Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

This is the worst shipping experience I've had in my entire life.
Wow! The bad customer service and the level of incompetence are simply unbelievable. I have been trying to arrange a simple package pickup for 2 weeks. You'd think this should be a simple task, but it's proven impossible for FedEx. I spoke with 10 different customer service reps on the phone, I was told to go to a local store to arrange it, but the store manager told me they couldn't do that, and that I needed to call their customer service back, I spoke with more people including managers on the phone. After 10 days of this nonsense, I was finally told that I needed to open a FedEx account to schedule a pick up. I did that. They processed my request and gave me a tracking number for the package. After a few days, I tried to check the status of the shipment, and no information was available. I called customer service again to be told that oh yeah- we will pick up today. The address she read back to me was incorrect, she couldn't tell me anything else about the shipment and when I started asking more questions, she hung up on me. I called back and had to talk to two other people who again had no idea what was going on. I am honestly shocked by all this. Companies deliver packages with drones these days and FedEx can't arrange a simple pickup?! I wouldn't have believed this if I didn't experience it firsthand. In the end, I hired a college girl on TaskRabbit who picked up my package, went to a UPS store, and shipped it in less than an hour.

80 % off the time they do not deliver on time! Worse company to ship! I own a shop and all the time they just send the package to different address, lose the package, left in truck or office but all the time something happens! 26 years experience with my shop and allá the time this guys has pretty bad service! When I ship something I use UPS exceptionally service all the time, the problem is when I order something and they sends trough this bad fedex service! If you can use a different company I do recommend, no buddy can trust with this guys, and you can't talk or comunícate with them, only trough virtual computers so they can't really answer or help you!

I needed my passport to travel to the UK to study at University. A Hurricane hit Puerto Rico and Fedex refused to take an alternate route to my island which consequently caused me to miss my place at university. The costumer service showed no remorse and I have to go through the whole application process again next year.

Graduated from a college in town, the delivery date was pushed back twice despite being located IN THE SAME TOWN and ~30 km away. FedEx refused to allow me to pick up my package ahead of time. Customer service was polite and friendly, I'm sure they're far too underpaid to be working for this corporation. Thanks, FedEx!

It is my firm belief that a Fedex driver stole my shipment. It never arrived BUT Fedex claims it was delivered. I have no doubt that the Fedex driver that supposedly delivered it is either enjoying my gas grille or sold it for a profit. I would give Fedex ZERO stars.

I often get packages from FedEx, 90% of the time they are either stolen, HEAVILY damaged, or I get incorrect tracking information from the site. Though I may mention that I have never called FedEx in terms of getting information which could lead to why I get incorrect information when tracking on the website. I ordered something and when I was informed that it was delivered, it said it was right infront of my door. I checked all around my house, asked the neighbors, and looked in hidden places, it was not there. I called them many times about my package and they did absolutely nothing about it. This had happened twice. Other packages I have received from FedEx had major dents, packages were already opened, products were open also, etc. This is why I wish it was possible to choose what carrier we receive from, FedEx should do something about their workers because it is tiring to receive so many damaged packages.

FedEx has once again - 1st missed the time frame for delivery and then 2nd missed the whole day. This is the 7th consecutive time they missed their projections. In 5 of the 7 cases I called them to complain. They assured me that my package was out for delivery. WRONG! The delivery was promised by end of day today - 8 PM. It was just changed to delayed with no delivery projection. Their service is by far the worse in the business. What's worst I stayed home because my package required a signature. So I forfeited a whole day waiting for the package that never came - AGAIN! I can only hope that Cos quit using FedEx in droves. They are by far the worst delivery Co here in the States. My wife had a golf club that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. She was told it was "out for delivery" as well, but she still doesn't have it. What's the common theme - FEDEX! Remember the old saying how - " when it absolutely, positively has to be delivered overnight- USE ANYONE EXCEPT FEDEX!

Horrible company! Quoted 150$ to ship an item, charged 450$ to my bank account. Submitted receipt and proof of 150$ and they cited "fine print" that they reserve the right to update price during shipping for whatever reasons needed. I am now out a ton of money. I submitted a complaint and all my proof of purchase to BofA who did an investigation, but they reached out to FedEx who managed to keep our money anyway and made it so BofA wouldn't refund it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will never forget this.

