I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
I will never use your company again. No communication and it took about 2 weeks to get filters. FAST, ha!

It was a pain to go to stores to get my fridge filter. Out of stock or non carry I just don't need to drive around even though it is easy to check online or call for availability. The price was half of what was paid for in the past and the quality has been good so far. There was a delay in delivery but that had nothing to do with the supplier. I will order again, thanks

I ordered air filter. I explained that I just bought house and needed a certain size. He said no problem. Of course it is the wrong size. Their returns are a nightmare and have no "sent wrong order" on return form. Everything they list is a mistake a customer makes. Then they charge you $8 for a label to return it. All correspondence is form letters. Stay away from this rip off company.
I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews of this company. I've ordered refrigerator filters twice from FiltersFast. Both times the communication was excellent, and the filters arrived in a timely manner. The prices are good--better than other options I had for our refrigerator. I'm very happy with the product and service that this company provides and will order from them again in the future.

I was a customer of Filters Fast for years, but ever since you began inundating me with many (many) multiple emails, I began to look elsewhere for my filter needs. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe from your emails multiple times with no relief, my resolve to not do business with Filters Fast has only strengthened.
Don't try to apologize or make excuses like "We diligently care about our customers and strive to remove anyone who asks to be removed from our emails." I won't be buying that, because it's pure bs and you know it. Don't ask me for my email address because I have given it to you many times when I asked you to unsubscribe (a word you are apparently unfamiliar with) me from your email list. Instead, I have created a message filter that sends your emails to trash, where they belong.
I don't care how good your filters are, or at what price; you have slit your own throats by your incessant email campaign that never stops and also by ignoring people who ask you to stop sending them emails. This is not a "technical glitch," it is a purposeful marketing ploy that will hopefully lose you tons of money. You have lost all credibility. My only hope is that this email will somehow wend its way to upper management, and that this will serve to cause as many resignations (or firings) as possible. I really doubt that will happen, but either way Filters Fast will never receive any more money from me.
Don't bother trying to email me with excuses or apologies; I won't see your emails because they will also go to the trash folder as soon as they arrive.

I have always purchased filters for my Omni system from Filtersfast. It was easy, just log into your account and press reorder and they send them to you. This time when I received my filters they did not fit. Same numbers. After waiting for over and hour I was able to talk to a person at Filtersfast. Bottom line, Omni changed the size and Filtersfast is not responsible. They won't take them back...$78,83 worth of filters that are of no use to me.
Order filters for two different furnaces, 4 inches thick. Both are 3 1/2 inches but the cardboard en closer had 4 inches printed on it. They flop around in the furnace compartment. You get/don't get what you pay for.

My filters for my water purification unit shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with no protective packaging. I wonder how many customers get these with broken carbon media inside the filter. The unfortunate part is that people can't tell that the carbon block is cracked or broken because they are inside the filter housing where they can't be seen. I returned my filters and won't buy them from FiltersFast again. It's irresponsible for them to ship them in this manner.

I ordered 4 premium pleaded polyester filters that are washable and reusable but received a low grade paper filter instead - of course at the same price.
After complaining I was told the premium filter is unavailable and is replaced with the filter I received. Three weeks later this premium filter is still for sale and available on their website. I wonder how many other customers received the same low grade filter I did. It seems to be common practise of this company.
Buyers beware! For me its NEVER again!
I went to re-order my refrigerator filters, but the price seemed high. I found another option (a 3-pack) that promised a lower price. But when I got to the point of entering my credit card number, the total was even higher. The math changed as I stepped through the checkout process. I'm not talking about charges for shipping or taxes. The actual price of the product changed. WalMart's advertised price was a little higher, but at least it was a price they were willing to stick with.

First shipment was received quickly and exactly what I ordered. Haven't used refrigerator filter will be at a later date. Fingers crossed! Will give more detailed review when auto order ships. Only thing that threw me was the (I believe this was the amount) 4.95 shipping I noticed it after I finalized order but it was for quick ship and it was quick even by FedEx standards (LOL!) if I would have paid attention I would have caught it and probably would have got the free shipping(little tricky. Shame on you) but was thrilled to get it so quick so no problem. So so far you get 4.5 stars if it's out of 5! Keep up the good work. Hopefully I will get notified before next shipment. PLEASE!

