I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.

This is a poor way to run a business, Not knowing i might have been on auto ship, was not aware. Paid $9.00 to return to address provided and still no refund on my card.

I did not place an order. I can't get in to edit and remove my credit card information. I finally heard from the company and they say they stopped my auto ordering process, but I just got an email saying I placed an order. NOT so. So frustrated. Can't reach customer service by phone. Will not use this company again.
My wife and I were long time users of Filters Fast. We always renew the same order of water and furnace air filter. In early December we received an email reminder from them so we logged in to their website an renew the order. They sent us the wrong water filter and it did not fit our water filter mechanism. They responded that there is a new version of the filter and it does not fit older mechanisms and they suggest we order a new water filtration system. We have requested a refund or credit and they insist that we should have known the filter they sent was a newer version. We have spent considerable time waiting on to talk to a service or support representative and never was able to get a real person on the phone, although they continue to send us "canned" responses via email We will never order another product from this company and we hope others can avoid the scam to which we were subjected.
Ordered 2 filters on 11/28 with auto renewal. The Free Shipping was through Surepost (UPS transfers to Post Office) which is completely unreliable. Shipment was lost, PO placed tracker on it and we called FiltersFast as well. They would not send out a new order until they researched the first. Ok, but it's been several days with no communication and when I call customer service I was hold for 41 mins before I had to hang up. This will be my first and last experience with them.
On the top of the order form, clearly states, "Free Shipping on orders over $75.00" DON'T BELIEVE IT! My order was way over $75.00 and I was charged for shipping. When I complained with Customer Service, was told that only applies when you select the cheapest and longest method of shipping. But they don't tell you that up front! False Advertising! I will never use this outfit again!
Placed order for 5 o-rings on December 7. Shipment notification received on December 11. They used DHL for shipment. DHL site says the package arrived on December 13. Estimated arrival is December 20. So, four days to process the order, two days to move the order to the shipper, seven days for delivery, and, by the way, They could have put the order in an envelope and shipped via USPS (which DHL is going to use anyway). Very inefficient processing and expensive shipping expense. Won't be using Filters Fast again.
I used to use FF in TX years ago so I ordered filters here in Las Vegas, NV. Terrible! Waiting weeks to get my water filters. Not good.
I could have got filters by now anywhere. Fast is not Fast or even slow!
Exactly what I wanted, prompt delivery, best price. What's not to like. But having to write 100 characters to satisfy this rating does not s pi weak well of this rating company! (Mission accomplished)
Ordered filters over a month ago and only got automated emails telling me my order was delayed 5-7 days. Never got a response from customer service and when the filters finally arrived the box was so damaged that the filters were all useless.

I ordered from filtersfast in the past with no issues. I placed an order two weeks ago for the same filters I received previously. I was notified that they were on back order. I tried to phone them two days ago, but you can't contact a real person on the phone. I then sent an email asking for an update on the status of my order. I received an automated response, as expected, assuring me that I would receive a response to my question. This morning I received an email that my order "has been cancelled" with no further explanation. The message gave me the telephone number that doesn't work to speak to anyone. Horrible service.
My filter got lost in the mail due to the filter being labeled poorly by filters fast. It took forever to come 2 1/2 wks. And when I called the customer service they were rude. The filter quality was poor and it doesn't make the water taste good. I do not suggest this company.

I will be happy to look into this for you. If an item is lost in the mail, it is typically due to an incorrect address. You mention that the water tastes poor after you installed the new filter, please make sure to flush the filter for 3-5 gallons of water before use. If you have done that and the filter is still leaving an unpleasant taste or odor, that is a sign of a defective filter which we will be happy to replace or issue a refund. I was looking for genuine Aprilaire whole-house filters, not the cheap knock-offs. They had exactly what I needed. I also needed a generic ice maker filter with pipe threads, not a 'custom' one. Harder to find than I thought, but FiltersFast had it!

They sent me the wrong item. They insisted it was the correct item even though it had a different item number and model number and the filter they sent didn't even list my appliance as being compatible. Their online return form kicks you off before you can submit it ( each and every time). I was on hold thirty minutes when I tried to speak with customer service and then got kicked off their phone system. I IM'd them and they lied and said they sent a return shipping label. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, and I still have the expensive wrong item they sent me and no refund! Worst online experience I have ever had!
I ordered refills for my whole house water system and for both refrigerators. The process was easy, the prices were good and the filters were delivered on time. I'll be back for more when these need replacement.
This is an excellent product. I appreciate I don't have to remember when the 3 months is up before running down to the home improvement store to buy a new filter. With FiltersFast. It's right there when I need it.
Got an email that the filter was delivered July 1. Was at home and there was no delivery. No place to contact fastfilters to register concerns. Found a suggestion to wait 5 to 10 day and then wait up to 30 days to complete the search. Better service is required.

I ordered some air filters and almost immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service and waited on hold for a half hour plus and no one answerded. While on hold I sent a text message notifying them of the mistake. I was told by text within about an hour that it was too late to change the order. It shipped two days later. Incredible.
I am very pleased with this filter, and the super fast delivery. I was skeptical, but now I wish I ordered 6 for a bigger saving. (I ordered 2 for $40 and if I purchased the whirlpool one it would have been $45 for one.) I will definitely purchase from them again!
Worst customer service EVER! And filters fast? Yeah right I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered. And when I called to cancel because it was taking too long they didn't refund my order and refused to cancel it! They seriously need a crash course in how to run a business!

I need a refrigerator filter. I had heard an ad on radio and went to the website. I could find the filter so i called. I waited 4 hours for a return call. I left the house finally and sometime after they left a recording on my machine. Instead of saying that they were sorry for making me wait so long, they merely said call us back at the telephone number that I originally dialed. I emailed them a complaint. I still have not received a response to it. Just very lousy service.

Ordered air conditioner filters, pack of 6 When I went to replace filter the replacement had mold on it as did the other 2 left. Contacted company, sent the requested photos and they said too bad order was a year ago, tough. Who knows what the "clean Filters" were contaminated with... and probably caused health issues ( increased broncial sissues last spring. Move on to a better company who may care

Company should be re-named. "Filtersslow" would be more appropriate. It took 10 days from date of order to delivery. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. I haven't had the need to use any yet so I can't say they worked well. I am taking a chance on the substitute product... H2O in lieu of Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid. I hope things turn out ok.

Ordered 2 LG LT700P Refrigerator Water Filters on Aug 4. Free economy shipping to arrive in 4-10 days. Item shipped on 11 Aug and arrived on 15 Aug--arriving on the 11th day. I won't quibble about that, as it set at the shipper for 3 days. Items seem to be as advertised with identical box to old one, but the old one doesn't need changing for another month or two, so can't be sure till then. There is a savings for buying 2 and more for buying 3, which makes them the cheapest price on the net for the genuine part. I did not sign up for auto-ship, which seems to be the source of some headaches, judging by the other reviews.
