My wife bought tickets to titanic in Skokie. This fever ticket service has a promo on their site stating buy 1 get one half off. It doesn't work.wrote them 6 times all they do is make excuses and try to confuse you. In the last email they say sorry promo code is not valid. WHAT? They put it up on their own site? Then they send her a code for a purchase on next visit? Who would go twice to this after going once? What a scam! Sure they advertise this to everyone and do this! What a money making scam! And false advertising! Stay away from this people!

Do not buy from here!
I had a horrendous experience with this company. I ordered tickets for January 4th at 17:00, but after completing the payment, the tickets showed January 2nd at 10:00 am. This timing was absolutely inconvenient as I work during that period. Shockingly, this issue seems widespread as I've found numerous reviews detailing similar incidents, which is completely unacceptable.
I attempted to resolve the matter by sending three emails, engaging in live chat conversations, and even making a phone call. Disappointingly, every interaction yielded the same response – refunds and exchanges are deemed unacceptable for their mistake.
This level of customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. It appears to be nothing short of a scam.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing from here at all costs!

Hello! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Worst ticketing company I've ever purchased from. Customer service is only available via email and they are automated responses. Will completely invalidate your claims… seems like a company that just wants to take your money without providing quality customer experience. Shameful.

Bought tickets to a lunch cruise in New York City. We left 21 minutes late and they did not give us the time back. We did not go under the 2 bridges as mentioned for the trip. We had to spend more money seeing the bridges which was the reason we bought the tickets. I requested part refund on 4 tickets and they refused. But section 4.4 of their terms and conditions state refunds are available if the event was not received. We did not get the experience we paid for. They are scammers and cannot be trusted. Beware and be aware!

As they, of course, cooperating with this totalitarian regime, if there was any integrity left there at this ‘locked down' and independent thought forbidding age, company would offer a refundable option to those wishing no longer attend. Instead, they offer 60 days, good for nothing vouchers, for tickets purchased almost two years ago, technically racketeering entrusted $ and any income incurred on it. I will not be using their services ever again

I am writing to want people about FeverUp, an event ticketing service based in New York. We live in California.
My husband has brain cancer with cognitive impairment. He bought seven tickets to an event through FeverUp by accident. The tickets he purchased were for an event 70 miles from our home and the event started 25 minutes after the purchase date and time. I caught the error within 24 hours and contacted FeverUp immediately and explained the situation. They refused to issue a refund or help in any way. They kept quoting their Terms of Use and prohibits refunds. They are cold, heartless and cruel and their employees do not care about helping people. They should be avoided at all costs.
Tip for consumers:
I wish I had know that FeverUp is a company that truly does not care about people at all. They refused to issue a refund for a person with a medical impairment who purchased tickets by accident.

Used Fever up for the first time to book an event - Somehow the booking system would not show how many tickets are available. My partner missed out - when i wanted to change the date so we can go together, got a refund but had to pay for another booking fee. They refunded the booking fee at a late stage in terms of voucher - rest assured i will NEVER use their system again. Do not expect any refund or help from customer service if you have any issues.

I experienced a transaction failure due to an issue with the online ticket website's payment platform, which incorrectly indicated that the card had expired. As a result, the customer's funds are held by the bank for 2 weeks. The customer service is horrible. They hang up on you, refuse to resolve anything. DO NOT USE their payment system it is faulty or this company

Very disappointed with the business model of buying gift cards from Fever - when you buy a gift card they cost full price, which isn't a problem. But when you use the gift card to book an event you can't use any other promotional code that Fever offer at that time so recently - I bought my wife a £60 gift card - she purchased 2 concert tickets for £70 (I had to pay another £10) had I not bought the gift card we would have been able to avail of the 20% discount on the fever site meaning the tickets would have cost £56 a massive saving of £14!
I contacted Fever who didn't help at all - do better guys - at least tell people that purchasing your gift cards in all likelihood will disadvantage the user!

How is this possible? New to a city, searched for Candle light Concerts, landed at Fever.com/my city. My objective: pick a concert and a date and purchase. Nothing worked. Unlike others here, I thankfully avoided (not by choice) a transaction. So, at this point my critical comments are for the unacceptable user interface/experience. No quite what you'd expect in Switzerland.
Tip for consumers:
If anyone has actually had a positive through-the-line experience, including actually attending one of their events, please share!

First time using this app for an event. I made a couple of errors while making my purchase! It was very easy to contact them and they sorted it our very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Fever again!

