So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

I just filled out three or four questions and then you finally asked me how good at the service the service could not be verified until after I start looking at the rates and talking to people to find out exactly how good services until now only thing I've done was just answered questions
The person that is looking for the quote should not have to put in a phone number to move forward with the process or there should be a box that says no calls. Since the person gives email they could screen offers through there and then if they see something that they like they could then ask for a fallow up call.

I was told by filling out this information I would be told if I qualify for a lower rate, but all you do is turn me over to more lenders who can't match what I have. Perhaps you should ask what my present rate is if you say you can get me a lower rate. This is just one big advertising scam.
All you are doing is redirecting people to loan providers like rocket mortgage instead of offering something insightful as you claim in your ad! Guess what Einsteins! People already know several refinancing players out there. They dont need fetchrate's expertise or direction! No wonder, players like you just come and go without making a single penny of profit
You do not say what else is needed to qualify... also if you have debtbotherthan mortgage why would you ask about cashlut of other debt. Not interested in putting unsecured det into secure situation by using house as collateral.

This experience so far is useless. Ask me at the end. If your rates are really much lower than if I did not go with Fetcharate. You asked me if I am military. I am but I do not care for the Funding Fee the VA charges. Right there, you tell me that your interest is going to be about the same as the other guy. I am of the belief this is a gimmick and nothing more.
Because it says that its rates are much much lower than the none Fetcharate guys. I am starting to believe it is a gimmick.
I'm encouraged and hopeful. We don't have any money, really, to go anywhere and do much of anything. A vacation--what's that? We're a retired school teacher single-income family who have had extremely expensive medical bills for two of our children--Christy has Prader-Willi syndrome and special needs and David died three years after being paralyzed from the shoulders down for 32 years after an accident! The thought that we could have some of our debt burden reduced is remarkable to us... Maybe this is "too much information" but, hey, it' our life and most other parents would do exactly the same as we have done. So thanks for some encouragement.

Don't care to offer rating at this time. You people contact prospective clients with a stellar mortgage payment record, no more PMI, yet won't consider a refi at a lower interest rate. No explanation has been offered. Started researching when interest rates were at historic lows. Now that rates are on the rise, I'm being contacted again by Rocket, Loan Depot and others to refinance at the same rate I am paying now. Yo people are Vultures who prey on people who just want a fair deal in order to pay off our mortgages. You have no interest in giving mortgages to anyone besides people with six figure salaries

This began telling the consumer this was a loan to renovate your home, offering $60,000. Now, it looks like a regular loan, not how the ad read. A little disappointing. With regard to filling out the info with ease….simple, no problem.
The thought of renovating my home with a very low rate sounded appealing.
I've checked out this so called discount mortage rates before and all it is is a way for the lending for the lending company to get you further in debt by charging a pretty large fee for you to refinance. You actually didn't save money but increased your debt. Their adds are misleading.
Since you were not a lending company I was hoping that you would have a plan that would actually save me money not incur more debt. Seeing your connections i know that I will be occurring more debt by refinancing. I may end up with a lower payment but it will be over a longer period of time hence I will be paying more. The other option would be to decrease the mortage time which would lower my payment time but cost me more per month. Either option is to the lending company not to me. I'm disappointed that you did not have a better option for someone who has always paid their bills. Again big business wins and the little guy pays the price. Please do not give these companies my phone number. Most of the time I'm borrowing too little for them to give me a better rate. THANK but NO THANKS
