Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

I had a package come for a overnight shipping and never got my packege they ain even try n deliver it they jus sent it bck to my mom again and then she reshipped it it was suppose to be here yeaterday and never came were my package at dawg

When you call in it takes forever to get to a representative if needed. Then when you do the representative is useless and does not listen. Believe me this is with EVERYONE of them that I have spoken with. You would think that a MULTIMILLION/MULTIBILLION company would have better service and provide their service agents with the tools that are required to assist.
Even the virtual agent is useless.

I decided to write this review because over the past couple of months nothing has changed. I can say that the FED EX site in Sanford is great! They are the ones that have researched and gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you to them for finally being able to resolve a situation after a couple of months. The rest of the company SUCKS!

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect a quick answer or resolution. Do not expect any call backs when they say they will. If you really need something go to the actual ship center site as they have continued to provide the best assistance thus far.

Trying to get this company to deliver a package on a requested day is almost impossible. When you try to contact them using the ph. # listed you are transferred all over the world. They lie on their recordings saying they delivered when they don't. When and if you can reach the plant to ask about the package I was given different answers. Like it would be delivered the next day. Which was a Friday. We waited all day and no one ever delivered the package. Once I finally able to talk with someone in Rochester New York the person told me the package was still at the plant and had never been scanned. That was the original day it was supposed to be delivered. We ended up having to drive over an hour to pick up the package. The main plant manager wouldn't let you fill out complaint forms stating you have to call the 800 number which again takes you out of the country. This company needs a true overhaul. I would strongly encourage everyone to use the U.SP. S. or U. P.S.

FRAUD ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

My purchased arrived to BONGOUS and I have the proof of their arrival, but they claimed that they never received anything.
They also keep charging my credit card 4 months after I canceled my account with them and there is no way to reach them.

AVOID BONGOUS AT ALL COST!

They don't care they just use the covid for excuse not to work I'm sure they have workers but when my package goes through jersey in less then a day and stuck in PA means no one doing their job for three days yesterday I was told someone would call me today or email me neither happened from fed ex worst delivery service ever they just don't want to work and I'm sure they still don't care while my package which is needed in PA

DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAVE 3 DOGS NO WAY YOU KNOCKED ON MY DOOR! NOW I HAVE WASTED 2 DAYS WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE. NOW I HAVE TO SIT AROUND FRIDAY WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE. THEN IF YOU CALL YOU GET FAKE PEOPLE THAT WILL SAY NO I CANT LET YOU SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND HANG UP ON YOU. I WENT THROUGH THIS 2 WEEKS AGO THEY LIE AND SAY THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY LIAR SIGH I SWEAR YOU WILL NEVER HANDLE ANOTHER PACKAGE OF MINE MAILING OUT OR RECEIVING. BEWARE DO NOT USE FEDEX... Time & Time again Fed-Ex has let us down. Today was the kicker, when I expected delivery of a swing-set for my grandchildren who we are visiting. Their Daddy is in the military & we're visiting for a short while. Wanted to leave them something to have fun on while Daddy's gone. Fed-Ex was supposed to deliver the swing-set today so we could put it together & watch them play before we leave Sunday. No surprise, it's been delayed -in OR for the last 3 days. Now it won't be delivered until after we're gone. Another package in my same order arrived today, Thursday (was scheduled for 5 days from now) it also went through OR, left there yesterday- delivered TODAY! Called Fed-Ex they said yes, it's in OR, but nothing they can do about it. It will not arrive until Tuesday. Even after I explained that we don't know when we'll see our grandchildren again & a box at their OR facility yesterday was delivered today, could someone not just track down that package & get it on a truck to deliver tomorrow. No help! I will try my best to NEVER do business again with a company (Wal-Mart in this case) who ships with Fed-Ex. I'm beyond heartbroken to not get to see my grandchildren play on the gift that Fed-Ex has chosen to leave behind.

