Customer service is terrible.
I have been filing my 1099 forms with them for several years. This year due to a software bug one of my 1099s was processed twice. I call their customer service and ask them for correction. They said That I have to pay for the correction. The fee was below $5 which is not a big issue. This is a matter of principle.
Being an IT professional and very familiar with the customer service process I was very annoyed that the customer service said the only way to correct the issue (software bug) is doing a correction via their web site and paying for it.
