My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Takes FedEx 4 days to crate a label then another 3 days for me to call them to see where the fuc******my package at they tell me it was never scan or created they were just trying to tell me whatever no experience no ethics didn't even wanna try fed ex should be bomb there the worst company ever talling about confused and not know how to help customers probally cuz they so $#*!ed they just tell u what they wanna tell you they actually really don't know anything even with a track number they just bs u
Fed-Ex tried to deliver to business 6:58 AM Saturday (still closed). Will try again Monday (we're closed Sun & Mon, open Tue-Sat.). So, come Monday afternoon, they'll report have tried 2 out of 3 times - one more and then will send back to sender, else I can drive 20 miles across city to sketchy business district and try to pick up myself at their counter. Customer Service says they have no way to influence drivers or give feedback, and that they don't try business deliveries Saturdays (I can only tell them what their own system has reported!) Prior driver lied in writing! Claimed they tried business delivery Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday - and then scheduled materials to go back to sender. Only thing is: they're not supposed to try business deliveries 7 AM Saturdays, they DO NOT deliver on Sundays, and NO EFFORT was made to deliver Monday AM - I know, I was six feet from the door for an uninterrupted five hours! Shame on FedEx!

I'm not to sure where to start and if I listed every problem I've ever had with this "company" it'd be a Stephen King novel. Avoid at all costs, if a website ships FedEx I don't order anymore. To this date I've NEVER had a package get delivered by its expected delivery date and have have thousands of $$$ lost in transit. I'd be more trusting in a hawk with a sachel to deliver something across the world then FedEx delivering something 2 hours away.

Did not deliver my order from the USA to me. Delivered it elsewhere. I opened a case, they closed it "delivered and signed for". I reopened the case, specifying "it wasn't delivered to me and I don't recognise the name" only for them to close it "delivered and signed for". I opened the case again and was quite careful with my use of single-syllable words, only for the case to be closed again, this time with "Case too old to rectify, no payment, should have claimed earlier". I didn't know it had gone astray; only that it could take three weeks to get to me. This put it outside FedEx's claims period.
I will no longer use FedEx or any company that ships using them.

Fedex has pumped its ADVANCEMENT FEE to £12 (from £8)! If this is not price gouging, I really do not know what is! Additionally, their payment system has frozen and does not work at all. Try calling their "customer service" and you are made to wait for 30 mins listening to their inane messages until you give up & hang up! This is a pathetic business that acts like it hates its customers. A masterclass in how to screw customers whilst charging them more and more! USE ANY OTHER COURIER & let's hope that Karma hits this horrible business harder than any virus. I shall, of course, be instructing all my suppliers NOT to use this cretinous courier!
Been using FEDEX ground to ship large pinball parts all over the USA for years with no problems.
I don't know who they are hiring but they aren't the best and brightest that is for sure.
They said they attempted delivery of my package but the store was closed they were trying to deliver to.
I shipped to a residence. The guy stepped out. How about leaving a door tag? Nah. That would make too much sense. A FEDEX thug knowcked on my door and dropped returned my package back to me. I called FEDEX and they said I need to wait 3 to 5 days until an invoice is created and then I can talk with their revenue dept and they will give me a refund. I called back in 4 days and nope. No invoice yet. Told me to call back in a few more days. Well, it's day 6. Called the overseas hacks they call employees / contractors. Woman on the phone couldn't be bothered and just blatantly lied about how they can't refund me becuase the package was refused... even though it wasn't. Steer clear of FEDEX ground!

FedEx has got to be the worst delivery service to ever exist! They consistently change delivery dates without warning or reasons. 2 day deliveries (isn't that where "Express" is supposed to come from?) turn into 2 weeks with no explanation. Every time you check the tracking number, either it says delayed or another date comes up. This happens multiple times before you ever get a package. Then I have had cases where during bad weather (rain and snow) the driver parked at the end of a 300 foot driveway and threw the packages by the mailbox where every car that went by completely coated the packages in rain or snow. They never leave a message saying where they leave it, so by the time I have discovered where it is, I am at the end of the drive and end up carrying it to the house myself. EVERY OTHER delivery service including Amazon bring the packages to my covered porch with no problems. Why can't FedEx do the same? As I write this (12/9/2021) I am currently waiting on a package whose date has been changed multiple times in the span of just a few days. Extremely frustrating! Unfortunately, when you order online you quite often do not have the choice of the delivery service and I literally cringe every time I see FedEx as the service! With all these other complaints, you would think they would take the hint! I would never choose to send anything using their service.
Today 8/15/22@ 1:09pm, an employee from the FedEx in Raeford, NC drop my packages near my stairs again and not my front door. This employee didn't knock on my door either. I have neighbors in my neighborhood who steal my packages. I have complained about this FedEx several times. FedEx needs to employ better employees. I was dissatisfied with this FedEx employee delivering my packages today.
FedEx insists that the address I provided is incorrect, even though it is accurate. The address belongs to a government agency for retirement in France, a fact confirmed both by the agency itself and Google. Despite this verification, dealing with FedEx's U.S. customer service has been exasperating. The automated system disconnects after 10 attempts, and speaking with an offshore representative involves navigating through a robotic series of questions. Although the French team, stationed in Morocco, has acknowledged the correctness of the address, the local branch continues to insist it is wrong.They even have a decency to telle me that they refuses to return my package unless additional payment is made and after 100 days, they claim they will destroy the package! They deserve a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Fed Ex has got to be the worst company in the history of delivery services. Can't keep their delivery dates that THEY set. The worst customer service and lazy employees who can't seem to lift 10lbs. Pathetic. But then again it just shows how ALL delivery services suck anymore (USPS, UPS, DHL) that with this horrible service the still are in business.
Can't beat the price (yes even by USPS or UPS--check it out and compare pricing/service times), can't beat the service. If you ship enough with any one carrier, you're gonna have some issue here or there, but trust me, it'll be a lot less with FedEx.
I am supposed to received my item by 28 April 2016 ( date given by merchant), however, I have not received anything yet, hence I wrote to bongo to inquiry, I got my reply less than 24 hours. Even thought I have not receive my order, I felt assured.
This company sucks to deliver two of my packages. Every time i call the 1800 number is the same, they take my info and don't get back with an answer. Its so frustrating. Stay away from this company.

