I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
My filters came quickly and were packaged nicely. I installed it easily and it is working fine. I would highly recommend FiltersFast
I have used this company for furnace filters twice and both times I received the correct filters and they arrived on time.
I had to wait several weeks for my order. If you are going to call yourself Fast Filters, you should be fast.

I ordered 16 days ago. Evidently Filters Fast is not fast at all. I got an order confirmation, but no shipping info and no filters..

Easy to order and the filter would have arrived sooner than forecast if not delivered to the wrong address thanks to the post office.

I do not wish to have the automatic order. I had two filters when three more filters came. When I need some I will order it my self.

Water filter for the fridge air filters for the air bear furnace filter system. Great quality and auto shipping is a convenient option too.

The company did contact me back and will refund my money. I did appreciate that they did get back to me.
The order for PUR water filters was placed on November 8,2018 and by December 29 it still hasn't arrived and no explanation. Now I am asking for a refund and the e-mail in response said it will take 2 to 3 business days to get back in touch with me. The company needs to change it's name to FiltersSlow or Not-at-All.
Love the auto shipping of the product so I don't really have to keep track of the time to change the filter. Thanks!

I ordered a replacement water filter for my Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. The part was correct, and it arrived on time. Easy to install.
Filters slow should be your name. Took a couple weeks to get. I dont consider that fast in any way. Wont order again
