Terrible customer service. Received generic responses and absolutely no empathy for a special circumstance that prevented us from attending a purchased event. Unable to receive a refund even though the manager of the organization the event was held completely understood our situation and was willing to help us out. We did our best to explain human to human, and the responses were unacceptable. Do not recommend utilizing Fever to purchase services

This company engages in dishonest business practices and i would steer clear. If everything goes right, it seems like this company is fine to work with. The problems start with how this company preys on consumers as soon as there is an issue. They don't honor sales prices if discount codes fail to apply, they make it an absolute fight to obtain a refund if an event is cancelled, don't notify people of event cancelations, etc. Look at the plethora of complaints on BBB or online, trust good companies with your money. Not another corporate leech on our society

Fever sold me a ticket with a specific time slot. When i got there (Barcelona) the venue was closed. Fever did not refund me my money. Total scam. Do not trust them. A voucher is NOT a refund. I don't want a voucher so I can get scammed again.
UPDATE: after many bad reviews I wrote they finally gave my money back. Too bad it has to come down to this and not just common sense from their part.

I purchased 6 tickets to go to Fairchild Garden for the Night at The Garden event on December 31,2024. Unfortunately, we were not able to get to the park that night. I contacted Fever, who sold the ticket to us and explained the situation. They said there was nothing they could do. I called again, but they emailed me the same response: "After reviewing your case once again, we must inform you that, as stated in our Terms of Use, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds, changes of date, or transfers for your tickets, as our policy strictly prohibits any modifications once the date and time of the original tickets has passed."... However, I contacted Fairchild Botanical Garden directly on January 1,2025. They called me back regretting the issue and said they are willing to let us use the tickets until the end of the season on January 12. Fever didn't care about the reputation of their client and provided terrible service to us, the customers.

My brother, not used to book tickets by computer but eager to learn, booked tickets for an event. Unfortunately, he made a mistake when he selected the date. Immediately after receiving the tickets, he saw his mistake and asked me to help him out. I contacted the client service and we had an email conversation going on (whick made me hopeful for a good result). But a day later my brother got the decission, no possibility to change the date. If he wanted to go to the event on the correct date, he had to buy tickets again. For me this is so client unfriendly, I really do not understand this reaction. Nothing was lost, just a change in date! But no, is was a NO from Fever client service... Unbelievable.

So if someone gifts you vouchers and there are excess funds on a couple of them, you cannot transfer the balance to another voucher or use more than 1 at a time to purchase tickets. In further investigation, I was told that if my balance would exceed the voucher amount, I'd pay the balance (duh), but if the total was less than the voucher total the leftover funds would be lost. I consider that stealing, and so does my sister who paid for the vouchers for us as Christmas presents. Omigosh, and the sass from the chat rep was obnoxious, including this after I'd asked if the voucher policies of disappearing funds, not combining vouchers and only using 1 per transaction were made clear during the purchasing process: "At this point the conversation has become unproductive. Unless you have any other request from this one, I am afraid we will need to finish the interaction."
Tip for consumers:
Keeping excess funds from vouchers is essentially stealing

I used Fever to book the Safari experience in Atlanta and the website repeatedly declined my payment. I sent several emails to customer service and their response was that perhaps I didn't have the funds in my account even though I sent screenshots of approved transactions from two separate accounts. Their response was insulting and dismissive. Not only did they provide no solutions, my Valentine's Day plans were completely ruined. This company is incompetent and I will never use it again.
If you ever run into a problem, they have NO SOLUTIONS! I do NOT RECOMMEND FEVER.

Robbing me $50 because I bought the tickets early. I just wanted an extra ticket due to a surprise visit and not only did I get overcharged $50, now I have to pay even more to get another ticket! The refund policy is designed for Fever to act like rats once someone put some cash in this businesses hand. DO NOT EVER buy a ticket from FEVER until the LAST SECOND. It seems that the company is low on revenue so once they get someone to hand them money, they'll run away and care less about your experience to their event. My experience has been ruined before I have even arrived to the event due to knowing this cash-hungry company only cared about suckering me in for a few extra $ rather than accommodating a surprise visit from my family member.

I purchased tickets to "Dining in the Dark" for my wife as an anniversary gift. The day before the event, we suffered a tragic and sudden death in our family. I contacted customer service via the chat function in their app, and the rep seemed nice enough but told us that it would have to be resolved via email. We then got a canned response via email basically telling us tough luck. We requested to transfer to another date instead of a refund, and were also denied, even when a customer service rep mentioned it as a possibility over the phone. We tried three times via chat, email, and phone call to speak with someone. Each time, we were told we had to wait for an email response, and the response we received each time was the SAME CANNED RESPONSE. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior towards a grieving family. I will NEVER give them my business ever again and will be spreading the word. The event is tonight and now we are losing out on the money and experience. This could have been remedied simply by 1) offering a refund and allowing us to rebook for one of the February or March dining in the dark experiences at club Detroit or 2) simply transfer us from tonight's event to one of those dates. When looking online, there is still availability for those experiences. This is so disappointing.