I had a delivery that required an adult signature. The Fed Ex tracking number states its on the delivery truck and out for delivery Tuesday. No package. Tuesday night I check and the package is delayed. Wednesday it is on the truck and out for delivery. I get a call from Fed Ex at 2PM confirming my name and address and stating the package will be delivered Wednesday. It's Thursday and no package, But it is on the truck. My package has been riding around Chattanooga for 3 days and cant get delivered. Will it happen today? Meanwhile I am stuck here waiting.
The more I am forced, by retail companies, to use UPS, the more I love FedEx. Not only are they on time, and reasonably priced (sometimes they actually BEAT UPS), but their employees are happy people. And, they will go out of their way to make you whole, if they screw up. I wish everyone used this company. And I wish UPS would go bankrupt.
I ALWAYS have problems wirh fed x. They never deliver on time. In fact they say they made a delivery attempt when tgey didnt because I am home. Also i have note to just leave on porch. There is just one phone number to call. Most of time it is out of country customer service that reads from a script. When i order products i often dont have option on how i want it shipped. FedEx struggles such that shipment dates always change, and are never on time. The expected or promised delivery dates are always pushed back to a later date. My last shipment was pushed back 3 times. Deliveries never show up at the specified time in their tracking. Nothing is ever on time. One shipment was even delivered to the wrong address once, even when the address was correct on the parcel. Not a fan of FedEx. This recent shipment was scheduled to show up on May 14th (today) but now it is delayed until May 15th. It might now even show up until the 18th given the patterns I have seen. It isn't worth the bother to trust tracking. They try, I grant them that, but I am not a fan. I prefer UPS.

If you are going to us FedEx shipping, don't trust the delivery dates you are given. Just expect that your shipment will show up eventually.

Do not go through fed ex for anything, I ordered from Walmart my package was supposed to get here Feb 8th then on that date they said it won't be delivered til the 9th of Feb from 12:00pm-5:05pm here it is after 7pm and still no package its delayed. They said it won't arrive til tomorrow we shall see. Horrible business never again will order through fed ex.

Hi, I paid for an express shipping for my package to be delivered the next day and it's been two weeks and my package has still not been delivered! And when I call the FEDEX customer service they lie by saying that my package will be delivered later that day and hang up on me, and for the past 3 days I've been begging them to send me my package back because I have a very important document in the package and had to cancel my trip due to this and still cannot get an answer from FedEx and I don't know what to due at this point, Please send me my package back! I ordered a SIM card from spectrum for phone service the first time FedEx tried to deliver it they said it was undeliverable. The second time they were told to take it to the office if they couldn't find me well no they deliver it to the wrong address. FedEx drivers are lazy and don't want to look for the address what a horrible horrible delivery service

While we have no choice in using FedEx- they know and abuse their customers. I've had multiple packages with thousands of dollars in equipment set for delivery- each time it's marked right off the get go as undeliverable- no one at address- without even coming to address where we see the street and all traffic pass (except any FedEx truck) delivery drivers in Florida need to be retrained - and everyone should cease using FedEx for expensive goods delivery as 4 weeks late on an express package is worse than USPS regular mail!

I ordered a package from a company in Massachusetts on December 3. The company said "receive it before Christmas, if you order now." The company shipped it on December 13. It is now January 5, AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT! FedEx have bumped the delivery back 5 times, and my package has been in multiple FedEx centers (per tracking, SEVEN different centers) over the past three weeks. Then today, they texted that there was Delivery attempt at 12:18 pm. I was home! There was no knock, nor any delivery attempt door tag. I called them and they said it was keyed into the system wrong, and that I should receive it tomorrow. I'm beginning to wonder if I will EVER receive this item. 1 month to get from the East Coast to the West! RIDICULOUS! I will no longer do business with any company that uses FedEx for their shipping. Waiting a MONTH for a package is completely unreasonable.
