My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
They delivered my Christmas tree to the wrong door and the lady who received it does not wanna give it back. Now someone has a free new Christmas tree. I called fed ex and they said there's nothing they can do. So now i have to go spend ANOTHER 300$ on a Christmas tree for my kids, when i am a single mom of 3 and have no idea how I'm even going to get them presents now. I am VERY UPSET. And fed ex had nothing to say and now i have to go buy a new tree. The LEAST THEY CAN DO IS REFUND ME THE MONEY. FED EX IS A SCAM

We asked the driver to slow down, instead he yelled at me and my kids to shut my racist mouth. He blasted music and drove off. Called customer service and she didn't care. Hung up.
If I could give zero starts, I would. I ordered a bike for my child and was given a delivery date. They then changed it to the day after. Not a big deal. I get up on delivery day and check the tracker. My package is less than an hour from my home! Yay! Then I get off work expecting the package to be waiting for me. Not. It wasn't there of course. For reference, I live in Southern Kentucky. I check the tracker and they have shipped my package from being in Nashville, TN- an hour away from my home- to being over 9 hours away in Portland, NY. This was at 5 pm and expected delivery time was by 8:00 pm. I called FedEx to find out what in the world was going on and they tell me that since it's still within my expected delivery time, they can't do anything and I would have to call back. I was also told they didn't even know WHERE my package was and I would have to wait until the next destination scan to find it. Great. So I get up the next day to see where they've decided to send it this time and find that it's in Kansas City, MO! 13 hours away! In the WRONG DIRECTION! To top it off, there is absolutely NO expected delivery date on my package now and absolutely no one can give me a concrete answer on where it is or when it will be here! Get your lives together FedEx. This is LITERALLY your job!
The delivery was actually ahead of time and the delivery crew were very helpful. My door is difficult to find and the crew brought the 37 lb package inside my house.
2 packages sent from Winchester, Va to New Orleans on Fri 05MAR21. One arrives on Mon 08MAR21 and the other has been "in transit" at Holladay, Tn since Sat 06MAR21? F... ex has NO explanation or method for me to be recompensed for $300 loss. Not even rebate on $100 shipping fees!

Bongo US deals with 100,000 customers so I guess a few bad reviews is only a tiny percentage. I have only had good experiences with Bongo. I am in New Zealand and find it very handy to be able to send goods to Bongo at $ 5 shipping cost compared with $ 20 to $ 70 if I ship direct to New Zealand. Bongo consolidate my orders and allow me to pre-pay the tax so the shipment is fast tracked through to me in New Zealand. I just received my third shipment which arrived in 7 days which is fast for US to New Zealand. The key thing is to play by Bongo's rules. Never leave goods at Bongo for more than the 21 days allowed because with the number of items going through they can't afford to store them for longer. I build up a list of things I want and put all of the orders through at one time so that if one of the shippers sends to the wrong address there is time to sort that out before the 21 days expires. I did have an item break in one shipment but the Bongo insurance paid out on that no problem. Definitively not a scam and I will continue to do business with them.

I have a shop and receive a lot of packages. I get packages from UPS, Fedex, DHL (international) and USPS. I have no problems with the deliveries, EXCEPT when the supplier sends by FEDEX. 4 out of 10 deliveries have issues. From not attempting to deliver and stating that delivery was attempted, to stating the business is closed (due to pandemic) when the business is and has been open, to deliveries that get "stuck" at the local station and has the same "delayed" status day after day. Have no problems with UPS, DHL, and USPS. Only problems with Fedex and tons of it. Suppliers, please DO NOT USE Fedex! You will piss off your customers.
No calls, no texts, nothing from Fed Ex. Was an important delivery that was never received and their customer service was zero help. Not sure why people still use Fed Ex since 90% of the time, they are extremely unreliable and have no clue how to communicate with the customer (UPDATES ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!)

No help at all. Very confusing to use and costs a absolute fortune.MY PARCEL TURNED UP SMASHED AND THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW. Dont use this company they are crooks even on my inventory it says broken. Fedex think they should replace my stuff but they are even rude in emails. Dont use them.

