I'm having an issue with a FedEx who text me whilst on my way to work this morning to say they were delivering an item today - an item which I asked not to be delivered today and which yesterday they confirmed would not be. They don't have a telephone number for customer service so I opened a 'live chat' with 'Christopher' on their website BEFORE 9am. Once I sent my name, address, phone number and details of what the problem with the delivery was (he requested this information at the beginning of our live messaging chat) I HEARD NOTHING ELSE FROM HIM! It's been over 5 hours since I opened this chat and although I've messaged regularly through this time, I'm still waiting for a reply! I will complain to the company who hired them for their deliveries now as I won't order anything from that company again for fear of the same horrendous experience with FedEx customer services

As stated in the title, I will never shop with anyone who uses FedEx as their delivery service/carrier. They have been consistently unreliable, employ and tolerate drivers who flat out lie about delivering packages. It's happen to me on 2 seperate situation, the first time the driver stated 4 times, on 4 separate days, that he came to my address and either no one was home or he couldn't find the address, despite other FedEx trucks making deliveries to the building where I live (a totally peaceful area). Today I sat in my open window working while waiting for them, when all of a sudden I received a text message saying that my package had been delivered. I immediately got them on the phone and was told that I have to wait 48 hours for an investigation to be conducted. Although I had 1 successful delivery prior to that one, 1 of 3 that is, I sorta anticipated this happening. I might add that I've never experienced this type of service, or the lack of with UPS or USPS... In fact, UPS will call you most of the time stating that they're at your door... Imagine that with FedEx!
My package is being held at the Fedex warehouse to artificially increase shipment times, because I didn't pay for a more express shipment. I have called their customer service to verify this, and they did verify that even though the package was only a few miles from my house, I could neither pick it up today, or have fedex deliver it for the next 3 days. This seems like an incredibly stupid decision as this package will eventually be put on a truck to be delivered, but Fedex has artificially increased shipping times, to make their "faster shipping seem better. They might get away with it on smaller items, but this was a $500+ purchase that I paid for the second best shipping option, and as such I hoped to receive this soon, but in the end it will take 6 day (for an upcharge no less) when it could have been delivered in 2 days, which Amazon considers a free option. If using for business purposes this will enrage customers, and lose your buisness credibility in the meantime, for no real reason.
Fedex left an important package out in the rain at a completely different address than its intended destination.
This is not the first experience for a delivery on this route where the company appeared absolutely careless.
The item and box was damaged and completely soaked.
Contacting customer support is a headache so I am reviewing their service on other websites like this since they do not appear to care about reception and evidence of their service putting items in damage.
I in no way recommend anybody to use this shipping service. Unfortunately I could not choose and was stuck having an item delivered via fedex.
You are supposed to just accept it or understand that some companies today just don't have a care in the world for their customers and "that's just the way it is." but when you are ordering things that are important to you, and have things damaged and are left expecting the worse each time, it becomes so very discouraging.
Fedex has such a bad record of doing this and it is beyond irritating and unacceptable for them to screw up so often, to deliver items damaged, and to be a company that doesnt seem to give a care at all.
Fed ex claimed they left my package at my front door. However I was home all day that day and they NEVER came to my house! I even checked with all neighbors and my local post office. My package has never been found! Fed ex allows thieves to work for their company! Absolutely the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY out there!
I have had orders from Walmart twice sent out. One of them got damaged in shipment never received it. Walmart Resent it and it come with half the order box was also damaged

Trying to get this company to deliver a package on a requested day is almost impossible. When you try to contact them using the ph. # listed you are transferred all over the world. They lie on their recordings saying they delivered when they don't. When and if you can reach the plant to ask about the package I was given different answers. Like it would be delivered the next day. Which was a Friday. We waited all day and no one ever delivered the package. Once I finally able to talk with someone in Rochester New York the person told me the package was still at the plant and had never been scanned. That was the original day it was supposed to be delivered. We ended up having to drive over an hour to pick up the package. The main plant manager wouldn't let you fill out complaint forms stating you have to call the 800 number which again takes you out of the country. This company needs a true overhaul. I would strongly encourage everyone to use the U.SP. S. or U. P.S.