I Big, you guys not to purchase tickets through Fever they are a big rip off. They will take your money and literally run with it. I went to see the Harry Potter experience took the wrong exit and it made me late. They refused to grant me entry however, gave me a customer service card for Fever to reschedule when I attempted several times to get rescheduled. They constantly kept saying no refunds. I never wanted a refund I just wanted a new scheduled date for the experience. They constantly kept rejecting my request. They're very unprofessional. There's no customer service number to even call!

We purchased tickets based on the setlist. The setlist remained the same as the show started. We were invited bybthe Fever ataff to scan the barcode and follow along with the program. But as soon as it started, they completely changed everything. Then after the show, they quickly updated the setlist. It was a very sneaky change, felt like a bait and switch. And the response we got was too bad, so sad. We've been to many feger events and spent lots of money. After this experience, we will not be back. Very disappointed with the experience and even more disappointed with the lame response!

Don't use them. None refundable tickets. I used a search in my area for events. An event showed up which I booked. The town showed Greenville, no state. So I assumed it was the Greenville 30 minutes from us. Well it was a Greenville in another state 5 hours away. The Fever team was not helpful at all. Will never use them again.

Be warned, Fever is a SCAM! After paying $42 for the Neon Brush DC event though Fever and then $15 for parking, they wouldn't let me in at the door because I was a little late. They totally hid this no late entry policy, as it appeared nowhere in their confirmation email. And then Fever refused to give me a refund! The man at the door of the Neon Brush event promised a refund if I contacted Fever, but Fever denied the refund. My guess? They overbook and then don't allow late entry to hide it. What other reason would there be to not allow a paying costumer to enter a casual paint and sip event a few minutes late? Do NOT trust Fever! Their costumer service is unreasonable and useless.

They are a SCAM!

No Refund Policy EVER IN ANY EVENT
1. Purchased tickets for an event. (My fourth or fifth event purchase.)
2. They went to an email I don't use (apparently associated with Facebook although my email associated with Fever is correct).
3. Thought the purchase did not occur having received no tickets or confirmation. Purchased once again and confirmed with PayPal the purchase went through.
4. Did not receive tickets or confirmation. Emailed and called Fever They confirmed tickets went to unused email.
5. Reached out and informed Fever of issue well in advance of event. Explained all. Stated I mistakenly purchased two sets. They said I would receive a reply.
6. No reply, reached out again to be told that there are no refunds or exchanges etc. but they would offer me the tickets to the same event at another time but would need to hear from before show (it's now two hours before and I am still at work.)
7. I'm computer literate. I clearly explained the situation prior to the event, they responded that their policy was no refunds or exchanges and they would no longer communicate with me on the subject. It is their policy and the reason does not matter. I've never known a company to do business this way.
In short, my error cost me $84.00. And I'm "clearly a fool", therefore will never use fever again. If you plan to use them do not make a mistake.
UPDATE: after adding reviews to Trustpilot and sitejabber and contacting the BBB., a refund was in my account within moments. I'm glad, however I'm not sure why it took me going to those lengths.
Tip for consumers:
Read all of the only complaints around Fever and they’re all directed at the No refunds policy. Wonder why they would continue their practice of capitalizing on human misfortune knowings this issue is the bulk of their 1 star ratings.

We sat at the venue for a candlelight concert, along with 150 other people, for over an hour before we were told that they double booked the concert and our event was cancelled. Total scam! They are now offering us vouchers for another event which we have ZERO interest in going to after this experience. I'm fighting back for a refund and I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company as well as filing a case with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM FEVER it's a scam!

They steal money from people by lying to them and making them repurchase tickets so you then keep their money. I purchased tickets and never received them so the day of the event I was told I didn't have ticket therefore I repurchased the tickets only to later find out that they charged me twice. I reached out for a refund and explained I was told I had not tickets therefore I purchased new ones the day of the event and they refuse to refund my money after several attempts. This is terrible people work hard for their money and here they are taking money and not providing anything. Refund my money! $254.66

