I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
The product, prices and responses were good. However, I specified shipping to Canada by USPS, not by courier because Fedex and UPS charge exorbitant brokerage fees. Nevertheless the company shipped by UPS and I had to pay an extra $39.00 in brokerage fees to get my $129 item. They claim that the shipping method is left up to the shipping department, though the order form offers a choice. Never again.
Ordering is easy and shipping is quick. I've been using their Water Sentinel brand filters for my GE Profile refrigerator instead of GE's very expensive ones. They fit perfectly, do a great job and are made in the USA. Best of all they cost a lot less. I also buy my whole house humidifier inserts from them. They too are just as good as the AprilAir ones and cost much less.
IF the order is filled correctly and everything is IN STOCK this is an ok at best company. If they are out of stock or you return an incorrect item, stand by. First they charge your credit card when the order is placed, not when they finally ship products. As someone else stated, if you return something it will be your burden of proof that you returned it AND they received it. Even after that they have now told me it would be 3 to 7 business days for my refund to be credited for the SECOND time after I sent them copies of the delivery receiver. Lots of other options out there. I won't buy from them again.
I ordered filters in good faith payable via Amex. The wrong parts were sent, very hard to contact via phone. When I spoke to someone they told me not to send the parts back, donate them to goodwill they said. I asked for credit, which they did. Not the full amount of the purchase even though they were at fault! Never again shall I use Filters Fast.
Should have never ordered my first ac filter from them. They send me emails CONSTANTLY even tho I have asked to be removed. They don't care, they a pest of businesses that could care less about customers privacy. Shop elsewhere!

Order a part online, showed the part was available and will ship in a few days, 2 weeks later I call and they tell me over the phone that the part is on back order and is dues in 2 months, but they took my payment right away with no problem! False description! If you don't have the part don't show on your website that you do!
No!... On 10/24/2017 I ordered three filters from you on Order No. CP-*******. Two of the three (although shipped separately) were received. The one that I needed the most... an RP membrane has still not been received. When the order was placed, there was a note on the website that there would be 4 day delay which I accepted. When I called several days ago to folow-up, I was told "oh yes, we have one and I'll get it out right out". I'm still waiting, so, no, I'm not satisfied.
I have an automatic order set up for my filter and when FilterFast notified me it was due to be replaced they offered a quick service which I took. Worked great no problems and their notifications kept me up to date.
I bought a water filter replacement cartridge. After 8 days, a box came with something completely different from what I ordered. Because I was going to be gone for a business trip the next week, I asked them to expedite a replacement product to me asap (so my family isn't stuck with low water pressure and a non-functioning water filtration system for the week that I'm gone). It took 12 days for that second package to arrive! And it would've taken longer if they hadn't changed the shipping to 2 day shipping. So let's do the math:
If the package arrives 12 days after they told me they'd expedite a new filter and it was shipped with 2 day delivery, then it took their company 10 days to go from responding to a customer service email to putting the filter in a box.
I came home from my business trip to even lower water pressure, a still non-functioning water filtration system, and a rather uncomfortable family.
I will never buy from Filters Fast ever again.
The washing machine filter I purchased won't hand tighten on the faucet! Try tightening it a little and it spins around. Like it is too big. Even tried to use plumbers tape to tighten it up but still leaked!

I am not usually a fan of ordering on line but they make it easy and their delivery was prompt. Their prices for generic filters and the quality are top notch. They shipped to me in Canada and it was easy to track my order.

I needed two filters that were no longer being made. I found the recommended replacements in the easy to use website and they were both delivered quickly to my home. Both filters fit perfectly and are now at work doing what good filters do... filtering!
Purchased 4 filters from FiltersFast. Our refrigerators unexpectantly broke down and had to be replaced. Filters Fast refused to accept the 3 unused filters because it was beyond their 30 day policy. Their policy and consideration in this matter just lost a longtime customer.
Ordered replacement water filters for Samsung refrigerator. They have a different neck configuration than the factory original filter. They said they will refund my payment less a fee. When asked why I should pay a fee for filters that don't work, no reply. Also, I haven't seen the refund yet.

I am very satified with my shopping experience on filtersfast.com. Ordinarily I hate the auto ship options where sites just try and get you to buy things you do not really need. But on filtersfast, I do need filters shipped to me every 3-4 months and I don't really like stocking up on things like this. They have a wide variety of high end allergy filters and they have prices that are lower than that of home depot and lowes. They do not carry all of the brands but the do carry Honeywell which is what we typically buy.
I have successfully completed multiple orders with the company. That said I ran into a shipment issue on the last order. Customer service was on the spot and took care of the issue in the manner I expected. I will continue to process orders with the company.
For those writing negative reviews I can only say contact CS, the experience will hopefully change from negative to positive.

First time ordering filters for various items in our home. The price on the items is very reasonable. I signed up for the program they offer, so every 6 months, we will receive the new filters we need for the house. We don't have to travel the 50+ miles, to shop for filters not knowing if they're in stock or not. Completely satisfied!
It was easy to order and find on the website, however out of the two water filters the most recent one, less than a week in the refrigerator, failed. I can only guess that something in the filter failed when I heard a very loud noise and opened the door to see water on the shelves. Of course when I tried the water spigot there was no pressure and water came from the filter housing. So that gives me a 50% rating. Luckily I had one on hand from another vendor.

I bought a full house filter for $17.94 from Filters Fast on 9/18/18 thinking it would be easier then running to Menards. The wrong one was sent. After working with the company and many emails and posts on Facebook to establish a temporary pass word so I could establish a return, I returned the item 10/12. It cost another $9.56 to return it. I receive a refund of $9.99 for my $27.50 spent on 10/25/2018. In total, it cost me $17.51 to get the wrong filter and send it back, plus all my time to establish a return and going to the Post Office to send it back. Out $17.51 and I still had to buy a filter. I bought the right one at Menards for less than $8.00.
My advice, don't buy anything from Filters Fast, but go to Walmart or Menards and buy the right one and save yourself a lot of time and money.

I received my filters but upon installation the filter kept popping out. Maybe you sent the wrong size for my 'MAY TAG' side by side refrigerator. I need directions on returning the product. Please help!
This company is useless. I will never order from them again. The prices are ridiculously high and the shipping has taken FOREVER which has now caused me to lose the ability to return them for a refund with their 30 day (from date of shipping) return policy.
After shopping around filter fast was the most inexpensive place to buy a cartridge filter. I got three filters for not much more than the price at some other vendor - $118.00 for 3 vice $70+ for 1, and that included shipping that was free. Filters Fast is my place to go when I need a filter.
I'm glad I don't have to write down in my calendar when I need a new filter for my water and ice maker or check the model and serial number to make sure I'm ordering the correct filter that won't void my manufacturers warranty. I get notified in enough time to make my purchase and voila it's here ready for me to put in.

Started to order from this site, said free shipping but not free shipping and you have to reorder every 6 months automatically! Read the reviews and decided to go elsewhere. So sad that a company is so irresponsible.
