Interesting that Feverup selectively only post positive reviews. Swan lake by candlelight in Brisbane was very average, we paid for the most expensive tickets but were seated so far back we couldn't even see the 1 ballet dancers legs or feet! Our kids who were so excited to see this couldn't see anything as you are seated quite far back in a church pew behind lots of people. It's really very poor value for money. The orchestra consisted of 4 musicians, the Swan lake "excerpts" were based upon the ballet and not accurate. The 1 ballet dancer could not do justice to this beautiful ballet with arms waving and a pained expression. The music was beautiful but the candles are not even real. Good imitation of candles to make lots of money. We left early and were so dissatisfied with the experience when we paid for the best seating at 75.00 per ticket x4 that we will never use fever again. It's actually incredibly dishonest in the way that Fever promote this performance as Swan lake! I'm a retired ballet dancer so I know what to expect and this does not do justice even as an "excerpt" of Swan lake. Do not waste your money, save up and go to a real ballet in Sydney, Paris, London or NYC.
Tip for consumers:
Would not recommend wasting your money on a performance with fever.

I booked two tickets to the Van Gogh exhibition in London. I am a young disabled person who requires a companion to attend events like this. The night before my companion fell ill so us attending the event became impossible. I contacted fever immediately the night before the event and explained my situation and that I couldn't attend with anyone else. I also expressed my concern at the loss of almost £50 for an individual who is only able to work part time due to health concerns. No compassion, just a standard response within less than half an hour of request sent stating that the event couldn't be refunded even though it hadn't yet happened yet? I didn't even request a refund. I requested a reschedule so I could just arrange to attend another day. Extremely disappointed. First time using fever and won't be using again. There's a "no refund" policy but surely in regards to health circumstance there would be some compassion? I even offered the company proof of my disability (which I don't have to!) to try and get somewhere but nothing.

Booked Tickets on glitchy app. Given tickets with the wrong date. Unable to get exchanged. Explained the situation and was given a generic response. Also, no upfront and clear information stating that the tickets were non refundable or transferable. Completely ignored about error. Which by the way was not my own as I also made sure it was checked by others before booking to avoid mistake.
Have asked for it to be escalated and have been ignored. During a cost of living crisis £98 is a huge amount of money. I saved for this and now have nothing in return. Apart from worse mental health, a lighter bank balance and a huge feeling of hopelessness.
Copying and pasting Terms and Conditions instead of dealing with or attempting to resolve an issue was abysmal service. I feel that not only my rights as a consumer have been regarded but also as a vulnerable human being.
I will be pursuing this further as no one should have to go through this.
Where is the care?!
Now after sending this through to the email address this still has not been resolved. The only response received was to thank me for the feedback without a resolution to my problem.
Tip for consumers:
If there are any issues please don't expect a resolution. They will not help at all.

Bought tickets to Art of Banksy. These scumbags started spamming me. I unsubscribed. Still their spam kept coming. I wrote and complained. They promised to stop. Still the spam kept coming. So I posted reviews here. They responded, asked me to email them to resolve this. I did. STILL THEY KEEP SPAMMING ME. Do NOT buy tickets from these creeps. They will NOT respect your data. They will NOT respect your privacy.

0* I am completely appalled. I booked tickets in error and emailed them straight away to let them know the error. Their system actually allows customers to book past experiences and apparently, it is not at their discretion to change the date of the booking but to follow their protocol, non-refundable and non-amendable.
I booked an experience on the same day which has already passed (please see the photos attached). Booking was made at 19:31 and the experience was between 19:00 and 19:30. According to them this could have been resolved if I contacted them 48 hours before the booking, which clearly is not an option in this situation. I booked, or the system allowed me to book for an experience in the past.
Revolting experience.
It is clearly a mistake. I contacted them via email 15 min after the booking to let them know the error, no reply. I spoke to them on the phone today, and they remain adamant that the tickets cannot be amended.
I have asked several times about the entity that regulates them so I can raise the issue with them, no reply. Shocking!
Tip for consumers:
Awful experience. They are not providing me with the entity which regulates them. I will do a proper research. They cannot allow customers to book for experiences in the past.