My partner and I attended the Van Gogh exhibition in London last week. We have been to similarly priced Frameless and Lightbox exhibits recently and enjoyed them very much. I went to the Van Gogh projected exhibit in Hyde Park a few years back and loved it as well. We have also booked some concert tickets with Fever Up and they were fine.
The Van Gogh exhibition was shocking for nearly £50. It looked like a college art product and we left after walking through it as fast as we could. It wasn't at all like the pictures which were incredibly misleading and we were shocked. Many online reviews which we found afterward agreed.
My partner emailed and asked for a refund. No response. I downloaded the app to request a refund on the chat- the AI can't do that and there is no real person. I called 3 times to request a refund since and even though I was told it would be sorted ASAP, nothing has happened. Then the app wasn't working at all so I couldn't log in to get the phone number to call. Found another email and emailed again 3 days ago and
I've been jovial so far and have refrained from escalating this but I will if I don't have an immediate refund. The pictures online don't look like the exhibit. This is a misrepresentation under the 2008 consumer act. It wasn't as bad as the Glasgow Willy Wonka exhibit compared to the photos but was pretty bad.
---------------------
After two weeks of no response other than a holding email, immediately responded to me after this review was posted. Offered a £15 voucher for future use which isn't acceptable.

Hello Rachel. We regret to hear that this event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours! Regards.
Where to begin? Originally, I purchased 2 tickets (plus extra fee for flex- cancellation) for a Candlelight Halloween concert in Allentown PA in Oct. 2024. After arriving at our hotel we found out many roads, schools and businesses were closing down on the day of the concert due to a Presidential rally. I tried to contact Feverup to see if they were cancelling the concert. I could not get any response from them. Without notice Feverup cancelled the concert. Next, I tried to contact them several times for a refund, Feverup gave a credit to use within 60 days. This time we went to Atlantic City in December 2024 (costing us another overnight stay) for a Christmas Candlelight Concert. We arrived an hour before the doors were supposed to open (as suggested because once the doors are closed they won't let you in) However, we were turned away because the musicians were not there yet! We were told to come back in 30 mins, they were on their way and still had to setup and have a practice warm up! At this point I was beginning to wonder is this a scam? Eventually we did get in to see the concert. And while the music and venue were nce, it was nothing like they present in their advertisiment. But hey, I was glad to be done with this concert transaction. Or so I thought. While I was in the concert, Feverup charged my credit card without my authorization. They charged me for a magic show in NYC for the same time and night I was watching the Christmas Concert!. I guess when they sanned my phone for the tickets, they also scammed me and charged me again for tickets I couldn't use! When I noticed this extra charge to my account, I called and emailed Feverup several times but they did not respond. So I had to contact my credit card company and report them. It took me over a month to get my money back. So I guess this is a warning -- if you enjoy hassles more than concerts, by all means give them a try. But for me I'm done with this untrustworthy company.

Worst company to work for. If you can avoid it at all costs, do it. The training is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, they tell you it's 3 weeks of training, lies!, they rush train you for a week and then put you to work, unsure of what needs to be done, they expect you to do the amount of calls/chats/emails as someone thats been in the company for years. It is insanity, they dont like you asking questions, and when you do and it is something they do not like, they ignore you, do not answer you at all, and im talking about HR, your Team Leader etc. All paperwork you sign is in their system (unless you are savvy enough to make copies and safe keep them, you are SOL when you are fired, because they lock you out of EVERYTHING before they tell you youre fired, even the 2 free candlelight tickets (that are rightfully yours) they give you as a "bonus" for getting hired, thats also in their system, with the company's email, so if you didnt use it, you wont get it, the weekly bonus its a joke, you will never ever ever get it, NEVER. They Pay the 27th of each month, and if you got fired before(lets say) the 27th, they ask you to refund the remaining days of the month that you got paid for, when you are salary and have sick days accumulated (which they try to not pay them out) Its a petty company and they have a huge revolving door, no one stays. They only tell you..."you are not a good fit for the company" fire you on the spot without any other explanation. Its a waste of time people... stay away...unless you want to get treated horrible, stay away.

I made a mistake with a purchase, and they initially told me that I could get a refund. Later, they said I couldn't get my money back after all, without providing any reason.
If you buy tickets for 1000 DKK and don't want them, they'll give you a voucher for 1000 DKK, but you can't get your money back.
If you then want to buy cheaper tickets for 400 DKK, you can use the voucher, but you lose the remaining 600 DKK, and there's apparently nothing you can do about it...
It's incredibly shabby, and they operate under different rules because they are foreign, even though the tickets are for a Danish show in Copenhagen.
NEVER use them.

(re: Fever Regal pass/voucher purchase) When trying to convert the voucher ahead of time from home, Regal was still charging me much more than they should have--to the point where it was cheaper not even to have bought the Fever ticket voucher. So I went to the theater to use the on-site method of redemption. That didn't work because the kiosk couldn't handle it, and instructions for that did NOT go according the usage email. In the end, I saved only saved a few bucks, if that. Terrible system. Just buy your ticket at the theater. What a waste of time and money.