On 2 occasions in this past month I ordered shipments of wine, and the merchant shipped them via Fedex. I am 65 years old and have been buying wine online for years with no problems. Yet suddenly the driver refused to allow me to even sign for the wine because he demanded I show him "valid ID." The only ID i have at the moment is a passport that expired a few months ago, due to the pandemic and my disability I am not able to renew it at this time. On both occasions I called customer service and spoke to several supervisors, some of whom said they'd call me back but never did. After I called and got another set of talking heads, the last one told me that my expired passport is OK to use as ID because they only need my name and date of birth. The woman said she'd send the driver back to my home, just show him your passport, and this won't happen again because he was new and was very strict to follow the rules. So at 5:15 pm the driver shows up, gives me the wine, doesn't ask to see my ID, and says "I was told to tell you this is the last time," meaning no more deliveries unless I get a "valid" ID even though I'm 65 and obviously not under 21. He was belligerent and swaggered off. He did not tell me who allegedly told him to tell me this. It should also be noted that on the occasions I called, Fedex said they had no record of my previous calls or who I spoke with. I feel I've been gaslighted by people who are incompetent and want only to get a paycheck.

Fed Ex is a liar, saying packages have been delivered when the package has not been delivered. Packages lost in transit never arriving or lost in the local Fed Ex facilty. When I order something online and I see it is shipped FedEx my first reaction is sh#t will I get this package or will I have to contact the vendor AGAIN and complain that it was shipped via FedEx and lost. I have made 4 complaints in the last months with online vendors that FedEx has done it again. No package.

Was not home the first attempt Fedex delivery and they left a tag on the door, they said they tried to deliver tow more times but the driveway camera did not pick up any activity. After several attempt to call them finally got thru and they said they would delivery by 12:00 next day, Package didn't come so I call the sender he got a hold of them finally 8 day ladder i did get my package, DO NOT use FEDEX if you want you package delivered on time!

FEDEX USED TO BE A CONCERNED DELIVERY SERVICE. NOT ANY MORE. 18 DAYS AND STILL NO DELIVERY OF A 10-LB PACKAGE FROM THE NEXT STATE OVER FROM MINE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! SAVE YOUR SANITY-USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICE.

We received email that our item was being delivered on Feb. 28,2022 by the end of the day. I was home ALL DAY, We also have security camera out front of home. During the day i would check FEDEX tracking just in cause. I checked tracking a little after 4pm, and lord and behold there was update. Now let me say i live in a house and it is not a business, but the driver that day wrote the reason package was not delivered was due to BUSINESS/HOUSEHOLD NOT HOME. THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE. Then the box was taped together because someone, somewhere was having a very bad day and destroyed the it. Thank God there were no breakables inside.

Everytime I refuse a package they wait till I'm not home and deliver it anyways even if signatures are required. One package should have never made it off the truck it was completely destroyed the driver said it had been ran over I refused it, the next day I got a box with that packages label which had been cut off and tapped on the box contained the destroyed package... I just tried to refuse another shipment made out of error left a note on the door for a 300 dollar package which required a signature saying I refused the package come back and the package was on the porch. Took it to a FedEx store explained they said it was signed for I accepted it! I called BS I wasn't even home. So they took it wrote to return scribbled my address out on the table... The next day the same package is on my porch... Now the vendor is wanting to charge me 15% plus shipping for me to return it, because I never refused shipment... So I'm loosing 45 bucks plus coat of shipping on a 300 dollar part because FedEx will not let me refuse delivery. I hope they paid dearly for the shipment they destroyed that was about 20 grand worth of missing and damaged parts.

If I could give them zero Stars I would they have lost my packages multiple times and they won't do anything about it I can't even talk to a manager and supposedly they can't contact a driver or see their location because that's their policy so for all I know they stole my package because it wasn't even anywhere in the vicinity of the other houses I even walked three streets to find my package oh but it's my responsibility to find my package and to contact the shipper when they're the ones that delivered it and they refuse to let me talk to a manager so all in all whenever ship a package with them and every time I order online I will request not to be shipped through FedEx

Paid for 2 day shipping and the day it was to be delivered they decided to change the arrival date from 30, to 31, and kept it in Tennessee from 11:00am on 30th until 7:00pm on the 31st instead of bringing it 20 minutes away and delivering it on time, point is the package set at the Nashville office for 2 days and it was a waste of money paying for 2 day shipping for a package to be delivered in 4 days.