-NOT RECOMMENDED / NEVER ATTENDING AGAIN Exquisite musicians, talented ballerinas and lovely venue seriously diminished by workers better suited for a roller derby
-Not a candle light experience! 30 minutes into performance staff went about clicking off the flameless candles DURING THE PERFORMANCE!
-Staff, with lighted headbands, constantly moving about the periphery of very small venue (Skylight Denver) was extremely distracting
-Bartenders noisily breaking down bar during performance very distracting
-PA system malfunctioned
-Exquisite musicians, talented ballerinas and lovely venue seriously diminished by workers better suited for a comedy club or roller derby
NOT RECOMMENDED

Feverup uses false advertising and deceptic trade practices to entice consumers to buy tickets to their events. They advertise concerts and state that you will enjoy an evening with the artist. Here is what they say about an event tonight... "Concert Under The Stars is bringing the excitement of live music to the best rooftop venue in Tampa. On this evening of talented musicianship, you'll enjoy a night of Jimmy Buffett accompanied by stunning views from the rooftop of the Stars at Jimmy's on the Edge in Tampa - Clearwater Beach
Tickets for Jimmy Buffett Under The Stars at Jimmy's on the Edge in Tampa - Clearwater Beach"
NOWHERE do they tell you that you will NOT get to see Jimmy Buffett. A friend told me yesterday that Feverup hires local musicians to play the music OF Jimmy Buffett, IN TRIBUTE to him. But Feverup NEVER discloses that fact to anyone on their website or advertising.
When I found out and demanded a refund, I was told NO REFUNDS.
Tip for consumers:
This company is violating federal law by using deceptive trade practices to make you think you will be seeing an actual music star perform.

Shocking company!
Shocking company! Do not use them as they never respond to your emails. They took my money and then the event was cancelled. I had tried for weeks to find out what was happening with the event and finally I got an email stating the event was cancelled. They gave me a credit and given I had booked the event for a friend's birthday, there was no point in receiving a voucher for some other time. They cancelled the event, they should give me a refund. Trying to speak to someone, or getting through to this company is a nightmare. Do not book! I have no idea if I will receive a refund or not. I may have wasted AUD $200. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS ABOUT FEVER BEFORE I BOOKED.

I purchased 2 tickets for an event. The Dining in the dark in Miami. Don't ever do that, it was the worst experience of my life. The dinner/show was supposed to start at 8:30. They did not start seating until 10:00pm. They started when the dinner was supposed to be end! We had to leave because I wake up at down to go to work. We spoke to the manager from Fever up and he said we can reschedule it. And we picked the one of the last dinners. Hoping they will fix all mistakes and shortcomings. They dose not fix anything. They didn't start on time. AGAIN! The food service was terrible. The food quality was horrendous. There was nothing remarkable or unique about it in any way. This was a terrible experience and definitely not worth over $100/person. The food is like cheap buffet food that you could get for $15. I've had a dining in the dark experience before and really enjoyed it, but this one was not good at all. I was warned that there's no refund policy. So I asked for the voucher. Because this event is a scam! In a chat they said they will get back to me shortly with a SOLUTION. I sent one more email after 3 weeks. No response! I will not be using their services ever again!

Hello, Elena. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can properly assist you.
Fever waitlisted a purchased ticket, lied about said ticket being charged & went back on the promise of a VIP ticket and then also of refunding my money - even though I sent proof from bank.
They are unprofessional, incompetent people who ignore proof provided, and when you call them out on it, act like they will comply only to go back on their written word!
Because of this incident I cancelled other tickets I had purchased from them. At first they said they would refund those additional tickets and then refused. They finally refunded those after a week of complaints, but still refuse to refund the waitlisted ticket.
I lost two original tickets for the original show I wanted to see since the 3rd ticket had been waitlisted. I was willing to accept losing those tickets for 1 VIP ticket as they promised for another show, but they went back on their word.
So in short, I missed the show and I'm out $109 for the tickets they charged including the waitlisted ticket. They STILL claim it is not a charged expense, even having the proof from the bank. Don't bother using them. It's not worth losing your money.
Tip for consumers:
I'll never use them again.

