My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I had a very fragile musical instrument shipped from Europe. Fedex kept the package in Memphis because they wanted "importer identification", as in my SSN. I do not mind providing the information, but there is no way to provide the information via the Fedex website. If one attempts to contact customer service, they say they will email a link with which to provide the information, however the link never comes. It is also impossible to to complain to Fedex. The website prompts one to call, in order to "speak to a representative," but when one calls, the rep simply delivers stupid lip service. If I have an option, I WILL NEVER UTILISE Fedex! Representietives are incompetent and straight-up lie.

Use FedEx if you do not want your item on time. Slowest moving shipper. They seem to get slower each passing day and obviously, from reviews all over the internet they could care less.

Fred Smith and his creation of Federal Express was a great success story at one point. We have been waiting four days for two different shipments that are both time critical and which were sent Express. It is virtually impossible to reach a human. The 800 number repeatedly says our items are out for delivery but no driver ever shows up. Their website is infuriating. When attempting to file a complaint you will get "unexpected system error" and be denied a chance to complain. If you want to terminate your account online there appears no way to do this; we certainly didn't find how to do it. They have someone claim to have made a delivery attempt that is a complete lie. Then they claim an equipment malfunction prevented the truck from being available. And today the story was "weather related" which is another lie because it was sunny and over 40 degrees. Truly sad how pathetic execution has become the norm. Looks like systems are in place to hide reporting about how dissatisfied customers are.

Use any other vendor you can find besides Federal Express.

What can I say? FedEx is a rock. They're always their, perfect tracking, on-time delivery, and reasonable prices. My only criticism is that their pricing does not give the little guy good access.
I understand the situation at fed ex in regards to hiring and keeping employees. And with covid and supply chain issues i am very understanding.
When i order a product i wait for a confirmation and a delivery date, a date assigned by the shipping company,a date i use to plan the installation or use of the product.
My issue is getting a date and delivery window from fed ex,then two hours before the end of the delivery time my shipping date and time goes into (no further information at this time but your delivery is enroute) WTF my shipment took 12 hours to get 1500 miles and has now been sitting in a hub for 3 days 4.5 miles from my residence and no delivery window.It does not matter if it takes ten years to get my product but deliver it on the date ten years from now that you assign.Do not change the status to unknown after 5 days of a promised date and window. Ridiculous.
They can't seem to make it out of Portland for local delivery even after 3 days in Portland, this is common. Save yourself grief and only do business with companies that offer shipping choice.
I'm curious to know if everyone there smokes meth. Packages lost, delayed or completely destroyed upon delivery. I have never had a good experience with a package that has gone through Olive Branch.

Can't refund your $125 next morning delivery fee despite being delivered 2 days late because it was due to our "service" issues. Horrible. Next time, UPS.
Customer service with broken English. Can't pick up your boxes because they typed in the wrong address. The box is too big for my car and that's why I called for a pick-up.
Lying, deceptive, unreliable, horrible. And those re likely the least negative things you could say about them. They hide behind a wall of crap customer service lines and have no real desire to even pretend to do a decent job. Shipping from the U.S. to the Philippines, you would have better luck throwing your package in the ocean and hoping it washed up on a Philippine beach.
My package, at this point I've given up ever seeing. After more than 2 weeks of myself and the shipper trying to get it delivered, I'm imagining it has been stolen or destroyed somehow. My local agents phone number listed in her email is not in service when you try to call. They claim they don't have a complete address, but it has been sent repeatedly, along with written directions, and just for good measure, a Google Earth satellite image of our neighborhood, our address, and local landmarks, with Push-pins added to remove any confusion.
They refuse to respond to emails, and ignore the local cell phone number sent to them.

Went into my local FedEx store in Littleton Colorado to mail 2 large Christmas gifts. The lady working there was polite, patient and very informative. Truly appreciated the way she served me.
Excellent concept. Shipping costs a little high but quality of service is so high that it doesn't matter. The delivery was really quick through fedex too!
Why the hell anyone even uses FedEX another example today was suppose to get the package on Tuesday then Wednesday now Friday is the day they're claiming. They never deliver on time this is most likely why Amazon dumped them. Next time if someone is shipping to me I'm going to ask if they tell me FedEx I'll tell them never mine I'll look for someone else.

My gosh where do I start, the absolute $#*! customer support or THE TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM MICROSOFT (controller) AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PAST MONTH FOR IT TO ARRIVE. Every single day I wake up to "uPdAtE pEnDiNg" for god sake. I could've just ordered a regular controller off of Amazon and got SAME DAY DELIVERY than wasting money on these scum. I advise to not use Fedex because if you live in NA your package will most definitely be stuck in Memphis, TN for a month or even two. Hope you find this review helpful cause I'm just warning you. FYI international shipment release means that the item has been scanned, just hasn't arrived yet. (Been like this for the past 3 weeks)
I thought FedEx would be better than Amazon but there not. All big companies don't care about individual people only care about taking money & forget about the service VERY LATE DELIVERY by the time package showed it was thawed out even with lots of dry ice they use bicycle DELIVERY
I'm more than happy with the FedEx service lately. One of the main reasons why I choose FedEx is because it's easier to track online, from my experience. UPS or USPS are super vague when it comes to information and CS for any carrier company just isn't good in general because of SO many issues happening lately with logistics.
Worst shipping service available. Avoid at all costs if you want your customers satisfied. I have never got a package on time when FedEx has delivered it. The last two times they were lost and had to get refunds from the retail store I purchased it. If I get an email notification telling me my merchandise is being delivered by FedEx i know automatically its going to either be delayed or lost, every time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEEEEESE!
I've been waiting on a large package of Licensed Sports to be auctioned off at Children's Hospital here locally, and the Driver marks " Business closed" and never ever made an attempt, as my entire staff has been waiting on this package all day here with me! Charity Auction is in the morning and Fedex says sorry! Tough Crap! Let the kid die! We don't give AF! Moved packages to Monday of Next week - Little kids at Holidays dying of cancer - Talked to 8 Customer Service agents all in Phillipenas and half hung up on me, others left me on hold - PISS ON FEDEX -
They misplaced my international package, never got back on the case after initiating it. They have this stupid customer support number where you will never connect with a human! Idiotic company
I have to say that I literally cringe whenever I see something is being delivered by FedEx. Nine times out of ten the package(s) are late in arriving. Usually be a number of days if not a week or more. My most recent order had an original delivery date of 4/26. I got an email saying that it was early & I'd get it by 4/24. This actually made me laugh. I told my husband it would never happen. Well today is 4/26. I haven't gotten an email or a text but the FedEx tracking page now says delivery by 4/27. It also shows that the package has been sitting in Charlotte NC (5 hours away) since the 23rd.

Yes, I know, you are going to blame the pandemic. Everyone has had 2 years to make pandemic adjustments. How hard is it to update your tracking software to take the pandemic into consideration.
I must say it also does no good to contact customer service because those poor folks are clueless and being beat up by folks like me who are completely frustrated.
Terrible shipping company with unclassified customer service! Never delivery shipping according scheduled time, or deliver not complete shipment( 1 box instead 2)
Fed EX is the lousy shipper forced on all rock auto buyers, they loose parts ordered, mis deliver orders to strange addresses, w/out checking that address, then blame the customer for having a bad address or being unable to find said address, there is no way to contact FEdEX abut anything other than the script offered by their computer generated voice, in short LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, dont use them for anything if you want your package delivered on time and to the right address
