The link I clicked on said this was a government saving program. I have been through the refi thing with several lenders and NONE of them can offer us a lower rate. I thought I was inquiring about a different way to save money. This is misleading advertising I sell ads and might contact the FCC about this. It's deceptive and flat out wrong.

This thing indicates an online quote. That's not what happens. Lenders call and try to get me to refi. I don't want to talk to anyone until I already know the new payment and the new rate as well as the new term. If this can't be provided from the information I've already given then why promise a quote that you can't provide without more info.
I think you should be able to give a better communication of a rough right area into a cash out amount under the circumstances in which I have given. My score is because I have a lot of revolving credit.
Your ad indicated that you could get cheaper rates…I don't want to get a barage of phone calls from everyone bragging about their company's greatness. I just want info that will let ME decide what company will honestly and directly give me the info I need. Most of these companies call you with a contract in hand for you to sign. I don't do business like that.
You shouldn't have to put in ALL your personal info to see information! If someone is just doing research they shouldn't be bothered by all sorts of phone calls. Provide the data not people calling to bother you.
I absolutely hate that you people run stinking websites that promise me the ability to "see available rates," but then you don't let me see possible rates that I can shop, you just turn the bloodhounds loose on me to try to get my business. Don't get me wrong–I want to talk to real, live people, but first I want to see what they have to offer and then I will decide if they're someone I want to talk to or if they'll just be a waste of time. If you're going to offer an online service for seeing/shopping rates, let us see what is being offered and don't waste our time. I won't take a single call from you otherwise.
I have tried multiple times to be matched with a lender after being contacted by this site first via multiple emails. Only to get the results of no lenders to be matched with. It is frustrating that my inbox is flooded with emails from your team whilst I cannot even get a lead on a lender when I do visit your site.

I am not able to speak via my phones, cell or land line due to recent surgeries. I previously asked for e-mail contact only from my previous inquiry. I informed the last set of offers of this to no avail. Plus they only wanted to run a hard credit search to give me an offer without advising me what they had to offer to entice me to use them

Yes ms rasmussen is my favorite teacher and reccomened this website to me. She is helping me with my credit score and i am becoming an adult slowly. I am very poor and in need of extra money all the time. Very bored i am 69 years old and lonely i thought this was a dating website like farmers only.com but she tricked me that old fool or her she is a rebel now a days. I thought I could trust her but now i learned that i can not fall into this hole again she is the most meanest person around. Period girl! I came to check this out after reading an article thinking this was a direct source, however the second I entered my information I got back to back phone calls and text messages from a ton of loan places. Super frustrated that the site was so misleading and that I was bombarded
I just filled out three or four questions and then you finally asked me how good at the service the service could not be verified until after I start looking at the rates and talking to people to find out exactly how good services until now only thing I've done was just answered questions
All you are doing is redirecting people to loan providers like rocket mortgage instead of offering something insightful as you claim in your ad! Guess what Einsteins! People already know several refinancing players out there. They dont need fetchrate's expertise or direction! No wonder, players like you just come and go without making a single penny of profit
I was told by filling out this information I would be told if I qualify for a lower rate, but all you do is turn me over to more lenders who can't match what I have. Perhaps you should ask what my present rate is if you say you can get me a lower rate. This is just one big advertising scam.
