I shipped my package on Feb 1st through FedEx and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Tracking shows it is in Memphis, TN since Feb 2nd.
I called them a few times and visited their local center. Once they put the phone down on me when I pushed for more information.
They just keep telling me they will update me when they have more info. All talk, no action for 15 days. I might lose a job for their terrible service!
Fedex has become one of the worse delivery companies in the last year. They have delayed packages I've paid express shipping for. They have lost packages that I had to follow up to be replaced. They have left certain items behind that should have been delivered with others causing a later delay. Very disappointing.
FedEx Failed to deliver my package as committed. I was paid $60 for delivery. They delivered after 25 hours. I called so many times to customer care they said driver left early we will send by afternoon. I called 4 times till afternoon 2:30PM each time they informed me we are trying. At last around 6PM I got a call and informed weather delays. Don't know from morning to evening 6PM no one informed me this. Just to avoid refund they said weather delays. I also checked local weather at destination there are no signs of weather issue. I asked for bill adjustment even that also refused.
For the second time in 2 weeks FedEx has missed delivery dates and can't supply any information on the deliveries. Last week the gift I ordered for a birthday was delivered 4 days after the date I needed it. This week they missed a delivery meant for Monday and as of today (Tuesday) they can't provide any information on an expected delivery date or where the package is. I will do everything my power to never have FedEx deliver a package for me. They are completely useless

My package said delivered but when you check the history it's showing that it's still at the facility. Called the facility no one can located my package. What kind do scamming you guys have going on? The craziest thing is that they charge you for your package to reach its destination by a certain day and still no package. You guys need to refund me my money plus what I have in the package is not replaceable I will never use you guys again!

Fed Express one day service is anything but one day. I have experienced how inept and unreliable the company is in performance and policy. First, after waiting 3 days for a one-day service I contacted their "customer service" and was told that while 4 PM was the time they insisted the package would come I must wait till 8PM. Now it was 7:20 and the package was reported in transit from NJ to Cicnciinnati. At 9:20 I tweeted to their help that I still, had not received it and was told it was in NJ but would be there the next day before 8 PM. After spending much time their comment of essentially that it will get there when it gets there told me I was just getting a run-around. Later that night I got a text telling me, that in fact, I would not be getting my package the next day because it was still in NJ, after being told it was in transit from NJ, but it would be Wednesday before 8 PM. SO, to sum up, a one-day service stands at present as an anticipated 5 days, on an if come. Top management is either inept or oblivious to how their company is being run. I gave it one star but they deserve no stars. As for their helpline, it is anything but helpful. Better to use another carrier because when you need something quickly FeEX is not the answer... the pony express was more reliable
The most appalling customer service. Delayed at every stage of the shipment, originally supposed to arrive on 7th February nonsense requests for documents (including proof that my taxes were paid) then to top it off now scheduled to arrive on 10th March. After paying $255 for urgent shipping, this is what i have received. DISGRACE
I sent a box to Trinidad & Tobago on 1/6/22. It is now 2/14/22 and the box has yet to arrive. Track it you say? I'd love to but that doesn't help because FedEx.com shows that's its been sitting at the Aguadilla facility in Puerto Rico since 1/9/22! Call the facility you say? I'd love to but FedEx says there's no number to that facility! How the hell is that possible? What are you people doing to FIND MY BOX? I've received ZERO customer service! NO ONE has called to tell me what's been done to track down the box that I paid OVER $500 FOR! ONE CSR has called twice to tell me that she's passing my issue on to "Claims". Did that need 2 calls? NO! But what REALLY threw me right over the edge this evening, was a cold note and a sorry $#*! check for $132 that I got in the mail today from FedEx! I had a package order on the Jan 22 which wAs suppose to be delivered on the 25th... I never received my package I had to do a dispute which Im still waiting to be refunded. So I decided to send my girlfriend a package for Valentine's Day was supposed to be delivered on the 10th instead it's held in customs nobody contacting me I haven't gotten an email or an alert when I finally got in contact with somebody he told me it takes 24 hours the next person said it takes 3 days the other person gave me a fake number nobody is trying to help me but they would love to take my money how do you trust a company with your things you work hard for to get to loved ones trusting them that they would give you the respect to at least let you know what's going on it is now Valentine's Day and my love is without her gift FedEx did that to me so if you want to be terribly upset and deal with unprofessionalism then continue shipping with FedEx
I really wish I could rate this company - 5 stars ( minus five)! It's service is so bad that I don't understand how companies with good reputation like Apple, Tesla, and Lowes ( from my experience) use this carrier to send packages to its customer! Everything gets either damage, delayed or missing. I really hate FedEx that's all I can say!

