I have been given NO info & resent the cattle prod. I am pushed thru your personal info extracting machine,& I don't like it. Hence the low rating! It's all about what U want/need from me. Frustrating

I do not wish to be inundated with phone calls. Why is correspondence via email not sufficient? It is misleading when you suggest the rates can be viewed. This is no different than other firms. Very sad.

The advertisement to get started appeared there was a government program that would give you monthly assistance, when it was actually trying to lure people into refinancing their current homes. This was very misleading and a scam

Don't promise me a free quote on the next page only to show me a list of lenders who blow up my phone for the next 6 months! I just want to see the possibilities as your ad promised, and all this is is clickbait for harassing, high pressure sales calls. Gross.

Unsure how I feel yet. I went ahead onto the site because the ad said save on your mortgage with government program but it doesn't appear that was true. I at this point I think this is just another way to get my info to give to lenders and they're going to blow up my phone and email.

Your advertising is deceptive. Lead in makes one think they're looking into a federal program, only to find it's nothing but a referral to mortgage brokers. Luckily, I did no to provide a valid #: your clients are intrusive over aggressive an a general pain.

I don't like not being able to see the rate. Instead, you trick people into talking to certain mortgage companies and my phone rings off the hook. Let me make that decision, after I see the rates. What a sad game.

I purchased some property and sold my house, just before all the inflation started. I decided not to move forward and wait hoping things would change.
Prices have somewhat reduced, but I'm still to make changes and cuts to afford it.

I thought I would e been directed to a website with this "program" explained and find out the qualifications. All it did was show me who I can refinance my home thru. Waste of time. I could've done that on my own. And now y'all have my email and number so u can harass me.

Ahh nothing to write home about so of course same here nothing to wrong good or bad it only allowed me to give my info and that was the end said lenders in that address's area would be calling me soon

Your service is no different than any other lender clearinghouse… All you do is collect information and pass it on to others, so that we can be bombarded with phone calls. Instead, why don't you just provide us the information upfront and let us decide who we want to talk to?

The "grab your attention" line states you can see if you qualify for this program. But all you do is send me to a bunch of lenders who can't match my loan rate but want to offer "other" stuff that doesn't make it any better. Why can't you just say "this is what you qualify for and here is how you get it"?

I just want to some how purchase a home and move out of my cousin's home. My purse was stolen and over $******* Indians were used from what was in my car. I do, however, have the Lexington Law firm working on this. Only God knows the outcome.

This was misleading. Article read one thing and clicking on link takes you to putting in information and ending up being called by dozens of lenders. This is become annoying and whoever is paying you for this service is not going to get their money's worth eventually further down the road.

This was supposed to tell me that I qualify or not for the government assistance program lowering our mortgage $350 a month. This is a ploy to give lenders leads that they probably pay this company for. Dishonest. You could have advertised straight forward and had a client for life. Terrible

I haven't received service, yet and this survey came up. So far, it's just the survey, then my phone started ringing of the hook, and the list of lenders came up, but no quotes, rates or data to say I qualify for anything. I guess they're trying to catch a conversation with me, instead. So, not really a fan of this process. So far, no email giving me result if I'm qualified for this federal program for discount, just my phone ringing off the hook and a bunch of voice mail.

My experience has been rewarding truly your lenders are really professional and quick super nice and helpful. Thank you for making this first time buying experience a breeze. So appreciated. I give you a platinum star!

I am already working with 2 mortgage companies. Don, t need another! Need to know about a gov, t program to save $ as you stated for the get go. If that is not the intent then please don, t both calling. Tk u.

This was to see if I qualify. I should have been asked if I am ready to receive calls from lenders. Or at the very least, my preferred method of contact. EXAMPLES: by email/ by text/ by call. Would be more helpful then.

Don't like the sneaky way your ad is presented. Starts with remarkable promise that I could not verify. Misleading 'bait' that invites me to check to see if i qualify then does not proceed unless I give you my complete, personal information. Definitely misleading.

I am just checking rates I already have a closing date for my loan. This conversation started as a free home fixing up or renovation for my property I buying. Stop trying to scam people. Thanks and don't contact me!

I just started. I don't like to be forced into anything or hounded by mortgage Co. Day after day or night after night. I know how much my property is worth & my husband and I have been paying on it since 2013. I Don't want to refinance & go back to a 30 yr. Payment Or payments for the full original loan amount. Again NO HOUNDING!

I am facing a separation/Divorce and will have to buy her out! We've been married since 9/23/1980 and she said she's just not happy! I don't get I've never cheated on her and physically harmed her? I don't get it I just moved here in June of two thousand twenty?