The "compatible replacement" filters they sell do NOT remove chemicals from your water--except chlorine. I noticed today upon unpacking that the filter is not NFS certified, so I checked further. Service agent said their filters "only remove chlorine" and that their web site says "removes chlorine." That is true, but it also says they are compatible with and replace the original, and that is not true. The original removes many chemicals, including lead & other toxins. So yes, removes chlorine--and ONLY chlorine. If you want the quality of the original, look elsewhere. And don't be mislead by this company... read carefully!
Ordered 2 different types of filters from them. Went so far as to give them the numbers off the filters. Tried to speak with a human which is what I always prefer, but impossible. They sent both filters wrong. Tried to call again and only got a message to leave my phone # and they would call me back. They never did. Cost me S&H both ways of about $16.
I was very pleased. My refrigerator had actually stopped making ice because i had put off buying a filter. They are so expensive, so I went to the internet and Filters Fast popped up. I had my filter in just a couple of days, much cheaper than available at my big box store and I am set up now on an automatic filter shipment so I dont fall behind again.
Been buying Refrigerators water filters from this company till back in Feb 2017 after 2 gallons through the filters 3 ea. The water coming out was still charcoal. Contacted Filter fast and they would not send me replacements. Then after 6 months they have the gall to send more filters I did not order and charge my c. C. I had already bought filters from a different company, cost more but it was a good filter I will not deal with this company again
These people lie.
Placed an order for a filter "in stock". Called to check for a status after a week of waiting to find out that they do not have it, but should be arriving in a day or two. After another week of waiting, called again and the story was repeated to me word for word.
Cancelled the order.
Did the same second time a month later. Specifically asked if filter is in stock.
No shipment for 2 weeks.
The next conversation with the agent was the same word for word, except it has "arrived but was "not unloaded" yet.
Had to cancel after 3 week of waiting. They still did not have it.
But they charge your credit card right away.

These filters do a fantastic job - the water tastes clean and pure.
I live in a co-op complex and we have water storage tanks on each building
Roof top. The tanks are cleaned every 6 months or so - but with these filters
I know I'm getting good drinking water daily.

The negative reviews here are a surprise, but maybe I've just been lucky. I've placed two orders - both times for vacuum cleaner filters. The filters quickly arrived in perfect condition. In fact, the last time I ordered, which was a few weeks ago, the order was shipped incredibly fast. It arrived before I thought it had time to get to my address!

Order #******* IS NOT here. The stupid shipper dropped it off somewhere else. There are approx 4-5 streets or more with a house address 1615. I'm being charged for it and request you send another one. I didn't get it. You need to ship out another and send a bill to the shipper for that item.

I have been buying my refrigerator filters from Filters Fast for quite a few years and have always been quite satisfied... however, the last few years, i've been disappointed. I used to receive reminder emails when my 6 month window for replacement was approaching, but not the last few times. Also, for the last 3 times I've ordered the exact same product, the price has increased approximately $10 each time! That's a huge increase. I have always appreciated the convenience, but I'm not sure if it's worth it any more.
I ordered a kit for my whole house humidifier. After a week of not receiving anything i emailed the company. The next day i got an email back stating that they apologize for the delay and it would get shipped out within the next 24-48 hours later. After 2 emails later with no response asking for the shipping information i decided to call directly at the 2 week mark. It was then they told me that the kit was back ordered and not expected to ship for another 10 days. That would make almost a month since i ordered it. No mention of it not being in stock on their website or in the emails sent. Horrible experience.
Yes, the last Auto-Delivery did finally arrive... but only after I had phoned and complained about not receiving it when I had expected to. According to tracking information... the delivery arrived at DHL-Global Mails sorting center in Compton, California... on 21 October 2017, and should have been delivered by the following Monday at the latest. I should not have had to even contact both DHL-Global Mail or FiltersFast.com The delivery ended up getting delivered late, and had been passed on to the U.S. Postal Service to get dropped off by the local Mail man. I have never had any issues with your Auto-Deliveries before until now. So what is the problem now?
The filters are fine but their free shipping claims are very misleading. After much fan fair about qualifying for free shipping, they added a $5.98 'handling' fee (see photo) because shipping is expensive, so where is my free shipping really?

I have ordered twice from Filtersfast. The products arrived in the time frame they said they would. On their final checkout page your billing address is listed first. I made the mistake of not looking at the second address which is the mailing address. I thought I had updated it when signing in that day, but I must have not hit the right buttons. My filters were sent to the old address. My mistake. When I asked them if they had been returned or any other help they could give, they said I would just have to pay again. So, not real helpful or customer service friendly.
