I ordered the fiido d3 pro and it came in about a week and a half really good bike only thing about it is the saddle does not have the blue fiido logo on it which I found unusual as the pictures in the advertisment show this

Fiido falsely advertises reasonable shipping and delivery timelines on their product pages. I ordered a bike on Feb 10,2024, at which time the product page said orders were shipping on Feb 12. After an order confirmation, I received no further communication from Fiido about the order, which was concerning. I contacted them to follow up.
On Feb 21, they emailed me twice saying my address was incorrect and they needed an updated address with a house number from me to ship the order - they pasted my address in the email; it was my exact address in standard U.S. postal format with the house number. I replied to both emails reiterating the same address in the form fields they shared (one of which had a typo - I now believe this was a delaying tactic). They told me the order had been "prioritized" and that "for in stock items it would ship in the next 48 hours".
I hear nothing further... on February 26 I follow up again, asking why the order hadn't shipped. I am told it will ship from their warehouse in 1-3 working days, and be delivered another 1-3 days thereafter. At this point, there is a pattern where every time I inquire they push back the ship date by a few days, but it has been nearly three weeks.
On the third day, I followed up expressing my concerns regarding this matter and they make an excuse about unstable shipping schedules, telling me that new stock is expected to arrive to the warehouse in two days, after which my order would be "definitely sent out as soon as possible" - how reassuring when this is the third or fourth time they've told me as much (depending on if you count the initial email). Keep in mind that their website CURRENTLY SHOWS THE SAME BIKE IN STOCK WITH 5-7 DAY DELIVERY TIMELINES.
This company is fraudulent and deceptive, and every single day I regret purchasing. I initially bought this bike as an option for outdoor activity while I couldn't do my usual sport due to my partner's injury, and it has taken so long to deliver that they have fully recovered...
Tip for consumers:
They have either the worst inventory management system on the planet or blatantly lie about the availability of their products to get people to buy. They claim products are in stock or shipping in the next few days and refuse to give a real, substantial answer. They will string you along for weeks on end by claiming your products are "about to ship" and that they've "expedited" - don't believe a word of it.