I was in Chicago for one weekend and booked 4 tickets for Titanic Museum for 3/24 sunday. I was told on Fever app that I could change dates by cancelling the original dates and rebooking for Saturday 3/23. When I cancelled original tickets, there was no availability for Saturday AND I couldn't rebook my original tickets. Fever says it sucks to be me and Im out $134. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone with a similar experience to do the same.
Tip for consumers:
Even if you secure tickets and the venue is closed, you still dont get a refund.

I bought tickets to the AIrOtic show and made an error in booking of dates. I clicked Sunday slots when booking and was ticketed for the Thursday night show in DC. I discovered the error and contacted the customer support team to try and rectify the situation. The customer service team defaulted on their policy and offered my nothing in return for my troubles. They stole $200 USD from me for a show I didn't get to see, and very extremely unhelpful. I asked for management or anyone who can do something about this and keep getting the same response of them sticking to their policy. When I took their customer service survey they had a drop down menu option of "Refund policy too rigid." They are well aware that they have a very poor refund and exchange policy and are more than okay with stealing money from customers and offering zero compensation of any sort. I echo other sentiments of other reviewers that they are thieves with poor customer service skills. They have a poor user interface on their booking website where errors like this can occur easily and refuse to rectify anything. You have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word as much as I can, because fever ups poor handling of the situation is absolutely abysmal and I do not wish their poor customer service experience on anyone
Tip for consumers:
Avoid it at all cost. Their customer service team is sub par, so if there are any mistakes made in booking you will not receive any help or compensation.

They have stolen $500 from us and they are liars. My mother in law bought tickets to go to Arcadia Earth. We contacted feverup letting them know we were not able to attend because we had tested positive for covid. They requested proof that we were positive for covid so I sent them the proof. We did not request a refund, we requested to change the date on the tickets and they told us that they couldn't change the date. So they pretty much stole the $500. Obviously they doesn't care if you have covid and go infect the people that work at the museum as well as the people that purchase tickets to attend the museum. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!

They are inconsiderate and thieves

I was scheduled to attend a concert in January, but do to a family emergency I asked for a voucher for a future performance. They sent me email honoring request asking me to confirm in writing of which I immediately did. I did not hear back so I sent again for the next three days only to hear a week later that had no email from me. I sent a screenshot of my original email and again no contact. I asked for them to call me, used their chat. They sent me final email stating they would close the case due to lack of communication. LACK OF COMMUNICATION? I have record of 10 emails in a week! I would have given them a negative star if I could. HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. They need two be reported to Better Business Bureau for their total lack of customer care.
Tip for consumers:

FEVER CANCELED THIS EVENT NOT ME! THE DATE I WOULD HAVE SEEN IT HAS COME AND GONE. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED WHEN IT WAS CANCELED NOT PUT ON A VOUCHER. JUST A BACKHANDED WAY OF STEALING. ARE THEY PAYING THE INTEREST ON MY CHARGE?
Also, know that this is NOT the "Starry Night" Paris Exhibition but instead a lot of video projections of the paintings.
AND the big secret special location that they wouldn't disclose - the TOWER Theater! Bhahahahah!
Tip for consumers:
Don't

Plus the customer service sucks.
Get away from the APP and platform. THEY are TERRIBLE.

This company nears to learn what customer service means.
There was an incident where we bought 8 tickets for a show. We asked if they had a group rate and they said no, so we reluctantly bought them. A couple days later we went back on the site and noticed they added a group rate that would have saved us a bunch of money.
We asked for a credit to the suddenly published group rate and they said absolutely no. They then claimed that was there the whole time. My girlfriend and I both looked at the site and neither of us remembered that being an option. Believe me, if there was that option there is absolutely no doubt we would have taken that.
All we asked is for them to give us the new lower group rate that wasn't available a couple days prior.
This is the 2nd time we had issues with Fever and I'm extremely reluctant to attend a show who sells their tickets through them again.
They are becoming the new Ticketmaster.
If you are a venue considering using Fever as your ticket vendor, please consider someone else.
As a business owner, I always bend over backwards to make sure my customers are happy. If you lower prices, customers will inevitably ask to price match your new lower price, especially if it's been a couple days. If you want happy customers, you just do it. Stop saying our terms of service this, our terms of service that. That's just a copout for companies that don't care about their customers.
