I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
The service is prompt, timely, accurate and well priced. I typically forget to buy new filters but this service takes that concern off of my shoulders.
If only the rest of the business world would be this good, life would be a warm ocean breeze.
I bought replacement filters that clearly stated they were compatible with my whirlpool water filtration system. They are slightly larger and, whether they work or not are completely incompatible with my system, causing terrible leaks. I contacted customer service and never even got a response despite multiple attempts.
Bought refrigerator water filters about 1 year ago. Service and price was excellent, so when I needed whole house filters I knew where to shop. As always they had exactly what I was looking for, at an excellent price. I will always purchase my filter needs from Filtersfast
Ordered filters 10/7, called to cancel order today. No answer at 800 number they give no response to email yesterday so I texted them on 10/18. Got a response via text that said they shipped on 10/16. No ship notification, or other communication. No response as of yet.
Easy to order. Fast delivery. Great price and quality. Can't beat anyg aspect of FiltersFast!
Have had trouble in the past locating filters locally. FiltersFast has them and at less than half what I've paid before.
Ordered a refrigerator filter 1/15. Received notice it was mailed 1/16. It's now 1/21 and post office has yet to receive package. The company does not respond to repeated inquiries. Stay away. They need to change their name to slowfilter or nofilter.

Force you to sign up for regular deliveries. Impossible to cancel without getting your banker involved. Sends wrk my filters. And then won't respond. Can't call them. Phone must be turned off (payment problem?). Horrible experience

Ordered filter from an email offering 10 percent off frig filters. This lead me to the web site, No place to enter discount. Site info said it would show up at check out. It didn't and I paid full price. Have order thru them prior with no problems. If you order expecting a discount better be sure it applies be fore checking out.

Ironically, they're called "fast". I placed an order on December 19 and still don't have it. They sent an email saying they are back ordered but no indication as to when they will fill the order. Can't reach them by phone and no way on their website to cancel my order. I need the filters--good luck if you think they will help you! Avoid them.
Excellent experience with my first order from FiltersFast.com. Easy to order from website, great selection and prices. Although impossible to contact by phone, they quickly respond to all emails. Ordering was easy, responds to email inquiries, provides tracking and monitoring information and arrival on-time and accurate. A wonderful experience and company. I will use again, recommend to friends and look for other items to order!
Order a pack of 3 filters for my refrigerator and didn't like the quality of the water after trying the first. Returned the other two for a refund, except they said I only returned one! The package weight when I dropped it off at UPS said 2.5 pounds; one filter is not 2.5 pounds! They essentially ripped me off. Would never trust these dirt balls
The filters for my water pitcher arrived in reasonably good time and the price was better than most places. My only complaint was that the individual boxes were mailed in an envelope with little protection. Several of the boxes appeared crushed, but the filters themselves are pretty sturdy and seem to be fine.
After 9 days of "preparing to ship out tomorrow" on items that the website claims to be available, Filtersfast is refusing to cancel my UNSHIPPED order. Customer service agents make up excuses and lie to you saying they emailed you when they have not. Only way to get your money back is to put in a stop payment with the credit card company directly. Total fraud. Do not waste your time with this company.

Great cost, fits my refrigerator, hope it filters as well as the Kenmore/Sears product.
Took a long time to get here but it was free shipping.
All in all I'd say FilterFast (or not so fast) is a good option mostly because of the price point.
Saved $2 ordering from filters fast instead of Amazon. Took 2 weeks for an in stock Aprilaire kit to arrive. Shipped from Minnesota to Wisconsin! One state away. I am a repeat customer and I have placed my last order. Very disappointed, order from somewhere else.
They couldn't ship. Back ordered. Didn't inform me.
This is one time I placed an order without doing the research. I ordered a couple of common filters but after a week I had not not received them, nor any tracking number. When I called, they said the filters were back ordered and at the very best possible scenario, it would still be more than a week at best.
You'd think a company dealing only in filters would manage to keep the common ones in stock. But just look down through these reviews... You get the impression this company doesn't stock any filters at all, but just orders them from their suppliers whenever they get an order. That's my suspicion. The fact is, they couldn't ship in a timely manner and did not inform the customer.
Needless to say, I won't be placing any order with them in the future, no matter how cheap they are. This is truly one of those cases where you get what you pay for. Best price can mean worst service.
It sounded too good to pay $25 for a filter for my GE refrigerator, when I normally pay about $40. Well, it worked for about 3 weeks and that was it. I then returned to the big box store and bought the real thing. I will not be buying another filtersfast filter. After about 3 weeks, water would not pass freely and the pipes all clanged Once replaced with the GE brand, everything flowed just fine.
Filter did not seal correctly because it was just a tad shorter and after 2. Days water had leaked all over the floor and under our carpet in the living room and under the wall. Do not know much damage yet
Very bad customer service... as others have said it is impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone... left message once and actually did receive a call back. The next time none and got email response but 3 days later and no more correspondence. I received the wrong filters the 1st time and 2nd time the box and filters arrived "smashed"! Definitely will NOT purchase from here again after this issue is resolved.
I made the mistake of purchasing filters from this company years ago. Filters were acceptable but not any better then other suppliers. What really made me stop even considering Fast Filters is that for years now I have to click of their email ads daily, often two or more per day. You cannot opt out of their pesty emails. Went I do find an opt out option, it just seems to generate more email ads. Unless you like clicking off emails daily for the rest of your life, don't let FiltersFast get yours.

Great source/site for ordering filters of all types. Great pricing. Not currently using, but the auto renewal system is a nice feature. I have placed at least 3 orders so far and have received my orders in a timely fashion. Filters have all been securely packaged at time of delivery.
I purchased the wrong filter. After numerous attempts to contact Filters First I was unable to reach anyone. It should be a simple process to return an item, yet your process appears to be overly complicated. Why? Not to mention that filter costs $50. Placed order on July 1,2018 with expedited delivery. On July 3,2018 I recieved a "were sorry there are delays" email, but we will keep you updated". On July 6,2018 I manually reached out to them after receiving no updates. No one ever picked up a phone or responded to me. After an hour of navigating the website and contacting them by text I finally got the order cancelled. Will update later to see if my funds show back up on my card!

Ordering was fine, everything after that sucked. They took a order on something that they didn't have in stock. Not until I had waited and e-mailed several times did they say they were waiting for the parts to come in. Everytime I emailed they acted like it was my fault for wanting something I had already paid for. I would buy from someone else..

Once again the filters I received for my Whirlpool refrigerator had broken tabs on the external end of the filter. I've learned how to tape the tabs so I can extract the filter from the fridg when it needs to be replaced. It's a packaging issue, need better protection on around the plastic end. I'll send photos.
