My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I'm not gonna use Fedex anymore. My courier is sent from Redmond WA on Dec 30 and suppose to reach on Jan 5 then it showed Jan 6 then jan7 now Jan 10th. I'm not sure I can get my package and I stay in hotel, just for this package I can't keep extending my stay. Worst FedEx. Since its my office laptop and package is delayed I need to take off till I get my laptop.

Iv'e had the last 4 packages delivered by fedex messed up in some way. 1st one I had to just go pick it up cause they wouldn't deliver it out of the ship center for whatever reason and it was a simple small package nothing crazy. 2nd was a direct signature required one and they just dropped it off without even knocking and I stayed home just for that to sign it. 3rd was delivered to the wrong house no idea where that one is at currently and lastly they tired to deliver again and no one came to the door (maybe wrong house again) and is now delayed tell Monday when I wont be home because I purposely stayed home today again. So now I need to wait tell late tonight to try and grab it off the truck when it gets back to the ship center. What a crazy way and a joke to run a business like they are currently.

This is the most worst worst service I ever had. I have chemotherapy on 16th, they said that they can deliver my Medications by 8: pm on 15th because the medical emergency, I wait and wait until 9:30 pm, I still did not get my medications, I called customer service again, they told me that they have a mechanic issue, but I will to pick up, they said that I can not, but they promised will deliver on 7:00 to 7:30 am on second day which my chemotherapy start at 8:00 am. This morning I called them again someone told me he can do nothing because they open at 8:00 am, they really don't care that is emergency. My husband called around 8:00am, they said it's on the transit now, I still did not get yet by now already 11:30. What a such bad bad service, I will never never use them again!
Worse ever. I've been shipping for 30 years and heard good news about FedEx so tried it. Big mistake. Never again. F*ck the CS too. 2 emails and 2 phone calls only made it worse.

Package wasn't left at my door. It was left near mailboxes at the other end of our condo building. Customer service was no help. It was a robo machine designed to only give certain answers. Online support was useless. I was never able to speak to an actual human. I would give a zero for customer service if that was an option.
An American company used this company to ship collectible photographs. I can report that they are dire, worse than the minimum one star. Since they are one of the most spammed companies worldwide and infamous as a logo used in phishing, I can report that the 'real' Fedex is worse than any spammer. It's no wonder they are the target of spammers - their service and customer relations is so bad that it is indistinguishable from those who try to catch you out with phishing scams. They take no responsibility for how untrustworthy their brand is. They are poor communicators and unscrupulous with your merchandise. Please avoid using them, and ensure others in your circle realise that they are unreliable if you wish to get items from place A to place B in the world. You can do better - and, trust me, you cannot do worse.

Horrible company. They never deliver packages properly and then decline disputes with no reasoning. Then you need to go through your bank to cancel the charge. Highly frustrated with FedEx.

Just when I thought Bongo could not mess up any more. (they have already kept a refund I was due from Fed Ex) they have landed me with a spurious £500+ bill from UK customs which I am having to defend myself because they cannot be bothered. I have already paid the import duty but because BONGO did not supply the correct paperwork I am being charged again.
I have been getting the run around treatment for over a month now and my package which is in another state STILL has not been picked up. I called to get a refund for my prepaid shipment and they cannot issue a refund for a package that they did not come through on.
Their employees have no clue to what they are doing and it takes almost an hour to get through all the automated junk just to get to a human! I will NEVER use Fedx and not will my friends, family or anyone else I can convince not to!
FedX used to be a great company that I have used for many years but now it just went down hill and is by far the worst carrier EVER!
My package from South Carolina to Seattle, made it from SC to Troutdale Oregon in four days and sat for 3.5 days, miss the projected delivery date plus two days, suppose to be delivered on Wednesday and now Friday.
A package was sent to from Nomorerack and the turned it over to USPS to be delivered but they did not give any more shipping information to USPS or me.and now for 3 days I have been getting the run around from them.
Fedex sent me a message saying that my deligery will arrive by 12pm and it requires my signature because its a priority package.
11am, I'd been waiting for the packages. Then suddenly, the fedex sent me a message stating that i missed the package? Goodness! The address was so clear!

