at the last sorting facility before my local FedEx warehouse. That was Friday, today on Tuesday one package is still at the sorting facility, hasn't moved since Friday, the other package did move, it's now 2500 miles away on the other side of the country. Both packages should have been delivered last Friday. Received the last update Friday afternoon showing delivery for Saturday, local FedEx contractor doesn't deliver on Saturday. I was expecting an update to Monday which never came. In fact no more updates since Friday and the app stopped working on Saturday and still doesn't work! FedEx seems to have found the business model to self destruct...
I made a purchase from Amazon and it was shipped by you supposedly you sent me 4 different delivery dates 4/1/22-4/2/22 4/4/22 4/5/22 never received anything so I called your business and was told it was never shipped out of the warehouse in California the order info you sent me said it shipped out 3/29/22. All you did was lie to me. I closed all of my accounts with Amazon because of you people. I know you could care less but my wife's office uses you everyday but they are changing to ups. I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows how sorry you people are. You not only have given Amazon a bad name but the person I purchased the product from also! You people are dishonest and suck!
It's so irritating to have to track your package every day because with FedEx, there's no telling if it changed overnight. It said my package was supposed to be here on May 1st, then changed to May 8, then changed to May 10, & lastly it changed to May 11. It's been in my city for 2 days, am I ever going to get my $#*! or what? Then if you ask for them to just hold it so you can pick it up yourself, it takes them 24 hours to "redirect" that? So difficult and so irritating when you've been waiting for your package to come in and they keep changing it every damn day.
I was so up sad about the moment I got home and found out that there was no delivery packages out side of my Apt door as they mentioned delivered. I even asked my family of any delivery person notify about packages deliver…, and their answer was Noap!
Later, I found that the delivery person updated proof of pictures as a delivered that wasn't my Apt door at all, though the door color is slightly same. To be honest my Apt is very safe for the package delivery and there is a camera in front of the Apt door so, where the hell it delivered?
This isn't the first time happened as I read other customers reviews; so Fedex really need to concern with this matter. Coz we don't deserve this again…
I have an animal that was supposed to be shipped yesterday morning & they let it sit in the Menphis facility for 24hrs!

Spent $25 extra at $#*!'s Sporting Goods to have an item fedexed next day from California to Arizona. That was 4 days ago and the item hasn't even left the California FedEx building yet. Just awful, awful service. I'm done with FedEx. Too bad because I have a business account with them, but after too many broken promises, I'll be switching to UPS.
