I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
Terrivel company. Worst online shopping experience ever. It took 6 weeks to get my items. I called after 2 weeks and was told it just came in. They lied. When it came it was poorly packed and the filter was bent!

Product they say is a direct replacement doesn't fit not they want 8.99 fir a return when its there product that doesn't fit when i gave them the model # for my filter and refrigerator the new filter from them look different and they said it will still fit yet the filter door will not close

The part I needed was linked to one they described as being a match, the price was good so I ordered... it did take awhile to come. But when it did, one crucial piece of the part was slightly bigger than the original, so there was NO WAY it would fit. After contacting the company, I sent the part back... here's the zinger... the refund deducts their shipping cost and you pay to ship back as well. So, for a part that doesn't fit as described, you lose $20.00. Ridiculous policy.
I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator. It was simple and easy. I was given a choice of name brand or generic. I opted for the generic and was pleased with the quality. I got 3 filters for the price of one at Lowe's. You have the ability to order when needed or get on a auto cycle that will deliver at your timing. I want to be able to control when I receive my shipments, so I decided to order as needed. I have not tried filters for my furnace but I am getting ready to give it a try.
So far I am pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this to any one.
I received my order of three refrigerator water and three refrigerator air filters all in one shipping bag via USPS. A couple of the filter boxes were smushed, and an air filter was misshaped. I'd prefer that nearly $150 in filters ship in a sturdier package than a soft-plastic envelop.
The rest of the ordering process went well, but if product is going to arrive beat-up, I'll shop elsewhere.
Ordered filters more than 10 days ago and they took my money but never shipped filters, no email about shipping, called customer service and waited over 30 minutes and no one answered phone; they should rename their business "filtersslow" and/or "filterthieves"
When an order is placed and there are items backordered or not shipping for whatever reason, the customer deserves to to told upon order.
You accept full payment on order, you need to make shipment clear.
Not happy... I am very disappointed with fit and quality. You should quality check your product I will not buy from you again. I guess paying an extra thirty percent is worth it. Again another deal that is not!

Filters came fast and they are quality filters. The box the filters come in is reasonable and fits easily in a closet etc. I liked that we have the next few filter changes in our home and we dont have to try to remember to pick up a new filter when we go out. I also appreciate that I could select a time frame for the next set of filters could be delivered to us! This is a great, quality service.

I bought a part for heating my upstairs Mid November (supposedly in stock). November 30th I checked status and website says preparing to ship tomorrow. It's now December 21st and the status still says preparing to ship tomorrow. I have emailed and tried to do the chat with no response. Please pick another company that will actually ship what you bought. Wish I had looked for reviews first!

When this order was placed, we changed the adddress of our account. Part of it did not get changed. First shipment was sent to wrong place. (Maybe our fault?) Multiple attempts to get filter reshipped required multiple messages each being received by a different person. Eventually product was received by us. After numerous tries to install it (We have done this at least 9 or 10 times with no problem), we cannot get the filter to install properly. Plan to go to Lowes, Sears store or Home Depot to get resolution.

I have ordered water filters numerous times from FiltersFast. They have always been great. Recently I started ordering air filters for our furnace. The first time I tried all six filters were damaged due to shipping. They wouldn't hold a proper seal since the edges were all folded over and bent, and the ruffles were all flattened causing the filter to inflate like a balloon and start to pull through in the furnace compartment. So I had to throw all of those out. I had forgotten this experience and ordered air filters again. The same problem. All filters ruined in shipping.
I want to like this company, but the air filters always get damaged beyond use due to packaging and transportation. It's just easier to get them at the local hardware stores.

The first filter I received didn't seat well and I called with my concern. The customer service representative was very nice and cancelled that charge and put in a new order right then. I was extremely pleased with the the quick, friendly and professional service.

I ordered replacement water filters for my refrigerator, expecting to receive a new, quality product. What I did receive was a clearly remanufactured product, with broken base caps, pry marks, and marks from previous usage. I attempted to contact customer service, but they dont seem to ever answer the phone even after 20 and 30 minutes on hold. This place sells junk water filters. Im going to go buy some quality new water filters now. I thought this was a good price at $30 each, since thats what I used to pay at Home Depot. Unfortunately nobody sells their own brand anymore, so Ill go buy the real thing for $50 each. Buyer beware! If youre ok with some cheap remanufactured filter for the water you drink, then this is the place for you. If you expect quality water filters, you need to look somewhere else.

I needed a 9.5x9.5 filter. I out this in my search on the website and it told me the 9x9 would work. This is incorrect. Now they wont take them back since I tried to use one. SO they dont sell what I need and wont refund me. Not cool. Go to filters-now. Much better all around!
UPS damaged one of 4 filters we ordered but my husband was able to make it work. Fedx or US mail is a better service. UPS damages everything we receive. FiltersFast is fine, but their shipping service is not.
The filters that I ordered and received are great. They are just what I was looking for. I dare not complain about your price for 3, the filters was so cheap compared to the prices that I had to pay for one (1) in the stores. From the time that I placed my order to the date that I received my order was faster than what I had expected. I ordered 10 humidifier filters. I received 3 filters within 10 days. No order slip enclosed. Did they forget the other 7? On their site, there was no mention of the other 7. No email. No customer service number to call. "no reply" emails. Fill out a form and submit if you have a complaint, but what if your complaint is not listed on the choices? Finally after hours of navigating the web site, submitting a form, I got a customer service number. I waited on hold 20 minutes, then left my number. Several hours later, I got a call back. "Oh, you should've received an email saying the remainder of the order was on back order. Noooo, did not receive that. "You should receive the other 7 filters in a week. Its been several days past that and a full 4 wks since the original order placed. This is NOT Amazon fast. Avoid the hassle.

I ordered air conditioning filters two months ago. Not shipped. Received email stating would be shipped in October, received another stating would be shipped in November. Finally went to Home Depot and purchased from there.

I ordered a range hood filter from this company and they sent the wrong filter. I called customer service and they blamed me for the error. All I know is I put in the model of my range hood and ordered what came up. I spoke with customer service and they arranged a return and a re-order of the supposedly correct product. After a 2 week wait, the new filter showed up, and it arrived in a very large box. It was the wrong filter again!
In cleaning my home, my wife thought the box was empty (tiny filter in a big box) and threw away the filter with the box. Now I am out the money for the filter. I will not buy here again!

When they finally shipped them we were on vacation and could not be there to sign so the returned them
Probably better off paying a little more at the big box stores and having them in hand instead of waiting two months for them to refund your money

I ordered a part from Filtersfast, and it was not even shipped until 12 days after ordering. Even the slowest shipping option indicated that the part would be received within 8-10 days. I inquired of course, and received a reply indicating that they would try to make their shipping info. More clear on their website. (There is no shipping info.at all on the website that relates to promptness of shipment). Also, at the time of ordering, there was a popup indicating a $10. Discount if I ordered within 30 minutes. I ordered within a few minutes and NO discount was applied. Their website says they respond to inquiries within 24 hours. I waited over 60 hours for a response. I'm still waiting on the part which was ordered on Jan. 19,2019. Today is Feb. 4 (16 days later and counting.) I'm going to suggest they change the name of their company. Perhaps "FiltersNextYear" is a good option.

Ordering the products was easy and much cheaper than other places. However, Filters Fast is not really fast. It took a good week for the products to ship and another good week for delivery. The products were what I purchased and installed with no issues. No other issues to report

I ordered a PH******* for GE refrigerator from Filters Fast. The inner seal surface is not flush in the recess of the filter. So it will not install in the refrigerator. Poor supplier and manufacturer. No way to get in touch with them to give them feedback.