Everything was very good, the service and notifications were all excellent. My only issue is that the website is a little quirky but everything works, I ordered something in Europe and got it bought, shipped to the Euro Address and then shipped to me in the US, couldn't really ask for more.

My shipment AWB no************** confirmation for pickup given on 12-Oct and today is 17-Oct and great FEDEX has not collected yet.
Fedex says shipper not receiving call and shipper says not received any call.

What the hell going on with FEDEX.

I will appreciate DHL here as i have never faced any difficulty and shipment reaches to me within 2 to 3 days without followup.

Thumpsdown with FEDEX. My mistake to go with fedex.

We keep trying because there are few options and FEDEX knows this - therefore, are okay messing up people's shipments. They are okay missing deadlines. Again, I paid $170.00 for a FIRST OVERNIGHT only for it AGAIN to NOT happen. I have learned my lesson. If you actually NEED something overnight - this is NOT the company to use. By the way customer service was offshore and horrible, as well.

FedEx is THE WORST! I paid $11.50 to manage my delivery and change the delivery date to a time I would be home because it was signature required... they NEVER contacted me about the delivery window, they never contacted me back to confirm Monday delivery, then I call today and they tell me they tried to deliver on Saturday but couldn't find the apartment?!?!?! I have to confirm my address every time I call! This is a house,, not an apartment! Now they are telling me they will get back to me by Wednesday? They've had the shipment since the 6th! HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE delivery management. I want my money back plus my 2 hours wasted trying to get someone to do their job!

I believe in 3 strikes and you are out therefor I will never use FedEx Ground again. I have notified all companies that I deal with as well as everyone I know that receives packages that if they use FedEx Ground they need to be avoided.
I was notified that I was to get a delivery today so I made sure I was available. My apartment is on the ground floor with a marked door facing the parking lot. I got a notification that the package was delivered to the leasing office in a different building. This was not the address the package was addressed to.
I do not have this problem with UPS, Amazon, FedEx Express, etc, however apparently the ground driver does not deliver packages to address on the package.
I think FedEx should be ashamed of their ground service and divest themselves of it in order to avoid tarnishing the reputation of FedEx express.

In approximately a one-year period this is the service I received from FedEx; Four packages that were supposed to be delivered to me were delivered to my neighbors, I live in a condo complex. Two of those packages were delivered to me by the people that received them by mistake. The other two I never received. Another package that FedEx delivered was seen by my girlfriend on one of my neighbor's front porches. Most recently I received a package that was damaged. I filed a claim with FedEx that included pictures, they promptly denied my claim. I cringe everytime I see that FedEx is shipping an item that I purchased.

Second time in 3 months that I have been home ALL DAY LONG and receive a text that my delivery is being rescheduled and that the driver attempted to deliver my package! This is complete and utter BS. Nothing was even left on my door that the driver made an attempt BECAUSE HE IS A LIAR! He did not attempt to deliver as I have been home, garage door open, working in and out of the yard. Called for support and was informed that the driver was done for the day. He did this in March as well and on that day I was quick enough to have his manager force him to turn around and deliver the package.

Unbelievable. Informing the company that is using FedEX to find another carrier for my route. People need to lose their jobs when they can't even perform them properly!

Why did i pay for 2 day express delivery? Package has been on a truck now for 4 days, Fedex has been to my neighbors on 2 of those days. Its didheartening to pay for top service and then have to worry whether my package will show up or not, unacceptable. Have no pkg yet to be able to put up a photo.

Avoiding this company from now on. I'm tired of waiting for packages that should have been here already. This time, my package was supposed to be here last week. This is a VERY IMPORTANT and VERY EXPENSIVE package... It says it's delayed and NO FURTHER information is on the site. Every single day I check... nothing. It was shipped from California to TENNESSEE... I live in WASHINGTON! W. T. F? Sent it across the country instead of north? If I see that a site is using FedEx for it's shipping, I'll shop for my item on another site, even if it means I need to pay a little more. Contacting them, I was directed to a call center in India... of course. They told me my package was lost and that I need the shipper to file a claim. NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN, if I can help it.