Had to file a complaint against FedEx with BBB in early 2022. FedEx would say packages delivered and left at locked gate or outside storage. Don't have a locked gate or outside storage, here they were leaving packages at mailbox at end of lane 1 mile away. I always thought FedEx delivered to the door! Anyway Corporate said problem would be addressed and rectified, well that was a lie as it was spoken. Still continued and I gave up, just started looking for packages at mailbox first when FedEx would say delivered. Now I have 5 packages that have been delayed for 2 days due to weather. However, these packages have been on the truck for delivery for the past 2 days by notifications in am around 5 am and then by 2:30 pm receive notifications that delayed due to weather. The place my packages are coming from is only 30 minutes away and I have made safe trips there during this time frame. Wish I would have picked them up at the facility. Yo can never speak to anyone that knows anything and I wish all vendors offered me the option of choosing a different courier because I would definately choose someone else, even if it meant paying!
The phone service is extremely bad, the robot keep providing the same prompts without any option for a live customer representative, the same package delayed over 10 days and no answer
At my request, a friend mailed me a box of personal items and paid $200 for shipping from New Mexico. I looked up tariff rates in Greece and it appears it should be about seven percent of the value of the shipment. Since the items are only worth about $200 the tariff should be less than $20. Imagine my shock when Orbit Courier, the contractor, emailed me that I owe them $200 in tariff, deliver, and handling fees. Not only that but I was instructed to go to a bank, make a deposit, then fax them proof of deposit. Then they would send me more forms which I would have to print and fax back. Mind you, I am on vacation and am only here for a few more days. This felt like a scam and it took me a few days to verify that this Is supposedly a legitimate company. I have complained to fedex Greece and fedex USA and they all told me there is nothing they can do and I have to work it out with the courier. I am pretty sure that even if I paid it, they would find ways to not deliver it and then charge me further. I am so upset.

The customer service agents tell you whatever they think you want to hear. Speaking to a manager took 3 days and 11 hours on hold they do not call you back.
When I buy stuff online they always mark packages as delivered but they never deliver. From now on I'll be leaving messages to online stores to no send packages via FedEx.

I purchased 3 expensive items from the USA for my online business. Each worth over $6000. They were shipped by FedEx. I had to wait almost a month for each package to arrive because of the high demand.
I was so anxious to get them for my business which was so important.
FedEx DID NOT CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED For all 3 items, all I got was a sticky note on my door saying, they will try the following week after(3 days) to deliver the package.
I called head office to complain and customer service replied and said to notify and send you a notification I must request and they will be charged for that. So you won't know when you will have your package delivered by FedEx. It will be a surprise and you will have to chase your package for a week to catch it.
I will never use FedEx again or recommend it. The worse delivery company by far.
Same stoty with every FedEX delivery. Items are delivered around noon during workdays, which means I no one is at home. I try to contact Customer Support to see if I can the delivery to take place at a later time in the day or at least hold it at a shipment center, but their automated system won't let you reach a real person represenative and all they could provide is tracking information which you arleady know. Then after I finally reach a real human representative they inform me that they can only take instructions from the shipper. Then I have to call the shipper and then they have to call FedEX which could take about 24 hours to respond to the shipper's instructions and update the shipping infiormation. It is always a horrible experience to deal with FedEX. A message to retailers, please use UPS.
Per the title, FedEx has awful customer service, a broken website, and loses my packages. Their call centers are outsourced and their website provides little, if any resources to resolve issue. For example, I tracked a package I sent 30 days ago. The package was marked as delayed and I never received a notice. I called their outsourced customer service to be told I had to file a claim online because the package was likely lost. I'm now in the 14 day review period for my claim of roughly $1000, and if it is completed I will be mailed a check... a check! In order to set up electronic payment transfers I have to create a FedEx shipping account. No, no thew account I already use to login and track packages. It's a completely different account I will use to ship packages. When trying to register the account, no matter when I do it or what I change in the information, I'm given an error and told to call their terrible, outsourced support line to add a new account. Whenever (read: if ever) I get my claim paid for I will not be using FedEx by choice ever again.

I was shipping a fly rod back to the manufacturer for repair. Should never have trusted FedEx, especially after having my inbox spammed with notices of service delays due to "weather" and "covid 19." Everyone has been dealing with Covid-19 for two years. If my small brand probiotics company can deliver their product on time without fail each month, a 70 billion dollar company should be able to provide a strong customer experience and functional website.
