The whole thing sucks. I hate computers. The ad says punch in some information and see if you qualify. What it should say is punch in all of your personal information and then start receiving 15 calls a day or more then sometime down the line you'll see if you possibly qualify. Also, I receive anywhere from 25 to 40 bogus advertising calls every day. So needless to say I screen all of my calls. Of all the calls I get each day maybe one possibly two leave a message. So if you get my answer machine I suggest you leave a message. Please do not call before 11 AM as I sleep late. My name is William although I answer to Red. Thank you.

Poor experience. You collect a lot of personal information and turn it over to third parties to which I never consented. The website implied it would provide me rates directly and not by third parties.

You advertised a government program to reduce monthly mortgage but set up a commerical refi. Typical bate and switch! I would like to give you zero stars! I get endless spam calls and emails from answering adds like yours who "promise" to protect my information. If it was up to me you would spend some hard time in a federal prison..

I didn't ask for q VA lender & Ovation is a credit repair - not what I asked for. I could have approached Ovation myself, of I trusted them. If you don't have lenders for people who think they have "fair" credit (mine is rated "fair" with some, "average" with others, why waste my time?

I am pleased with fetcharate so far.im pretty much homeless I have no running water and no electricity.my check from social security is only 423 dollars a month. I would love to have a home to take my 7 year old grandson too

This site has given me hope since my credit went in the toilet due to COVID-19. I am in the process of paying all of my creditors back. With the extra money that is what I will do. Thank You for your help!

The site stated that It would show if I was approved for this program or not. Now it seems it was just an advertisement to get my information and now my cell won't stop with all these companies calling that I did not solicit.

This website is misleading. The information you request is for lenders you must talk to in order to get the estimated quote. I will not be calling any lenders and would really appreciate none of them calling me.

You did not tell me if I qualify. That was misleading. I don't want a bunch of phone calls from lenders if I don't qualify. I currently have a 2.6% 30 year loan. If they can't be there then it is of no benefit for them to call me.

It's your software. It leads one to believe you will see a written response to your query but demands a telephone number to move forward. Then, when you move forward you're gonna get inundated with unwanted calls and no information online.

Does this include mobile homes? If not, why not? My home needs new windows, a new roof, a power saving hot water system, an up dated bathroom...etc. However, after checking with 6 or companies, mobile homes are ALWAYS EXCLUDED

You marketing liars showed a reason on electronic incentive to verify if I qualify for a mortgage discount on payment and did not provide electronic confirmation or denial of qualification. You sent my information to mortgage brokers to call me instead.

Hmm another click bait add filling the internet with false garbage. Add says click here to learn about how to save. But instead they want you to fill out a form so they can spam you with telemarketing calls and emails.

Multiple calls all wanting my entire history even after I explained that I was in the industry for 16 years and gave them the information they needed to give me the information that would make it worthwhile for me and for them to have a longer conversation. Most insisted on following their scripts and so a lot of time was wasted. Some had gatekeepers so they wasted even more of my time. I would not use the site again nor would I recommend it to others.

I absolutely hate that you people run stinking websites that promise me the ability to "see available rates," but then you don't let me see possible rates that I can shop, you just turn the bloodhounds loose on me to try to get my business. Don't get me wrong–I want to talk to real, live people, but first I want to see what they have to offer and then I will decide if they're someone I want to talk to or if they'll just be a waste of time. If you're going to offer an online service for seeing/shopping rates, let us see what is being offered and don't waste our time. I won't take a single call from you otherwise.

I didn't mean to become overwhelmed for several hours and now again today. I shouldn't have given you all that information about myself and my numbers and address, etc. It was a mistake, and I have had about a dozen different responders. I was looking for just one person to explain just one thing to me. I didn't want to refinance, but I spent the day trying to get off the phone. That's not your fault, it's what you do. I opened myself up for far too much attention, and it will probably continue. Ugh!

Fetchrate sent an email saying I could receive up to $30,000 without effecting my monthly payment, which is what interested me, but when I follow up. Fetchrate does not allow me to enter that constraint in my search of lenders.