This is in Quincy Illinois.
Burned me again. Had a package overnighted that was critical. I posted a big note eye level saying to open screen door and push the big doorbell button. It's a 4 inch antique brass half dome bell that sounds like a cow bell on volume 10. I was laying down 20 ft from the door because I have been screwed by FedEx drivers laziness many times in the past. Nope... couldn't even open the damn storm door and ring the bell, he just left a note. So no emergency delivery now till Monday. Impossible to speak with any human or any one local. I already will only ship with USPH. Henceforth, I will not even purchase from anyone that uses FedEx. I don't think I've ever seen any company that has crappier customer service and is so blatantly indifferent about it.

I just wanted people to know once you leave the US, the service does drop a bit. I have been using FEDEX for a long time and they are the best at what they do, just be concerned if you are out of country and need something quickly.

FedEx is a HORRIBLE company in 2022! Every. Single. Shipment I've had with with them is always delayed by several days to longer. They constantly over-promise on their stated delivery times and ALWAYS under-deliver. Furthermore, their customer service people LIE and LIE over and over again. FedEx has become a truly deplorable company to work with. As a customer and an eCommerce business owner I will NEVER ship with them if I can avoid it!

I once again placed an order online and to my disbelief Fed Ex is suppose to deliver! I know, sounds like a joke but it's really a nightmare! Day 1... Customer Not Home/Business Closed. As you can imagine not only was I home, my adult daughter was also here. Once again I called CS and filed a complaint that I know will fall down the rabbit hole. Here's what I don't understand, when you call the can see EVERY delivery for your address! Why haven't they gotten a new, CAPABLE driver? Durham NC hub is unreachable so you have NO Choice other than to call the Corporate phone number *******500). Press 0 and you WILL get a live person! YAY! I'm pretty sure I'll get a refund before the driver actually finds his way out of his paper bag to make my delivery! People PLEASE STOP USING FED EX for your business deliveries!

They keep leaving packages at the top of my very long driveway and one has definitely been stolen and another not really delivered or stolen. Today they say they loaded a package on the truck and tried to deliver it but had an "exception" because no one was home (no signature was needed so no one needed to be home but I was home) or because the business was closed. Not a business. Then you call customer service and they read drivel from a script and are no help whatsoever because they don't really "get" the concept because they don't really speak English. They said it was never intended to be delivered today because the business paid for delivery tomorrow. Well that's no what Walmart thought. They told me it would be here today and did FedEx. Then the girl "offshore" told me that message was in error and I never should have been told that. Isn't it odd that UPS, USPS, Amazon can always find the front porch and FedEx never can. Ask a driver why - you'll be shocked at what they expect of the drivers. I can't add proof of purchase because I bought it online. Update: Package arrived today and was placed on porch as it should have been

I ordered a package, FedEx said it was delivered, but it was not. After looking everywhere, we decided to go for a drive. Checked with all my neighbors. Found my package at the same address WEST, not EAST where we live. Luckily it was a very nice couple who gave us the package unopened. They said it happens ALL THE TIME with ONLY FEDEX!. We are new to this address, and they said East and West were consistently getting each other's FedEx packages to trade. Losers FedEx, SHAME! I will definitely avoid going forward!

FEDEX is getting worse and worse!. They don't deliver to place according to instructions, are also lying that nobody was home-delivery did not require signature and we were home.Use UPS or USPS! 10/03 update: Delivered: it was sliced in the middle and retaped. Instead of cell phone we found 3 rubber gloves. That's why they had exceptions for 2 days prior today. Someone thinks to enjoy the phone. Noooo... IEMEI # on record. Phone will be deactivated. SUCKERS!

Horrible delivery in every aspect, always delayed, packages go somewhere else in the country. I have ordered many things from Sewing Machines, Camera's and other valuable items. Last weeks item was delayed one day and delivered late. The following week two items delayed with one of the items never showed up on the tracker. I had to call Dell Computers and request an update. Only to find out that the two-day serviced I payed for was two days late.

The item was shipped from Ontario California to San Diego California and supposed to arrive Wednesday. However, the camera went site seeing to Chicago and now is delayed because my new camera's decided to hitch a ride in the opposite direction. Forget about calling customer service you have to wait forever before someone will pick up the phone line, and they always say we will have to push this up to a specialist. What for, to say the same thing you just told me from another person sitting right next to you.

C-mon companies why hire FedEx when you know they are bad. Stick with UPS they'll never let you down! Or if you can just do a Will-Call maybe a pain but you'll get your package sooner.
