I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer

BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.

We have a custom order size for our AC filters, and they arrived ahead of schedule, and fit perfectly. We would highly recommend FiltersFast for all of your filter needs.

I originally ordered a Filter. For some reason, your shipping people used an address that was unrecognizable. I was able to track the shipment only one time. The filter was on it's way to Alaska and when I inquired why, I was told that as soon as the Filter was returned to your firm, my money would be returned. I proceeded to order another filter and it was delivered very well. I again inquired about the return of the money spent on the filter that was God knows where and I was again told that it had not been returned and if it was returned, my money would be refunded. That did it. Over a month had passed and I informed your people that You had made the address mistake--Not me! I threatened a lawsuit even though the money involved was only about $20.00. Pretty quickly, I received an email saying they had entered a credit to my PayPal account. Why does a customer have to go through this kind of misery when the problem was clearly the fault of your firm. I may or may not use your firm again.

Needed a Honeywell Thermostat ASAP, Filters Fast said they had it in-stock when no one else did, and they would ship it out tomorrow and I'd have it on Friday, January 3rd. They charged my credit card on January 2nd, $344 but as of today, I have not received it. I called them, they put me on hold, could not find my order, then transferred me to an extension that was not set up. I called their wholesaler who told me they haven't had the thermostat in stock in two months and did not have a ship date. Filters Fast Lies to get the sale. They say they will match pricing, but then they dont do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...

Local sources could or would not get the spa filter I needed. FiltersFast had the filter and shipped it right out. I will order again in the near future.

Very good supplier. Accurate representation of products at good prices. They shipped rapidly and the filters arrived before anticipated. Overall a great site and supplier.

I found the filters I was looking for. Fast. I was a great find. Can't say enough about it. Wish I could have gotten the air freshener here too, instead of having to shop all around for it.

Do not give your email to this company. I get 3-4 emails daily from them, I've tried unsubscribing, blocking them, they keep coming. They sell cheap poor quality filters. BUYER BEWARE

Order dryer filter I needed for along time. It came quickly and fits perfect should have done this sooner. I had no issues with my order came quickly!

I ordered humidifier filters on line and they shipped them UPS, which stands for Ultimate Poor Service! UPS couldn't locate my home even though I have a 4 ft wide sign in front of it with the address on it. Called UPS and they informed me that my house doesn't exist LMFAO!

I've used FiltersFast for several years. Initially, I ordered refrigerator water filters; they were cheaper than the ones you find at the big box hardware stores and the correct filter arrived quickly. Great concept! But something's changed at FiltersFast. Last two years, I ordered a filter for my pool from them, based on prior experience. The first time, it got here a day or so after stated delivery date. No biggie. Last year, Ireordered. It arrived a week late. This year, I ordered on July 10thand almost a MONTH later, it's still not here! It says my filter will ship in 15-16 days! Today is August 8th; my order says "preparing to ship". So I called Customer Serice. After 23 minutes on hold, I hung up and ordered from somewhere else, with guaranteed 2 day shipping. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER FILTER FROM FILTERSFAST.

Package delivered to wrong address in another state, then email says it is delivered to correct address, but it hasn't been. No customer support on the weekend.

Ordering on line was easy. I got the correct filter in two days. Another good job just like the time I ordered 6 months ago. I will be ordering again in about 6 months.

Our filter needed replaced and I ordered a three months supply. One comes and then the others will be sent within the time frame I marked. The filter was at our home within just a few days.

Received filters I did not order and never signed up for auto renewal. Not happy them charging me without my consent for a product I did not order because I still have some left from last order.

I never realized that furnace filters were not a standard fit. I finally got an excellent fitting furnace filter. And the delivery was so fast and the price excellent. Thank you Filters Fast

Here is an update to the review I originally posted (below).

FiltersFast was finally successful in convincing its vendor to double-box the product to protect it during shipping.

FiltersFast and its customers shouldn't have to go through such an ordeal. However, I give FiltersFast credit for pursuing the matter until it was finally resolved.

I purchased a product from FiltersFast.com.

I received the product in a reasonable period of time (drop shipped from the manufacturer). The product was damaged, and based upon the paperwork inside of the box, the product was previously returned by another customer. As instructed, I returned the product.

A replacement product was drop shipped by FiltersFast.com's vendor (the manufacturer). This product was received damaged.

I contacted FiltersFast.com's customer service ONE MONTH AGO. I still have not received a replacement product.

Customer service is polite, using sentences such as, "Thank you for your patience while we resolve this for you" but nothing is resolved.

All the while, FiltersFast has my money and I have no usable product. I've expended a lot of time via e-mail, telephone and driving to the Post Office to return the first unit that was delivered damaged.

Your time and peace of mind is worth more than FiltersFast.com is willing to deliver.

I was searching for where to buy a water filter for the refrigerator and found filtersfast. It was so much easier than searching for them at the big hardware stores and so much cheaper!

Thats what I wanted and thats what I got. It should always be this simple. The selection was good and I couldnt find them locally so this was a great solution.
Im now on subscription.

My first few orders came quickly but these last 2 were not. 4-10 day shipping came in 15 days and 2 day method came in 10 days. Not so fast in my book.
