I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.

Filter took over 10 days for delivery, and it leaked horribly. Had to go buy a new one for double the price to stop the leak. Will not waste my money on this horrible company again
I am suppose to change the filter every 6 months. I will wait to see if they last that long. Otherwise, great prices for A/C filters with quick delivery.
My second time ordering from FiltersFast. Very happy with the product, the delivery time and much more reasonably priced than any other place I could find. Definitely recommend them.
At last, I found the special filters for my new humidifier. The store no longer carried them even though I just purchased it in December. Good service from FiltersFast!

We actually like the filters themselves and had a subscription with them (that we just cancelled due to our most recent order arriving in poor condition and the unsatisfactory customer service response to it). Our first buying experience with FiltersFast.com was wonderful and we decided to keep getting all of our filters from them (a/c air filters, refrigerator water filters, and refrigerator air filters). The second time they shipped the filters to us, the prices had gone up and there was no sufficient padding (or truly, padding of any kind), resulting in bent air filters (which we thought we could live with so we didn't make an issue of it) and two refrigerator water filters arriving with broken filter caps (they shipped them in a plastic envelope with ZERO padding). We emailed them pictures of the envelope it came in, smashed packaging boxes, and pieces of the broken filter caps (see attached photos). If these filters were being displayed at a physical store, nobody would buy them in this condition. We told them that we do not feel comfortable at all using these filters since a) the airtight seal has been compromised by the caps being broken and b) we can't tell whether the integrity of the plastic has also been compromised by the apparent trauma from shipping. If it has, then it could spring a leak once put in use. They said the water filters themselves should still be fine so they refused to pay for return shipping. They did offer to take them back but we have to pay for return shipping. We think this is poor business practice and will not be buying from them ever again.
We have ordered filters for our refrigerator several times. Always work well even though they are not a major name brand. The delivery is fast and the price is right. Love the free shipping...

I, like most first time customers, back four years ago, was so excited about Fiters Fast.com, that I recruited for them every time I saw anyone carrying a filter in Lowes, or HDepot. Then they suddenly changed their business model to using a "gotcha" website about a year ago. Started going up on pricing, on items I regularly bought from them. Stopped using "phone in" customer service, started charging for return label emails! EIGHT DOLLARS TO RETURN A FILTER! I could go on, but you get the idea. They really have taken advantage of their success. It's time too kick their business ELSEWHERE! Don't aggravate yourself! There's plenty of other companies out there for us to make successful. I just hope they don't get too big 4 their britches like FFast.com
They tricked us into "Auto Ship" then make is IMPOSSIBLE to get the refund. The package I returned to them sat at the Post Office until it was finally returned to me so I had to start the whole process over again... DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with this company. They do not care about their customers & I am sure any positive reviews are fake. BEWARE

I like the easy ordering, fast service and free shipping. The price is competitive and quality tested. I don't know what else to say about a water filter, since you require 100 characters.

When I looked at Home Depot the filter I needed for my refrigerator/ ice maker cost almost $60. It was half the price online. The Home Depot associate was the one who told me about this website.
When I opened the water filter, it was exactly like the fancy expensive one that I replaced. Made very well, and the same size. Packaged nicely too.
Our water out here in the country tastes significantly gross. The main source is saltiness from our water softener. This filter cleared it right up. We used to spend almost $250 per month on bottled water (Ice Mountain) (family of 5/ two pets). I'm so glad I don't have to do that anymore.
The cool part is, I was able to schedule when I want another filter delivered. I'm a busy mom, so I don't always have time to think about taking my kids to the store for filters. This one will just show up in the mail.
I just used my last furnace filter from Home Depot too. Looks like I'm going to be signing up for those too.
I'm a number person, and let me tell you, it's definitely worth the $ to do this with filter fast. Plus, I don't even have to leave the house.
P.S. When you initially install your ice make/ water filter, you have to run the water for 5 minutes or so. (The directions are very clear when you open your package) It will be grey at first, then it will turn clear. My water filter for the shower that I got from Amazon was the same way. Don't worry though, It's just the way water filters work.

I just received (8/27/2020) a letter from Filters Fast informing me that since July 15 2019 a code was placed on their website to steal customer credit card information. They did not discover this until July 20,2020. This means that for ONE year customers were at risk of having their IDENTITY STOLEN! What kind of a company take ONE YEAR to discover a security breach? Now I have to enroll in a fraud alert service to protect my credit card and my identity. I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered filters which I never received. However I was given the worst run around from there TERRIBLE staff members. Finally received my money back which was over a month. I would NEVER order from them again.

Been using filtersfast for years, quality products and great customer service. Always seem to have products I need in stock and ship within a few days.
"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM! SHAKEDOWN! They charged $20 for two day shipping and shipped it 1-6 day ground. When I called them, they claim I must add a day cushion and not count Saturday. The refused to refund the money. The customer service is rude! Still haven't received the filters and doubt i ever will. TOTAL RIPOFF!"

Company shipped me an incorrect filter. They are impossible to reach by phone so I was forced to use their extremely difficult and customer unfriendly third party customer service app. Everything there is check the box for the generic issue. I asked for a refund and a return authorization and gave "incorrect product" as the reason. They not only refused to refund the outbound shipping, they charged me an additional $7.99 for a UPS call tag without my permission, claiming I did not opt out of the call tag charge. They further stated that I should not have used the website for a refund, stating I should have called instead. I tried. It's nearly impossible to get them on the phone. After an hour of hold times on several occasions I was forced to use the online form. When I finally got them on the phone the CSR was rude, arrogant and offensive. He kept talking over me and said it was all my fault. He finally agreed to refund the charges "as a courtesy". When I complained about his attitude he said "I gave you a refund, not what more do you want" and he hung up on me. This company is only interested in a sale. Otherwise they want nothing to do with their customers. Buy from them at your own risk.
Heard this wonderful commercial on espn radio about this great place called Filters Fast. They told me what to do and I did that. Ordered a filter for my refrigerator and looked for the order form where to mark it FREE as advertised. Couldn't find it so I put it in the comment box. I also wanted to make this service a reoccurring order so I marked that box also. Got the filter in a few days but they charged my credit card for the full price. Not free as advertised. I complained and they said I didn't follow instructions but since there wasn't a place on the form I don't see how I could have. They don't respond to your problems so I have canceled my subscription and recently purchased eleven from another source. (cheaper too) I guess what happened to me isn't nanything new. BUYER BEWARE
The fact that I could order 3 filters and have them delivered within a few days is very convenient. I wish I didn't have to extend to 100 characters but since you insist here they are.
I ordered a replacement for the WF2CB water filter for my Frigidaire. What I received was close but would not fit, nor were the two face pieces the correct shape for my frig. Rather than bother with returning it I threw it in the trash.

After making my initial purchase on MARCH 27TH I have finally received my filters JUNE 10TH! This was after a number of emails asking where my filters were. First response was the filters were special order and they would be delivered at the beginning of MAY!. Why did you not tell me this upfront! After still not receiving them I wrote again. They wrote back and offered me a refund. I did not want a refund just the filters. They finally came JUNE 10TH!
