Contacted them about getting a carers ticket, they were great, sent me an email which they asked me to reply to with my evidence, within a few minutes I had an email back with a voucher code to get my free carers ticket, no issues whatsoever. Great service!

We attended this concert heavily publicized on Feverup: a nice atmosphere but unacceptably poor sound conditions for the people located on the balcony, and a quite poor interpretation work except for a too short excerpt of a wonderful Shostakovitch famous piece. If it were free, no pb, but a mere waste of 30 bucks per person.

Hello. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
We were unable to attend a fever event due to several of our party catching Covid. When we reached out to Fever for help with our tickets, they waited until after the event to respond, and when they did it was "sorry, no refunds/changes". Pretty terrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
I should have checked other reviews before trusting this company with my money.

Tried to get a refund when I got Covid and we have to isolate. They won't refund. Instead I got charged another ticket. It's impossible to complain to anyone. Terrible company to deal with. It's a scam!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site!

Hello, Bel. We're sad to read that your experience with us wasn't worthy of more stars. Our specialized team is willing to reassess your case. Please contact us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Beware of this company's inflexible policies. I noticed an error in a booking (went through for the wrong day) and they said they wouldn't change it, so now we are out the money and couldn't go to the experience. It was obviously an error and I reached out the moment I got the confirmation email. Why make it hard on customers? Really disappointed and it was a birthday gift for my husband. Looking at these other reviews I am confident this error was on the Fever platform and not me. I selected my husband's birthday and got tickets issued for a week before. So disappointed that they know of this issue and don't care.

Had tix for the Banksy exhibit in Los Angeles, it was supposed to open late August and I had tix for the end of Sept. Get there and the exhibit is still being set up, I could see and hear hammering and that the lobby was in complete disarray. Unbelievable, that they did not send out emails telling people and letting them know how they would be either reimbursed or get tix for later dates. A woman was there who was helping people and said that 56 people showed up the day before, and when I was there in the morning there were at least 4 other couples who were there as well. I will never buy tix through this company again.

We'd like to apologize for the inconveniences caused with the cancellation of your event. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can properly assist you. Thank you!
I bought tickets via a heavily marketed and slick Instagram link. The date approached and the venue wasn't announced. A vague venue link was posted on their website for the Atheneum theatre Melbourne, but we turned up (with 30 other disgruntled people) to find the venue booked for another event.
8 emails later and terrible customer service, they are refusing to refund me.
After a bit if googling, this seems typical. Its a scam, don't waste your money!

***BE CAREFUL!*** App is used to order tickets for several different events but they have numerous complaints and issues regarding ppl losing their money and not being able to actually see the event. (You can see multiple complaints on the BBB website). I also paid $140 for 2 tickets to an event we couldn't make it to because our family got covid but Fever would not reschedule or refund anything due to their "Terms". They just didn't care. Pls go check out complaints before purchasing. Thx
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company to purchase tickets. You will be scammed and lose your money. Go directly to the venue.

Hello Anita! We regret to hear that your experience with us has not been the best. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department so they take them into account moving forward. Regards.
Possibly the worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Make sure you read the small letter because there will be no return after that. They offered a voucher for a purchase I cancelled (in time, as per their ts&cs 48h), I wouldn't dream of a refund with them. Afterwards, they took it back as I didn't confirm instantly and now they're offering nothing. I think they use AI, because their replies are copy/paste. Over and over for 2 months, and still nothing. All of that for 40 eur! I've lost 40 eur, but they've lost a customer and me spreading the word. Avoid dealing with them if you can, there are many others that will treat you like a human and value a happy customer and no revies over 40 eur (I mean, it's just common sense). I was actually planning to use it for a hen party I am organising, so I would have spent quite a lot more with them. It's just bizarre how it all went down….
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs

Quick response to my request to shift my tickets from the 6pm session to the 8pm session for 2/23/22. Was told if tickets become available, because they were currently sold out, that they'd be willing to transfer my tickets. I'm still awaiting confirmation, but the guidance felt honest and trustworthy.
Cheers

Hello Brittany. Thank you so much for your kind review and comment. We are really happy to hear you found our assistance honest and trustworthy; that's definitely our goal! See you soon at any Fever event!
I bought tickets for April 13th Titanic exhibit in LA. It was for my 11 year olds bday. We would NEVER had traveled to LA for any other reason except to see this exhibit. We bought tickets on the website and flew to LA to celebrate his bday. The night before the exhibit we received an email that the event was cancelled with no reason given. I got online (Yelp) to discover that the exhibit had left LA over a month before yet we were still allowed to buy the tickets! Even after they sent the cancellation email, it would have still allowed us to book the following day online to an event that was no longer there. I have since sent all my travel expenses to them and expect a reimbursement - what a poorly run company! Don't use them! I have heard similar experiences from others as well. It is a shame because I had heard good things about the exhibit. Hopefully a better company will sell the tickets and stop scamming people.

Was a few minutes late to an expensive event. They refused entry and gave us an email to request reticketing to a future event. I emailed and they refused to refund, reticket or help at all. Wow, really poor experience. Will never be going to any of their events.

I purchased two tickets to the Michelangelo art display, and they charged me FOUR times for the same set of tickets. I authorized payment for $38.20 for two tickets on July 20th, 2022 and they charged me $39.99 twice on July 20th and then charged me $39.99 twice on July 21st. They have literally emptied my account and although I have disputed the charge, it will take 3 months to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE...

