VERY BAD. Had 2 tickets and 1 of us got sick possibly Covid. I emailed Fever with subject emergency and asked for refund due to sickness & heard nothing. I emailed them again later that same day and heard nothing. Had they wrote back I could have gone alone or tried to find someone else. Then I got a form email saying working on it and to wait. Then I got an email saying they're closing my request as I did not reply to their email (which I never got). DO NOT TRUST THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM EVER! I may actually have to sue them. :(

We turned up 24th Nov6pm for Daft Punk tribute at SWG3,100 eastvale place and the venue knew nothing about it. We and others who also bought tickets, were turned away!
I have complained now 7 times by calling, emailing and live chats with Fever and NOONE has come back to me with an explanation or a refund! Im going to report to the police as this seems like a scam!

I purchased 3 tickets for the Flamenco Show in Dubai.
The show was nothing as described. We expected a Flamenco show. The show started with a French song. Then arabic songs?! Also the singer's voice was so annoying that we had to leave after a few songs when she started screaming.it was unbearable. It was a theatre performance with the elements of Flamenco, but not a flamenco show. The male dancer was so stiff and unemotional. This whole THING was so unpleasant to watch. Everyone started leaving and people were demanding refund. I see why. I want the refund too for this badly promoted and wrongly sold event with untalented performers.
I asked for refund and this is the reply I got:

Hello Victoria! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Absolutely horrible, I went to a show and had bought an extra ticket and needed it refunded ( I also would have been ok with a credit) and TWO of their employees said feverup does that no problem & now I'm in a back and forth argument with customer service because they said they would do ANYTHING about the $70 I have now lost out on!

I have spent 2 days messaging Fever Customer Service about a ticketing problem for Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel in Perth on Saturday 16th April at 11am - after "sharing" one of the tickets I purchased to a friend, she unknowingly pressed the Ticket Validation button assuming it meant acknowledgement she had recived the ticket. The Fever customer service team have repeatedly told me she can no longer use the ticket now that the button has been pushed even though she had taken a photo of the ticket before pushing the button. The show is not for a month and I have been told on a number of occasions now they can't guarantee she will be allowed in - as she has a 3 hour drive to the location - that is not a satisfactory option. There must be some way to reissue or fix this.

Don't buy tickets from this vendor. Their terms and condition are unreasonable, specially when change plans. When requesting vouchers they make it difficult to rebook!

Hello Elizabeth. Thank you for your kind review! We hope to see you soon at future Fever events :)
Gave one start because zero is not available.
Went to the "Dinner and Dancing Under the Stars" out of New York City from the company FeverUp!
It's DEPLORABLE! Costed me $540 for 6 people but it was 100% GHETTO! We boarded the boat, saw the place and CROWD and walked out! Chose to lose our money before getting locked in that tin box for 4 hours in there. I don't have enough available characters here to describe all that's wrong with this ‘event'. JUST STAY AWAY!
Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY FRO FEVERUP EVENTS!!!

Hello. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
Fever is a scam and highly recommend avoid using their services and platform as they quite easily take money for a experience and then on the day there is no experience, customer service overseas have no idea what is apparently going on and I cannot receive answers from their representatives. We had paid a decent amount for a so called mystery picnic experience however was never emailed or advised of any clues, locations, addresses or given tips. They simply could not tell us the location /venue of our so called mystery picnic because the correct department was not in operation at that time. It has been two days and no response on where we should go/have gone or even getting a refund. Please do not pay this entity your hard earned money as they do not give refunds (atleast not after directly asking on the phone).
EDIT BELOW -
A refund was finally provided after a week from requesting a refund. Whilst they did eventually provide a refund it is really poor business to take so long to get money back. Also when calling the general number it should be possible to speak to someone who can confirm booking details/venue locations. It creates a lot of stress when money has left our bank account and we cannot simply to talk to someone for an instant refund. Better trained staff and response rates would improve the experience.
Tip for consumers:
Being able to contact the department who can advise on booking details, venue/location of where to go and being able to directly request a refund on the phone.

This is not an honest company with which to deal. Their policies are illegal in Australia. They made a mistake in the ticketing for our purchase by their own admission, but consistently refused a refund. Their website is faulty, since it is impossible to purchase a mixture of adult and senior tickets. When I realised they had issued me with three senior tickets instead of the two adult tickets and one senior ticket I had requested, I contacted them by phone and email to seek a fix, which should have been as simple as paying the difference and fixing the tickets at their end. But, no, that's too hard for Fever. We were in the area for 3 days and the show was sold out. We missed the exhibit and Fever's response was, "we never give refunds, but we'll allow you to do something else within 60 days or you'll lose your money". All this because of a website which by their own admission is unfit for service. Update: 19 Apr 22. Fever replied and asked me to repeat details I'd provided several times already. They then restated their refusal to provide a refund under any and all circumstances. I repeat - AVOID this company at all costs. They are criminals.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use their service. If enough venue providers lose patrons, the message will get through.

