My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
As you can't track your package like every other company, or be given at least a 1 hour delivery time, I waited in for 9 hours because I was told it would be delivered "by 6pm". It wasn't...!
I paid 42 USD shipping (approx 60 CAD) to Canada for a $140 order, which is ridiculous enough on its own. I want to specify that I didn't order any large or bulky items; quite the opposite. In addition to this highway robbery shipping charge, FedEX now billed me an additional $53 CAD fee for duties, taxes and some weak BS called a "brokerage fee." Shouldn't your scammer fees be included in the upfront shipping cost? I've learned long ago to avoid UPS like the Bubonic plague for cross-border shipping, and now I'll be adding FedEx to the list of shame. Long live USPS and DHL!
Seems as though every shipment I receive from them has some issue, Today they attempted a delivery by 'Brian' in Lincoln Ne and he claims I was not home. Well my security cameras clearly show he never got out of his van! - he did not come to the door AT ALL! My wife works from home and was here all day - AND we have a dog that goes ballistic when the door bell rings, IT NEVER RANG! - Terrible shipping company! - UPS is SOOOOO much better.
My package has been sent to a pickup station even though I paid for a delivery at home. I went to the delivery pick up but the open hours are 9 am-5 pm and I work from 8 am to 6 pm. I called FedEx customer service numerous times, they told me my package will be resent to my door but it has been one week and I haven't gotten any news or packages. (almost a month since I have ordered my items and still nothing, a package from France is faster to get to my door than a package from Quebec, CONGRATS FEDEX for making things harder for everyone!)

This company is disgusting! Everytime i get stuck with them my deliveries are lost or they say that they showed up and "i wasn't there to pick it up" AND ITS A LIE THEY LITERALLY NEVER SHOWED UP. Drivers are not careful on delivery address and DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING EVER with this company. They will lie and not scan the actual delivery date to try and keep from refunds. Have no idea why BBB has A+ as rating since there are so many unresolved complaints with at least 3 businesses that I am associated with and several bad reviews online for FedEx, Texas

I have been loyally supporting this store since December 2022 and it has been a Great Experience!
They let me take my time to sit down at one (1) of their tables and go through my files using their wi-fi to find the documents that I need to print.
They are also very helpful in terms of when I need help on using their machine and anything else that I have concerns about.
I want to personally Thank the staff at the Fedex Office Print & Ship Center for taking good care of ME every time I visit their store such as back in December 2022 - January 2023 and moving forward.

I have had more negative experiences with FEDEX, There customer care is a joke, called numerous times to find out status of parcel, that took almost 2 weeks to arrive from NY, I have ordered products from UK and Germany via DHL and received it in 2days,, I will do my best not to use this company,
Spent $70 for overnight delivery. Fedex delivered the package, carelessly, to *** Avenue instead of *** Circle, as addressed. Recipient lived in a new development duplex, so I understand that getting this right may have had a level 5/10 difficulty. But it's Fedex, right? What could go wrong...
Long-story-short, these guys delivered a pack the the wrong address. The problem is what follow afterwards...
1. I notified their customer service of the error within 10 minutes.
2. Customer service said he didn't have a way to contact the driver.
3. Their "investigation" yielded no result.
4. The Fedex store I shipped it from said it had nothing to do with them.
5. Customer service said that I had to fill out a form online and that they could not take the claim, like I'm Fedex's contract secretary and have nothing better to do.
6. Filed the complaint online. After a week claim was denied, stating that they had determined the package was delivered to the correct address.
Moreover, FedEx has devolved into a drastically overpriced cluster with no accountability whatsoever at any level. I will never, never, never use Fedex again for any reason. I'll be at my local post office, where postal workers at least seem to care about my pakage as much as I do. UPS? Also fine.
Deliberately unaccountable, entitled bunch of overhyped morons that fully deserve to be chewed up and spit out by the coming recession.