The gift arrived at the FedEx facility in Miami, Florida on a Saturday.
Instead of delivering the flowers gift to their location near Orlando, which is only a 3 hour drive away, FedEx sent the fresh flowers to their facility in Memphis, Tenn. Which arrived there the following day, a Sunday.
The Memphis facility then sent the fresh flowers to their Orlando facility to be delivered the following day, a Monday.
Thus, instead of FRESH FLOWERS arriving at their destination on a Saturday afternoon, they did not arrive until Monday afternoon... an additional two days later.
I'll leave it to your imagination what the condition and appearance of the flowers was when they finally arrived at their destination...
I have a print out of all the times and days mentioned above.
PS: I filed a complaint, and no one called back as I was promised!
BLACK FEDEX DRIVER IS SHOT AT AND FEDEX TELLS HIM BACK TO WORK. EVEN WHEN FEDEX FOUND TWO BULLET HOLES IN THE VAN. TWO WHITE GUYS ARRESTED. FEDEX SUSPENDS THE DRIVER BECAUSE HE DID NOT WHAT TO DRIVE THAT VEHICLE AND NEIGHBORHOOD. TIME TO GO WITH UPS!
I would give it zero stars if possible. Package was delivered to wrong address (even though location street numbers were clearly visible at both locations)... the real irony being that my address was only 3-4 miles from their distribution center. I both called and went online... both places said my tracking number was invalid even when I cut and pasted the number from the translated QR Code. The voice recognition on their voicemail was completely worthless and if any part of their software doesn't like your tracking number entry, it stops you there (either blocks site entry further or actually hangs up on you). I had to drive up and down my street until I found an honest neighbor, who helped me out with a lead and I finally got my package. AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO THE STUPID COMPANY TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON! This kind of service from a delivery company should be grounds to put them out of business. It is so ludicrous that it borders on the asinine. I will do everything in my power to make sure that everyone in this local area knows NOT to use this service EVER!
Three cars are behind both trucks blocking traffic not cool. They should be retrained on how to do their job safe and respectful to other drivers on the road and people that are living on that street.
FedEx is the worst possible delivery service. They've thrown my packages n the trash, along side of the rode n the snow and in front of the garage door where it got ran over. I have a designated package area and they still cant get it right. And i could go on n on.
Bought a brand new work/school pc that's over six days late! Absolute disaster mistake using FedEx. Horrible company that has not made a timely delivery once in the last year. The most frustrating part is it's been stuck in the same town as me for the last two days and I haven't been able to get it delivered or pick it up. Would've been better off paying a hitch hiker to deliver.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Over the past year, I have had about a dozen or more deliveries from them and they only delivered 2 of those packages without issues or delays. They cannot give me reasons as to why they keep giving me issues with my packages. I have attached the latest issue. I understand it says estimated delivery, but I still don't have the package and they can't give me any updates outside of it's still not at the correct delivery location yet. Don't give me a delivery date estimate if you can't delivery within a day or two of that date.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
Answer: FedEx left one of my packages sent by express in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) days, then delivered it to a total stranger in another town, 20 miles from where I live. Memphis, Tennessee is an air hub. If your package was shipped by air for some or all of its journey, it likely was sent to Memphis.