SUCKS! Don't use it, charging me $75 for a. 4 pound part because they said the company that sent it to them packed it larger than they should have. If I want to pay them for a $45 dollar membership they are willing to drop the charge to $25 but of course I had to pay them $45 to get it to $25. Trying to returnt he part to the part store and they want to charge me around $50 to ship it back to the parts store. Don't let them fool you, unless you own a business and ship a massive amount of parts I can't see this company ever being worth their prices. Oh and they'll quoute you some ridiculous DHL prices to try and make themselves sound better as well. SUCKY!
One of our business clients sent a rather large business check via FedEx. They paid FedEx to have it here by the 3rd of this month. Well, This clown company decided it would be fun to take the check on a little tour of the country, disregarding their promise to have it delivered a few states away from where it was sent. Not kidding, check was sent from California and coming to Colorado. As of today the check is in MARYLAND. And it even said the check was in Colorado on the 3rd. What a joke of a company and will not be using FEDEX ever again.

Their tracking system is trash to start off with. I was so confused trying to track my package, secondly there is ALWAYS a delay and whenever it is delayed they still don't stick to the ETA/ there is no updated ETA at all. Like always I have never shipped with them by choice and every time something is sent to me through them it is either delayed, damaged or LOST! I ordered a pair shoes from Nike and i am yet to receive it.

I paid for NEXT DAY delivery on Wednesday. My package was supposed to arrive Thursday. After being delayed on Thursday, it was delayed yet again on Friday. It is now sitting in a warehouse 30 minutes away and will not be delivered until MONDAY. This is not a next day delivery service. This is a scam. Blatant false advertising. FedEx will not even allow me to file a claim for my package that they FAILED TO DELIVER. DO NOT USE FEDEX.

The useless company called me saying they tried to deliver my package, but couldn't find the place. When i asked for what address they had tried to deliver, they replied with " we dont have an address for that parcel," the proceeded to tell me i needed to come pick it up.(in a town 4 hours from my house?!?!) They just don't care about their job. I've ordered countless items from Amazon, never had an issue till FedEx got one of my shipments. It come from the Tibetan mountains, yet they cant manage to bring it to my house. AVOID FedEx AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. SCAM. They charge you based on the box they receive, which might be huge. Then they change it into a small tiny box and send it to you. WHAT IS THIS? And their customer service is so hard to get, you have to find the hidden link each time you wish to reply to their CUT AND PASTE answers. These people are so dishonest, I'm so pissed off and I want to make it my life's goal they are shut down for good.
I've had a package stated each day since December 1,2020 out for delivery. Most always it is on time but the last few deliveries have been the same... out for delivery all week long.
Short simple I've called him several times To confirm where my Package is have been informed will be there by end of day still haven't gotten it Still city an hour away from my house 3 days later. I've called in several times been given several different answers then told I would get a call back twice No call finally got through to a dispatch worker she contacted the Contractor that is in control of my package they informed her it is on the truck but it is not moving today no one can do anything. On 2 of the call's that I made I was dropped back into the queue once directly back to another representative the other time just back into the prompts It's pretty Badd when the government Can run a shipping organization better then a Private company.
1st time-lied & put pkg in USPS box(FEDERAL CRIME) that was supposed to be signed for & put on front porch.
2nd time-lied about signed for and not delivered. I Complained and driver lies & comes with pkg, days later. Says found at neighbors. BS--neighbors know me, liar.
I don't know if it's the area that I live in, but I've actually had deliveries placed up against my garage door. Sadly I didn't take any pictures of that delivery, I was just extremely angry at the time! Every delivery that I have dropped off by FedEx is right up next to the front of my garage. As you can see from the picture attached it's not up by my front door. UPS always delivers my packages right up next to the front door and rings my doorbell. FedEx never rings my doorbell and today I'm lucky that my packages are this close and not sitting outside my garage door. I do have the app set for notifications and funny enough it doesn't work.
Granted I do have a pretty long driveway but UPS never parks in my driveway. FedEx has no issues driving their big trucks into my driveway breaking up the cement on my driveway. The other night a package was delivered after sundown and again no doorbell. I just happen to check the tracking about 9:30 pm and see that there was a package delivered. I really wish people would give you an option between FedEx or UPS because I would always choose UPS! FedEx in my town is ran by nothing but a bunch of disrespectful clowns!
My name is Tony and I have recently shipped a item out. I left the object at the rail, the lady told me to just leave it and she will scan it since there were a lot of people and it was about to close. The box had a label saying Lst-Rees Laser. I waited 3 weeks and the customer said they did not recieve it and the tracker said it was not moving. I went to complain and I told them that the item was $1,489.95 and they said that I should go to 696 E. Trimble to complain. When I went to this address they told me to go home and wait. They took my contact info and they still never called me back. I came again 6 weeks after to complain and they said the delivery guy did not pick it up.