FedEx doesn't deliver early and have beed late 8 out of 10 times

Good Lord - what has happened to FedEx in the past year (even preceding COVID)? They used to be the gold standard of shipping companies, but not any more. There is no way to contact a responsive human by phone (I couldn't tell if I was dealing with IVR or an actual person, but whoever it was could not follow what I was saying in short, simple phrases and distinct pronunciation). There is Zero feedback to email inquiries, and the delivery drivers now rank at the bottom of home delivery services in terms of quality and reliability. Hopefully Amazon will purchase FedEx before they go into bankruptcy, but if not, UPS has continuously been getting better, and Amazon Prime now seems to have a fleet of aircraft and delivery trucks. Sigh, another American institution that paved the way bites the dust through their own inattention and lack of care.

Whenever I've received a package, they are always late. I've received packages from Thailand to California. Their window of delivery is always not correct. ALWAYS. I wish I could give negative. Do not trust them. One of biggest customer has changed to UPS. After that, we can rely on delivery. My brother sent me a package from LA. They promised to be delivered by Monday, just 4 days later. The package didn't arrive til Thursday. Even on Thursday, their window was from 1110am to 225pm. It arrived 5pm. Another pack6ftom California was promised to deliver on Sunday between 1110am to 225pm. When I call the customer service, first call was answered by a computer. Hung up on me. I had to repeatedly say customer service. Then she goes at 8pm. I tried to tap their delivery schedule around 3 times. At 255pm, it still says 225pm. Don't use FedEx. Worst delivery company

Be careful guys using FedEx, they are thieves. They charge you the amount they want, and they do not respond by phone, email, etc. by phone they just say: "The rates changed."
On July 15,2022, I posted 4 boxes online on their website. I agreed to pay $ 99.15 for all 4 boxes. They sent the boxes and some days later, on July 24,2022 (9 days after), THEY CHARGED $ 361.86 ON MY CARD!.
I called them several times and they said the same. "THE RATES CHANGED". I told them why you did not contact me before sending the boxes, and I can say NO, that is an expensive rate, and I go to pick up my boxes, Why did you send the boxes first, and you charged almost 4 TIMES THE PRICE!
Today, they have not answered me to get my money back. UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered some shopping from Belgium to be delivered to the UK, approx 300 euros, when I received my stuff they only actually forwarded about 30 euros worth. I complained and was told that Bongo never even open the original packaging and they would not except the fact that my package was not even sent in it's original packaging. The company I purchased from was happy to refund if I showed a photo of the package in it's original packaging, again Bongo would not help. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... It WILL cost you a fortune.

Ordered a package that was sent from Troutman, Oregon. It made it to Beaver Crossing, Nebraska in one day and arrived in South Pittsburg, Tennessee the next day. It sat there 4 days before being shipped to Atlanta, GA (4 hours max away). From Atlanta it was shipped to Charlotte, NC (passing within one hour of our house). From Charlotte it was shipped past us to Augusta, GA (again coming within 1 hour of our house) where it sat for 3 days before heading past our house (within 40 minutes) to Spartanburg, SC. Next it arrives in Greenville, SC for a day before being delivered to Greenwood, SC. REALLY? At 4 of the points, I could have driven under an hour in any of 3 directions and retrieved the package.

My front door was sealed off due to wildfire smoke, and a recently injured leg too painful to be hauling around to my back door a 40 lb package that was coming from Walmart. So, I put a sign both at the front door and also on another front window, asking that deliveries be left at the back door (see photos). As you can see, FedEx drivers in Reno, NV, either can't read or don't care.

Trying to get someone at FedEx to help me, I called their customer service phone number. The computer that answers will do everything it can so that you can NOT talk to a human. IF, after struggling with it for 20 minutes or so, you can finally get to a human, they will not give you the local phone number for the FedEx distribution center near your house, nor are they capable of contacting the center themselves to get anyone to help you. I guess we're lucky they don't just leave our packages out on the street, but I'll bet that will happen soon, once they replace their broken robot-like drivers with REAL robots. Hopefully THEY will be able to read.
