I booked to attend the "Old but Gold: 360° Cocktail Party" on the evening of Saturday 15th October with a friend who was back in London from Madrid. When we arrived, the gentlemen on the door were friendly and we were excited to attend the event. However, we were shown into the room where the event was to happen which consisted of a mostly bare room with just some tables in an L shape at one side of it.
Firstly, our two seats were not together, so we had to ask that we be seated together. The music was all over the place - not going through decade by decade, but random tunes which did not, for the most part, match the images that were projected onto the walls. There was no atmosphere at the event at all, despite the feeble efforts of a man shouting into a microphone over the music which was playing at a fairly low level.
The cocktails were stated to contain spirits, but were exceedingly weak with just a tiny hint of alcohol, and were clearly made up mainly of syrup. We even checked with one of the staff that they did, in fact, contain alcohol, and he confirmed they did, which was also pretty insulting as it was clear the alcohol content was minimal. The cocktails were a joke, particularly given the price we paid for each ticket.
This could have been an amazing event, and my friend and I were expecting a fun, lively, high quality - in your words "immersive" - experience. What we got was beyond budget, disappointing and a rip off, verging on fraud, frankly, given the "cocktails" that were served.
It is absolutely outrageous that this event was advertised as an event that promised to "transport you through the highs and lows of life, the music and earth-shattering events from the 70's to the nillies. Everything around you becomes a moving canvas during this journey through time. Sit back and submerge your senses as we serve you a carefully curated cocktail that fits each decade perfectly." It delivered none of this. We wrote to fever asking for a refund for the £52 per ticket we bought as the event was poor and the "cocktails" that were promised were a total rip off. The response was an insincere apology and an offer of attending another event run by Fever, which is the last thing I want to waste my time or money on.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Barbara - it's much appreciated!
In March 2021, I saw advertisements for a Van Gogh attraction in Boston. When clicking on the link, I was brought to a website for Fever to purchase tickets. The location had not been secured yet but I was able to pick a date in December and purchased 4 VIP tickets totaling nearly $300. Immediately to my surprise, after purchasing the tickets, I received no email confirmation regarding proof of purchase. I assumed this was a glitch or perhaps the company will send me a summary of purchase at a later date. Months went by and I never heard from Fever. Confused I emailed the Van Gogh attraction that I thought I had purchased tickets for on October 2021. The responded immediately that they had no record of me or my purchase. Like thousands of others, I was confused by the dueling events and duped by Fever. It has now been 1 year and I have received zero communication from Fever regarding my tickets or the Van Gogh event in Boston. Unknowing to me, the event came and went. I recently confronted Fever about this experience, and requested a refund which they promptly denied. They stated their ticket policy is "no refunds." They claim I had access to my tickets the entire time and could not provide any proof of purchase or email communication sent to me regarding the event. I have contacted BBB and the Attorney General of Massachusetts. I will continue to be very vocal through all forms of social media warning people of Fever.
BTW Sitejabber asked me to provide a proof of purchase... LOL, I would love to have one! I have requested this from Fever 5 different times and they only instructed me on how to see my tickets via the app. The ONLY proof of purchase I have is a screenshot of my CC statement. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

Hello Jessica. We are sorry about any possible confusion. There are currently several Van Gogh exhibits running in different cities around the U.S. All these experiences are equally legitimate and very similar in that they’re projection-based exhibits. However, they’re organized by different companies. Ours is organized by Exhibition Hub and sold exclusively by Fever. Please note, although our tickets can be conveniently accessed through the app, you can always contact us, so we can provide an alternative way to access them before the start of the event. Kind regards.
I bought a ticket for Van Gogh Immersive experience. I received a purchase confirmation notification via email, with a QR code and Ticket iD. However, my Fever app account under 'Ticket', was empty. On the day of the event, I was unable to validate my ticket using the QR code in my purchase confirmation email. What a disappointment!
I wrote to Fever on the same day of the event regarding my encounter. The hotline staff managed to ask me to re-install my Fever app saying it could be due to a technical glitch. There after, I followed the instructions and was able to see my Ticket in my account with the text 'available', meaning no validation was applied yet, though the event date is over by 1 day.
I asked for either a refund or reschedule my event date since in their T & C, it stated I could request for a refund or reschedule ticket date within 48 hours, counting from the event date.
Yet a reply came saying my ticket has been validated and there is nothing they could do now.
I wondered who is the impersonator who has validated my ticket on my behalf? Or is it the Fever App troubleshoot team did the validation on their system just to close my case?
To date, I am left high and dry, nothing resolved after paying for the Ticket.
I am more afraid that the Fever App lacked the security and my account could be hacked and someone could be impersonating me to attend the event. Would I dare to buy future ticket using this app? Definitely no till they do something about it.
An email notification was also sent to me asking me to give feedback on the event experience, They assumed I have attended.
When I clicked on the survey link, cos was curious to see what happened next, an error messages popped up indicating is an insecure site. I did not proceed of course.
This Fever App is so vulnerable and the customer service support is so inefficient. The staff tried to find an easy way out to quickly close my case and took no responsibility for the 'technical glitch' as confirmed by the online support staff.
The Live Chat function was also having issue. Before I could type a line, the app kept prompting my session is expired. After a few attempts and with the same error message, I gave up.
A very unpleasant experience and the Fever App is definitely unsafe to use.

Bonjour. Nous sommes navrés que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous vous invitons à nous contacter à customer_satisfaction@feverup.com afin que nous puissions vous apporter une solution.
I've used this app several times for some great events and the staff on site are fantastic but the staff on the other end of the keyboard are f******* horrendous! Two situations have now solidified that I will never ever use this app again. They are petty in their policies. From the massive rains, I wanted to change my ticket I have for tomorrow night two days ago to the other option in March and the app kept crashing so I had to reach out for help and they refuse because I was 16 minutes past 48 hours notice of change or cancellation. Not only was the ticket. I wanted to change to in March a cheaper ticket and I had already acknowledged that I would not get the money back, but I'm not trying to cancel my ticket entirely. I'm literally just trying to change my ticket to a date at a later time because all of the rain we're having right now in Southern California is causing road shutdowns due to the fire previously, and I will not be able to make it due to the road shut down.

We apologize for the inconveniences!
They don't refund your money back!
Their booking system needs improvements as if amendments are required after mistake purchasing - they don't refund anything! Ridiculous! And bad custom support! No responding and run away from answering an appropriate way. Really upsetting!
Tip for consumers:
No recommending to purchase via this agency!