When you call in it takes forever to get to a representative if needed. Then when you do the representative is useless and does not listen. Believe me this is with EVERYONE of them that I have spoken with. You would think that a MULTIMILLION/MULTIBILLION company would have better service and provide their service agents with the tools that are required to assist.
Even the virtual agent is useless.
I decided to write this review because over the past couple of months nothing has changed. I can say that the FED EX site in Sanford is great! They are the ones that have researched and gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you to them for finally being able to resolve a situation after a couple of months. The rest of the company SUCKS!
Bongo handled my order very quickly and correct to The Netherlands. In future handlings I would like to have some different sending options to select; if time doesn't matter and cargo cost does.

Time & Time again Fed-Ex has let us down. Today was the kicker, when I expected delivery of a swing-set for my grandchildren who we are visiting. Their Daddy is in the military & we're visiting for a short while. Wanted to leave them something to have fun on while Daddy's gone. Fed-Ex was supposed to deliver the swing-set today so we could put it together & watch them play before we leave Sunday. No surprise, it's been delayed -in OR for the last 3 days. Now it won't be delivered until after we're gone. Another package in my same order arrived today, Thursday (was scheduled for 5 days from now) it also went through OR, left there yesterday- delivered TODAY! Called Fed-Ex they said yes, it's in OR, but nothing they can do about it. It will not arrive until Tuesday. Even after I explained that we don't know when we'll see our grandchildren again & a box at their OR facility yesterday was delivered today, could someone not just track down that package & get it on a truck to deliver tomorrow. No help! I will try my best to NEVER do business again with a company (Wal-Mart in this case) who ships with Fed-Ex. I'm beyond heartbroken to not get to see my grandchildren play on the gift that Fed-Ex has chosen to leave behind.
On 2 occasions in this past month I ordered shipments of wine, and the merchant shipped them via Fedex. I am 65 years old and have been buying wine online for years with no problems. Yet suddenly the driver refused to allow me to even sign for the wine because he demanded I show him "valid ID." The only ID i have at the moment is a passport that expired a few months ago, due to the pandemic and my disability I am not able to renew it at this time. On both occasions I called customer service and spoke to several supervisors, some of whom said they'd call me back but never did. After I called and got another set of talking heads, the last one told me that my expired passport is OK to use as ID because they only need my name and date of birth. The woman said she'd send the driver back to my home, just show him your passport, and this won't happen again because he was new and was very strict to follow the rules. So at 5:15 pm the driver shows up, gives me the wine, doesn't ask to see my ID, and says "I was told to tell you this is the last time," meaning no more deliveries unless I get a "valid" ID even though I'm 65 and obviously not under 21. He was belligerent and swaggered off. He did not tell me who allegedly told him to tell me this. It should also be noted that on the occasions I called, Fedex said they had no record of my previous calls or who I spoke with. I feel I've been gaslighted by people who are incompetent and want only to get a paycheck.

Fed Ex is a liar, saying packages have been delivered when the package has not been delivered. Packages lost in transit never arriving or lost in the local Fed Ex facilty. When I order something online and I see it is shipped FedEx my first reaction is sh#t will I get this package or will I have to contact the vendor AGAIN and complain that it was shipped via FedEx and lost. I have made 4 complaints in the last months with online vendors that FedEx has done it again. No package.
Was not home the first attempt Fedex delivery and they left a tag on the door, they said they tried to deliver tow more times but the driveway camera did not pick up any activity. After several attempt to call them finally got thru and they said they would delivery by 12:00 next day, Package didn't come so I call the sender he got a hold of them finally 8 day ladder i did get my package, DO NOT use FEDEX if you want you package delivered on time!