Bought 2 tickets to Nature Illuminated but I wanted a refund due to Covid. The site for the event explicitly stated that a refund would be issued. This did not happen and then they proceeded to issue me a voucher for the value. Ok fair enough. A few weeks later, I received an email that the same tickets were moved to a different date. After contacting them it turns out they didn't finalise the refund voucher.
5 months later. Used my voucher for FindTheDinner gourmet ticket however what I got is not worth the AUD $99 spent. I received the following: curry katsu, 8 slices of seared salmon, 4 Ebi fry and 2 scoops of matcha ice cream. The katsu was dry, the rice was on mushy side and the shrimp were greasy and heavy on the stomach.
Yes, I took photos before tasting it and everyone I've shown it to agree that it is not worth.
Tip for consumers:
It is a scam. Do your research unlike me. Buy from the actual organisation if you can. If not, take screenshots and document all email correspondence.

Having informed Fever that I've tested positive for COVID and have to isolate for 10 days, I'm having to accept a voucher 'cos if I don't, I lose the £60 I paid for my tickets. I believe this practice encourages some people to attend a show even though they have COVID because they don't want the hassle and stress of a voucher. It's irresponsible of the company. Saying that, I do still like Fever and will continue to use it.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy tickets directly from the venue hosting the show and you get someone to return the tickets to the venue explaining/proving that the person who purchased the tickets can't attend because they have COVID, then they will be given a full refund. With Fever, you don't get a refund, just a voucher.

They're refuse to give me refund, I booked two tickets with them, they hold the event because the Covid and I ask for refund they told me to wait, and now they telling me only people get the vaccine can attend the event, which I didn't get vaccine so I want my refund back they refused again. So I already reported them to ACCC. Don't buy anything from them they only take your money, is ridiculous.

I have attended multiple fever events and followed all instructions for arrival with no issues in the past. I attempted to attend a candlelight tribute in Austin. The listing advertised there was parking within a 4 min walk with event staff at the door to assist. And to arrive 30 min before the show. I arrived 30 min beforehand only to find out there was no staff but only a sign with an address that led me to an apartment building with tow signs. I spent 30 min trying to find a legal spot to park. As the event does not allow entry past the start time I was unable to attend the event. After explaining this issue to the customer care team the team was rude and condescending. Saying my inability to find parking is not a valid reason for a refund. They were unwilling to work with me to find any sort of solution over than the solution where they get away with me paying for an event that I couldn't attend based on a false advertisement. I have recommended fever to many people who have actually bought tickets and unfortunately now I will never recommend any event to anyone. The event details cannot be be trusted and customer service is non existent. Beware! This company will gladly take your money for nothing in return other than stress and frustration.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase anything from fever

I purchased 2 tickets on May 12th for a VanGogh event to be held on July 21st. The location was "secret and to be announced". 7 days before my event the location still had not been announced. I have attempted numerous times to contact Feverup with no success regarding where the event was to be held. Finally the night before my event my tickets were marked "canceled ". I now have been trying for over a week to contact this company, now to find out about a refund on my 2 tickets (almost $90). I still have been unable to contact anyone about this, the email I received back do not respond to any of my questions. Now it appears they have the same event scheduled in Aug-Oct at Globelife. Buyer beware, this is a scheme it appears and I am ready to contact the attorney General to investigate this company. They took my money and are not offering any refund which is due because they canceled my event.

Unethically, Fever made us pay twice for the same tickets and refused to refund 1 set of charges. The event was only about 40% sold, so they didnt lose on amy sale. Purely, unethical business!

I wish I had read the reviews provided by other people on how horrible and greedy these people are. We bought group tickets to attend the Harry Potter event in Dallas with a few friends of ours. We drove 4 hours with our young kids only to be stuck in traffic just outside Dallas for another 4 hours due to a large truck accident. Our friends were already there so we gave them the tickets and they spoke to the agents at the gate who assured us that we could reach out to the customer service and they would provide us with vouchers for another day. We reached out to customer service the next day and we kept receiving a robotic response about refund policy, even though I kept telling them I wasn't looking for a refund just vouchers. I understand customer agents can't help sometimes and tickets have to be escalated to supervisors which is what I asked for, and I'd receive a response within minutes saying "no supervisor was available and they would contact me later", and then 5 minutes later the same agent would respond with "Your case was closed". Regardless to say the agents are either bots, or mindless people with a large language barrier. If anyone is reading this after searching for feverup or Harry Potter, please boycott and avoid events hosted by this company, only then will they change their attitude towards customer service.

I purchased two ticket for the Dallas Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit but the organizers changed the date without contacting any wholesale sellers and when I contacted Fever to reschedule the email form that was sent said no refunds and they would issue vouchers for a different event if I wanted. In their FAQ it states that they CAN refund/help reschedule if they wanted to. I have gotten no response from them since the initial live chat. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Hello Chris. We are truly sorry about the inconveniences caused, but we are happy to see that the issue was solved. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance. Kind regards.
I bought a ticket to one of their shows for 1/7/24. On 1/6/24 my husband was diagnosed with COVID so I contacted fever to see if I could move the tickets to a later date. They didn't respond until after the show date had passed and said they couldn't exchange the tickets since the show had already occurred. I then asked for a refund since the FAQs for the event on their site say that under special circumstances, the tickets could be refunded. They are now vehemently saying that tickets are non-refundable under ANY circumstances, which is contrary to the posted FAQs. Also while you go through the purchase process, there's a link to their terms and conditions, which say that if you contact them prior to the event, they could exchange the tickets for another date that's not sold out. But when I contacted them, they sent me a link to ANOTHER very different terms and conditions document that say that tickets can't be exchanged. Very shady practices.
Tip for consumers:
Consider any ticket you buy from this company to be non-refundable.
