I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
Not much to tell: my [old] Bissell vacuum clnr. Needed a new post-motor HEPA filter.
Called Customer Srvc.: pleasant voice answered at 1st ring. As I didn't know the part number, she directed me to a page of filter pictures: YES--1st pic on the page! --usual Qs re. Cc #, shipping address "Thank you for calling Filters Fast." Couldn't have been handled more smoothly, politely, helpfully.
I ordered the "recommended" replacement filter for the Maytag UFK8001 which shows up as a "Pure H2O" filter on the website. Ordered on 10/24/2017. Received a backordered notice on 10/26/17. Received replacement/replacement filters on 11/8/17. So not fast. But the replacement/replacement filters I received were "IcePure" Brand, also made in P. R. O. C aka Peoples Republic of China. I was not asked if the replacement could be made before receiving the filters. I ended up keeping them because they wanted to charge me $7.95 to return them. Not Fast and Not Ethical. You decide.
Service was totally unacceptable. Web site was confusing, called customer service # and questioned why Aquafresh was being sent. Service rep said all of the water filter Manuf for this filter were the same. I questioned if he was looking at my account, I have been ordering water filters comparable to Kenmore for more than 3 years.He answered no. I trusted him and ordered the water filter which was the wrong size. I called Filters fast to inquire how to return the filter. The Rep was unsure and had to ask other personnel for instructions, which resulted in me having to go to USPS get a box that fitted the filter, buy tape and return the filter, which does not taste as good as the Kenmore water filter. Future water filters will be Kenmore and purchased elsewhere.

First I like to say thanks for your prompt service and understanding, I ordered the filter size that was on my filter from filter fast when I received it It didn't work so I measured the filter and sure enough it was not what was on the filter. I called filter fast and they was able to resend the correct size with no problem. Very satisfied with the service I received. Filter Fast For Me...

I finally received my product. I ordered a replacement filter for an undersink GE smartwater system, a rubber ring, and the tool used to loosen the filter. It took close to a month for the filter and ring to arrive (they just delayed shipping and then shipped it using the slowest cheapest "fedex" possible. The wrench was backordered and I heard nothing for weeks. I had to call to get a status then was told "Oh it's in the warehouse, we'll ship it next week." You guessed it -- another two weeks before it arrived. They should be more honest and change their name to "Filters at Some Point in the Distant Future"...
Pretty straightforward. I placed an order on 1/8 for 1 filter. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter that stated "Every in-stock order received by 2pm EST ships the same day." As of 1/14 I still hadn't received an email confirmation that the item had shipped. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told the item was on back order, placed on hold for several minutes, and then told it was going to be out of stock for at least the next few days. Customer service rep couldn't commit to when they'd definitively have the item, much less when/whether I'd receive it. Pricing was good, which was why I ordered via their site. You get what you pay for (except for when you don't get it at all).

This is a website that sells filters: water filters, furnace filers, humidifer filters, etc. LOTS and lots of brands and models. Best part of the site is the search engine and the prices!
The searche engine is great -- you can put in brand name, model number, part number, or search via their menu trees to get to where you need.
The prices are amazing. Found this site by accident when our furnace company considered our furnace filters "non-standard" and started charging a way-above-standard price! I found the same filters for 1/3 of the cost! I also found our humidifier filters and refrigerator water filters here so it's all one stop (inexpensive) shopping.
Fast shipping, never any problems after 5 years!
I ordered filters for my Maytag refridgerator. When they arrived, the first one we unboxed had one of the tips broken off and was laying in the box. The next one we took out didn't fit our refrigerator. How do I return these unuseable filters?
I ordered Bear filters for my furnance, they were sent within a week. Ordered filters for my refridgerator got them ok, amonth later I got more. They put me on an automatic order. Well I sold my house and wanted to send them back. I tried to call but the recording kept telling me to go on line.So I did, told them in an E-MAIL Mail that I sold my house and wanted to send them back. They e mailed me back said it was over 30 days.So over $130.00 worth of filters were left with the new owners of the house I sold. I hope they are happy. I won't order anything else from them. They are not personal with no phone number. I will give discount filters my business, maybe.

I have been buying a/c filters filtreet and under the sink water filters for omni. Filters. Omni has 2 different style in the CB3 filters. Purchased for 8 years Last year the sent the style that works with my otc32 I ordered another set later in the year it was the wrong size. This year I ordered two more again the wrong size. It should be cb3A as omni updated their design. This company failed in customer service we can't take an open pack filter. Well how am I to know if the filter will fit. This is why I go to a company that has my records and showed that I was sent the cb3 last year. Returned as their records show one but credited for two. Odd that have that on record but again pulled the same thing. Such shoddy service from the people in the know I guess their business is too big to handle what has been sold returned and a customer of 8 years usually do not change their spots as they say.
Received a letter from FiltersFast last Saturday that their computer was hacked and my AMEX and other personal information was most likely included. Spent my time canceling my AMEX and waiting on delivery of a new business card. I wish your company spent as much protecting sensitive information as it does running ads.

I ordered a Aprilaire 65 controller from Filters Fast on January 18th. Their website stated this item ships in 5 to 6 business. 2 weeks later I called about the order and was told it would drop ship from Aprilaire on Feb 10th. Of course they never bothered to tell me that. After seeing the item in stock with another vendor I called to cancel the order. I talked to Rebecca, I had to ask her to spell her name, She said it would ship tonight or tomorrow. When I questioned her, she looked it up and confirmed the Feb 10th date. I cancelled the order on Monday.
That same day I ordered the part from another vendor and received on Wednesday Feb 2nd.

Ordered a filter for my fridge based on the specs on filterfast's website. Their " customer support" page is klunky and confusing and contains errors. So I thought I'd call the company ( took 1/2 hr to find their number, which they meticulously hide from the customer because they HATE inbound calls and do everything to avoid them. After being on hold for close to an hour, I finally opted to send in an e-form, but the descriptions off what info they need relates to damaged filters, not incorrect ones. They don't even have a template for receiving incorrect filters, as if that never happens, right? Blatant customer-hostile culture prevails. They don't even have any corporate location info in case you wanted to write a letter- they HIDE very well, and for good reason. A culture of zero-accountabilty. All they do is send autobot e-mail generic responses. I will NEVER trust my $$ to these knuckleheads again
Tip for consumers:
They are notorious for shipping wrong filters- that's what happened to me- do not do business with these crooks!

You should change your name to FilterSlow!!! This is the worst experience I have had in receiving anything purchased online. to get from North Carolina to Florida takes 10 days, ridiculous.....

Placed my order on a Friday morning, took EIGHT DAYS to get my water filter. I guess their definition of fast differs from my idea of fast. The filter works great, but I'll just pay an extra dollar to get one at Home Depot.