FedEx is a worthless company. It is only concerned with one thing, time. How fast a package can be listed as delivered. FedEx doesn't give a damn WHERE it is delivered just as long as the driver marks it as delivered. My package was listed as delivered and it has not been. I am retired military and I am home all the time. No FedEx truck was around on the 29th fo April 2020. Nothing but a complete run-around from customer service. I will now specify "DO NOT USE FEDEX AS CARRIER" every time I order anything from anyone.

They never fail to disappoint! Whether it be LOST packages, or packages left at the wrong door, or failure to give updates on pending deliveries, FedEx remains the most consistently awful system of delivery! Whenever given a choice by shippers, I ask for UPS, USPS, Pony Express, or Carrier Pidgeon before FedEx!

I'm not going to repeat all the problems mentioned in all the other reviews. Yes, 95% od deliveries are AT LEAST 5 days late, up to a month. And, on the rare occasion they do actually deliver on-time, they deliver tothe wrong address, usually several blocks away.
My solution is to no longer order from any company that cannot offer me an alternate delivery service. I then notify the company's corporate office that I will be placing all my orders with one of their competitors who will ship via a reliable company. For example, I order online constantly from Home Depot, however they will not allow me to request an alternate delivery company. Even their phone reps said the majority of their calls related to FedEx problems. When I emailed their corporate HQ, I received several emails trying to keep me as a customer. The person also sent a few emails begging to talk to me on the phone about it, which I refused since she had made it clear via email that there was no alternative they could offer me. I have done the same with several other companies I used to order a lot from. Of course, I have also asked everyone I know to do the same. FedEx isn't going to change. But, if enough pressure can be put on the companies that ship via them, then maybe more companies will stop using them, as Amazon did due to all their delivery problems. Trying to complain to FedEx or put pressure on them will get you nowhere, as they simply don't care. But, the corporate HQ's of the major retailers do take notice, especially the more they hear from customers they are losing.

So again they denied the appeal, I lost $500 on my items and $95 shipping, I'm very disappointed about my loss and i don't know how to recover $600 after this,

Start a package that ever seen multiple notifications for when the package was supposed to be here I received notification Friday that my package would be delivered Monday today I received notification that we delivered by today 1:00 of course it never showed up when I went into the FedEx office they instantly will start pointing towards a science and they can't say anything you have to call this number I have never seen one FedEx package ever on time in the given time they were supposed to be delivered well I have seen multiple times is them sending me notifications saying a date and time and that day of time goes s past and it's never there. At 6:38 PM email stating it was delayed At 7:14 PM I got an email stating the package would be delivered by 8 o'clock on the 28th But when I checked my package through eBay where I purchased the items it States the package wasnt attempt to be delivered
TRASH $#*! COMPANY. If I could give negative stars, it's a -15. Have a order, paid for next day. Shipped Monday and said Thursday delivery(to begin, that's not even 2nd day). It's been delivered and ready for pickup AT A LOCATION NOT ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS! But I have to go there within 5 days or they ship it back. TO A PLACE IM NOT ALLOWED! Called yesterday and they said it would be today. Guess what? Still sitting at the location at noon on now Friday. CSR talking about 8pm tonight or tomorrow maybe? Maybe?
I was not surprised that FedEx has a bad review online because I can attest to that!
1)It took them 57 days before they delivered it at my place not after I attempted to pick it up at a Staple branch and the item was not available.
2)Their customer service hotline number is not reliable. Giving you wrong information about the exact status of your delivery item. Better to email them and they will reply but the solution for the problem is not enough for me.
3)Their 3rd party... Staples manager... don't know how deal with me because he did not even apologized for the inconvenience I waited for more than an hour for the missing item because it was pulled out by FedEx.To think that I just talked through phone on their staff 5 hours ago that anytime... I will be at their branch.It is like there is no proper coordination or endorsement. I did not hear a single word from the manager until I was endorsed by their staff who attended to me during that time.
So it is up to you if you want this kind of service...