Thank you for such a positive review, Jenny! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us has been this positive :)
I purchased two tickets for an event taking place in Denver on March 8. I have submitted over 15 inquiries to their bull$#*! customer service app. My event is tomorrow and nothing. I have sent attachments, receipts, emails and nothing. This is the absolute worst and still unsure if I'm gonna ever receive a refund. I have yet to speak to someone live.
There is no information on the app. I've done everything according to their instructions and no one can find my tickets. How do you run a company with out any live agents or at least a phone number. This is my first and last time will ever use this app again. Do not use the service!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I go to lots of "Arts" productions and am always happy when a new venue comes up. Tonight I went to "A tribute to Adele" the musicians were amazing and the setting in the Church perfect…not to miss mentioning that the sound was awesome! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Kate - it's much appreciated!
I bought 5 tickets to a show in October. Purchase made in August. The company also charged someone else for some of the tickets. Then without any reason they credited all the tickets.,. When I called about it I could not retrieve the tickets and had to take a different night. The experience was awful. No one at the company seemed to know what happened. Never again will I deal with such a disorganized place. What began as a fun thing has been ruined. Not even one star for customer service and treatment

Don't waste your money. The events are very poorly planned and the customer service is terrible. There's a good chance you won't even get to do your event because they will have to cancel it or if an issue comes up and you need to change your tickets they'll basically just tell you to@#%$ off.
Even if you do get to do the event, you'll be disappointed. For example at the Nosferatu candlelight event they only had a tiny little screen to actually watch the movie. It's a silent film so all of the dialogue is shown as text. It was impossible to actually see the screen and read what was going on.

Unduly complicated procedure to book tickets, which we finally booked on a Thurs eve, July 15, having paid $120.00 plus tax for an hour of chamber music.
With a week to go, we were informed that the concert has been postponed to Friday, July 16, which is not viable for us. What annoyed us especially is that there is no stated option for cash return. That is what we want: our $120.00 back;. Fever is unprofessional in the extreme and prospective concert goers deserve to be b e apprised of that.
Tip for consumers:
An easier procedure for purchasing tickets and the option to return your purchase price if there is a problem with the concert appearing on time.

Had to use Fever to purchase tickets to an event. Selected the only date and time available. Upon submitting credit card details and selecting Pay, an error message appeared stating that the payment was not processed due to an issue... Please try again in a few minutes. Did so 4 times and got the same error. Out of curiousity, checked my credit card statement and to my disgust the card had been debited 4 separate times (see screenshot of statement). No email confirmation received so did not receive any tickets. Now awaiting resolution and hoping these payments are reversed.
Tip for consumers:
Always check your credit card statement when using this site.

I purchased tickets to one of the candlelight concerts through Fever. Initially they booked the event in Oak Park IL in July at a venue with no air-conditioning! They changed the venue to one farther away and when I asked for a refund, I was told that I could only get a credit which had to be used within 30 days. We decided to spend the extra hour it took to get to the new venue. We were promised "ample parking" which I do not think included a street spot 2-1/2 blocks away. The venue only had stairs to the second floor. I temporarily wear a knee brace and getting up two flights of stairs was awkward and painful. I wonder, what would have happened if I had a wheelchair or walker? Overall, this was a poorly planned event and I will never use Fever again. Regarding the concert, while the musical selections and performances were stellar, there was too much chatter between selections. Fever, spend some money and provide a program so we can just listen to music.
Tip for consumers:
If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Whatever you do. NEVER purchase ANYTHING from fever. They refuse refunds for any reason even if it's a valid reason. The WORST customer service. Their business model is built on ripping off patrons, they are the biggest scumbags and have a horrible horrible business model. I hope more than anything they go out of business very soon! Please tell others to avoid Fever. I hope another business that is more trustworthy comes along to rival them... would love to see them be put out for their scumbag practices!

One of the last places on earth still requiring masks and they don't mention it anywhere but the door. Won't be supporting companies that breech our human rights and don't make clear knowledge of it in the ticket buying process

I had booked 4 tickets for a San Francisco cruise experience, and unfortunately realized that i booked the wrong dates. I immediately contacted the customer support team via email and was informed that if i confirm prior to event time, i will be eligible for an exchange voucher to modify the date. I replied to that email (twice), confirming that I would like to proceed with a date change and voucher (several hours prior to the start of my event). They responded to my email the next day (after the event), saying that i cannot receive the voucher as the ticket is non refundable! The customer service completely went back on their own statement, and now they have refused to reimburse the money! I have NEVER had such a bad experience, where the customer is being forced to pay for the company's mistake.

I purchased 5 tickets for an event and Fever changed the dates we could attend 3 times. After much haggling they refunded the purchase. It took about 6 weeks to actually get the money back. I had purchased 2 tickets to another event before they started jerking me around and, guess what, again at the last minute they said the date wasn't available. This time after some more haggling they say they are giving me a refund. Never again.

Hello. We're sorry that your experience with us has not been the best. We will forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward. Regards,
Had to change an event date (with enough advance notice). First they said that's fine and they can give me a voucher to reschedule. But then they kept asking me to reconfirm via email because I used my personal email address for communication and the back and forth delays inherent in email caused the event date to pass (two days later, over a weekend) and they refused the voucher. So I lost $100 due to their bureaucracy, lack of quick response, and poor customer service.

Hassle-free and quick refund for an event I bought to many tickets for. I wasn't expecting such a quick (less than 10 minutes to sort everything out) experience. Rodolfo was great! I'll definitely be using Fever again.

Got tickets for Banksy but needed to change due to neurosurgery. They will not provide a refund--and the problem with the vouchers is they are not reliable. I would like my money back and have contacted the Dept of Consumer Affairs
