My wife ordered a men's jacket for my birthday. We received the woman's jacket shown below. Not what I wanted. Emailed the company and requested a picture (shown below). With that, they said we could keep the jacket (?). And, receive a $19 credit towards our next order. (?) Really? Do they think we'd order something again after this experience. We spend $80 and receive this ugly $20 item? And then, get a credit for another?

Ordered- 1 month later received 2 items out of 4 1 item was snagged in front right shoulder the other was so thin one could see detail through 2 layers NEVER received the other 2 items. When contacted company they say when I return the 2 items I would like a refund for -gave up on the snagged one and the unwearable item- was told 2 times when I return the items I can get a partial refund. They want me to return the 2 items I never received, in order to get a partial refund. Oh yes and I will need to pay for the return shipping on the items I never received. Needless t say...will not order again!