Hello, Brian. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can properly assist you.
Make sure you certain of the date and time you want to go when you are reserving in advance because they will not reschedule or refund you the money. Valentine's Day special dinner was on the 10th instead of the 14th, we accidentally missed the date, no refunds, no rebooking, nothing. Shame on them. Reserved for 2 people at $100 a person.
Tip for consumers:
Be 1000% sure the date and time is exactly when you want to attend.

Hello Rashelle! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
In October I purchased 6 tickets to the "NightGarden" event at Fairchild Gardens in Miami. We went to the event but the venue was closed. I called FeverUp and they told me the event for that date was cancelled. I never received the cancellation notice. After numerous attempts to reschedule, I was finally able to secure tickets for the only other date available for us to attend. Unfortunately, we were charged more than our original purchase. They refused to reimburse me for the extra charge. I feel scammed by them. Customer service was terrible!

Booking for dinner was booked for Wednesday.
They canceled Wednesday and made it the following Tuesday which I couldn't attend.
There was no option to receive my money back and that experience expired. They told me it was my fault I wasn't available on the Tuesday so I can't have a refund.
That's a very low pathetic way to handle a mistake that your business has made. And theft as far as I'm concerned.
The rest of the options are trash. So no I don't want a dumb voucher.

I bought 4 tickets for their Classical music by Candlelight concerts in Brisbane. The concerts did not take place. No explanation. No money returned. They simply make up dates-post bogus concerts-bogus images-just to get your. Money. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE BOGUS. THEY WILL STEAL YORU MONEY. THEY advertise events that do not take place. They do not respond to queries. They are global scam merchants.

Unfortunately the event was delayed and therefore cancelled for the date we had booked to go, which was disappointing, but I can't fault the customer service which has been excellent (via email) when I enquired about tickets and then when I had to ask for a refund due to the cancellation.

Hello Esther! We are very sorry for your cancelled session. Thank you for your positive review. We're pleased to hear that your experience with our customer service has been outstanding :)
Despite pleasantly reaching out to their customer service, I was denied even a partial refund on the basis that their policy does allow for any refunds. BUYER BEWARE, you'll never get your money back, no matter what happens.

Hello Lee! Unfortunately, as per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
I bought a ticket for a Van Gogh event in Dublin, after seeing the RDS event advertised. Keyword here, RDS.
FeverUp came up on Instagram and socials so I thought it was the same event. They didn't make the location clear and they didn't make it clear in the description that there was another event running of the same kind they knew full well what they were doing, the RDS is a proper place for an event.
When I realised the address for their event was different, and realised two were running and they are preying on people's confusion, I asked them for a refund, well in advance (it's the end of next month) and they won't refund me.
Shady and dishonest behaviour.
They kept their location well hidden to deliberately confuse, and now that people have their tickets, they email annoucing a random place, nothing to do with the RDS. Beyond shady.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Gaby - it's much appreciated!
Bought 2 Flex tickets for the NightGarden in Miami. I did not realized that the Flex Tix is anytime not anyday. Sent them 2 emails to change the date from 25th to 29th. Their app says 24/7 service w/ chat, email, or submit form request. But the choice to contact them is by submitting a request. No chat or phone number. They finally responded with they cannot do anything to change it although its plenty of time. I guessed its a lost for me. Please be careful with them if you used their app.

I purchased tickets for the Banksy show and unfortunately my reservation got canceled. I requested a refund using the messenger in the Fever app. The whole process was very fast and easy from the moments I contact Fever's representative to the time I received the confirmation of my refund. I will use Fever again.

Thank you for your 5-star review, Mariana! We are sorry about the cancellation of your event, but happy to hear that our agents were able to assist you to your satisfaction :)
I clicked on an ad for the Van Gough Exhibit in my city snd purchased 3 tickets, a few days before our event I looked up the address of the event on the tickets snd they were for a city on a different state I emailed them and explained the situation expecting a refund. I immediately purchased new tickets for the correct city and we attended the event. I spoke with Jeff the General Manager and also two of the staff while attending the event about the event, they said there have been several issues with the app and this was not the first time this happened. They all assured me I would get a refund. FEVER has REFUSED to return my money!
Greedy lying scammers! I live in AZ and the app gave me tickets in CA!

Bought tickets to an event through Feverup, not realizing the event was finished a month and a half before tickets were bought. When that was brought to my attention, looked closer and realized the location was a very sketchy "TBD." Found a string of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website about exact same event, many marked "resolved," so they are aware of this and other problems. Looked at ticketing listing again: they are still selling tickets for this event on dates past it's closing. They are either unwilling or unable to vette their events for accuracy. In addition, they have refused to refund the purchase price for this event.
Looking at other events in my city, none of them have locations. BBB also had a complaint about a similar event that was paid for and then "happened" in a city an hour away, so obviously scammers have figured out how to game Feverups system pretty well.

Thank you for your message. Please bear in mind that in no way there was any deceptive marketing for this experience, and it was always clear that this exhibition is independent of other Van Gogh events happening in Grand Rapids. We are promoting a long-standing show that began in 2016, and first premiered in a cathedral in Naples, Italy, in November 2017. We are proud to partner with the more storied exhibition producer and look forward to hosting it in many other cities. Please, rest assured that your tickets will give you access to an incredible experience that will immerse you in the world of the artist and make you rediscover his masterpieces.
Thank you for such a positive review, Lindsey! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us has been this positive :)
