I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
My filters were delivered on time, packaged well and at a very good price. I use them for all my family filter needs.

I have ordered from this company for several years and not experienced one problem. They are quick and efficient along with having fair prices.
Purchased A/C filters, they arrived damaged, contacted FF about damage issue, no response. This was not my first purchase but will be my last!

Received the filter it is exactly what was needed. Timely service and follow up. Will order from this company again for all filters needed

Have been waiting 11 days for update on shipping they use dhl which is the worst carrier in the country Great price if you want to wait forever

I have been ordering filters for years from "Filters Fast" and never had a late delivery or a problem with the product.
Be careful when you pay for overnight shipping. They will not ship same day even if you order in the morning.

Ordered three filters one day, by the third day I had received and installed them. Perfect fit at a good price.

Three weeks to receive my order? Shipping is your weak link. Every else was fine. The product was as advertised.
Filters Fast is a reliable and dependable company. We recommend them to anyone in need of filters for their home.
They don't list their phone # on their web site - *******458 - which means you have to go searching for it. But, don't waste your time, because no one EVER answers the phone! They say they offer a call-back option, but I wouldn't trust that to happen, either! So, I chose to PM them through Facebook. I instantly got an automated reply which still left me waiting. I texted them at 9:20 AM today, Friday, and have been waiting for a reply to my question about the amount I was refunded for an unopened, returned product. So it's 2 pm PST and I decided to try calling again. They're closed. And not just moments ago because they're located in NC, but HOURS ago! They close at 3PM EST on Fridays!
They still had over 2 hours to reply to my PM, but here I sit. Still wondering why the amounted credited back to my CC is $29 less than what I paid for the product. I know they don't refund shipping costs, but that should be a factor anyway since I covered the cost to get the item back to them rather than pay them $8 for them to provide me with a label! That's fairly outrageous, right? Could it be a restocking fee? Maybe, but $29 is a tad steep, no? So rather than crossing this item off my list and being done with FiltersNOTSOFast, I get to wait until sometime next week when they decide to get back to me. The best way to handle this would be if they could just ANSWER THE PHONE and provide me with an explanation, but that's not how they do business. And it sucks!

If you ever need any sort of CS, don't expect to get it here.
Can not get in contact with a human. Have not responded in multiple email attempts after the wrong product was sent. Will never buy from here again.
