I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
Company is a joke. I ordered prior to that and filter came after 2 to 3 weeks. Tried to communicate with comp and realized expecting too much. I ordered my second filter and came in defective. Tried to get in touch with a human person to talk to and also sent emails. After a week of sending the emails I received a response that we can't exchange it or refund. What is point of ordering a filter and save $10 and have to buy another. Bought directly from the mfg a pack of 3 and saved myself some $$. Anyone needs a filter buy it directly from mfg or your local store. Don't fall for this bogus trap filters. Don't work and YOU DO NOT SAVE!
I placed an order for filters for my refrigerator last year, May 2016. Due to them being out of stock for 3-6 months, I canceled my order at that time. Friday, 4/28/17, I received a package from Filters Fast that enclosed the filters I canceled LAST YEAR (2016). Today I received my charge card bill and these stupid jack-wagons charged my card $65.25 on April 5,2017. I canceled my order A YEAR AGO! What kind of business is this? Obviously they only staff idiots! Yeah, this will hit social media! People need to be aware of such incidents and discouraged to purchase anything from this vendor!
I joined the auto ship club and it takes $5 off the price and is supposed to have free shipping. I still get countless emails asking me to join and many offering $5 off or free shipping specials. I donget my $5 off but I rarely get the free shipping until I spend an hour trying to get through to customer service to fight for it. Misleading emails and difficult to deal with but the filter itself is good. Not sure it's worth the hassle though

Don't buy from these people! Horrible service and will not answer phone call, they put you hold and then keep trying to use the call back feature and they say you will receive a call back that day. Three days later... no call back. I have placed a phone call for 3 dayss.

I made an order a month ago and have never received my items. They already charged my card so they have my money but I have NO product. They now say it will be another month before they ship. Seriously? At that point they will have had my money for TWO MONTHS but never shipped the product. What a SCAM!

These aren't the filters I ordered. Just read your reviews and I agree with all the bad reviews. If I had known about the bad service and wait time I would have never bought from you. I just wasted my money. How do you stay in business?

Price gougin is a bad thing. 188.00 for a bulb when Amazon has the same thing for 49.00. No response from them after canceling the order the next day. They said it would not be shipped until they restock the bulb in 2 weeks. Funny they shipped it the same day. No phone calls from them after requesting one. Don't waste your time with this company. Turning them into the Attorney General in my state for price gouging.

This company claims to offer both OEM (orignal, branded) filters and equivalent replacement filters. As one might expect, the branded filters are more expensive. I ordered the branded filters, and received "equivalent" replacement filters. It is fraudulent if they offer OEM brand and then ship you non-OEM goods. If you want OEM parts, look elsewhere.
EDIT: To give them some credit, they did offer to take back and refund. I asked for, and received a refund for the price difference instead; too much hassle to ship them back. I stand by my comment: don't expect OEM brand items from these folks.
I was searching all over for a replacement water filter for my GE side by side fridge. My old one was discontinued. Found the Filters Fast site and found a replacement part number for what I was looking for. The specs matched and the price couldn't be beat, 1/3 less than I paid before. My filter was delivered on the day they said it would. Was a perfect match and my water and ice work great. I will be using Filters First in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
A pleasure to work with and FiltersFast have auto renewal is a blessing in that I do not need to concern myself with dates and when to purchase a new filter for our refrigerator water feed, awesome and we love it.
I was never told my shipment would be delayed yet they still charged my card. I took the initiative and called to see what was going on and found out that it wasn't even shipped yet. I then proceeded to cancel my order within the same phone. I received an email days later that my order would be delayed and a day after got another email saying that order was shipped and heading to me. Still didn't get my order cancelled nor my money back, therefore called AGAIN, the person was rude and not helpful, told me she can refund me price of the filters but not for shipping. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold forever who ended up not being there. I then called back again, and was told that this person couldn't do anything about it and I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor. No luck. Before calling again, I got a message from my PayPal account that I received a refund from filter fast. I will NEVER do business here again and definitely NOT recommend to friends/family.

Do not purchase anything from FiltersFast. Received wrong filters, had to pay to ship back and then did not receive full refund. Customer service is rude and not helpful, I was told I would have to "PROVE IT" that they made the mistake.
Filters arrive quickly. However, refrigerator water filters are not packaged properly and usually arrive broken. The manufacturers pack them in thin paperboard boxes. FiltersFast puts them in a floppy plastic shipping bag instead of a cardboard box. This combination offers zero protection and the plastic filters are usually broken in shipping.
Terrible communication. The item I ordered took weeks to arrive and I wasn't informed when ordering that the item wasn't in stock. When I contacted customer support to ask about my order, and the delay, I was told that I would be emailed when the item ships within two weeks... ok? It was already more than a month. Thanks for the lack of a helpful answer. I contacted support again and was told that the item was on back order and would be shipped after the first of the year. Great price but terrible customer service.

My wife and I both have allergies and these filter do a better job of cleaning the air than any filter we could buy and at less than 1/2 the cost. We live in WA. State and a couple of years ago when the forest fires left our valley engulfed in smoke we turned on the fan for the a/c and left it run. It literaly took the smoke out of the air. They had us for life after we used the first filter. Thanks again for the clean air.
Really not sure this filter is the correct one for my fridge. It is not as long and all the fittings do not look the same. Called customer service and they said it was a new mfg. I just put a new one in and this is a replacement to have on hand. The numbers match up but the filter just not look like it will be the correct replacement. I guess it will take six months to know.
I placed an order for some whole house filters and was not made aware they were on back order until a least a week later. No personal contact, just an update saying the delivering would be in late October. Late October, no filters, no contact until an update saying delivery on November 6th. No delivery, no contact just an update saying delivery on November 15th when I will not be able to take delivery, no personal contact.
Customer service is slow to respond and unresponsive to addressing the problems I wrote to them about.

I ordered a filter that was suppose to be like the Everydrop 2. When I get it, it is nothing like the Everydrop 2. I wrote and asked for a refund. They have told me that their computer said it was correct and would work. I have written and told them it is not the same and they tell me to watch a youtube video to see how to put in the one I received. It will not work in my fridge and they will not listen to me.

Took my $$ and said nothing - confirmation email said "we'll email you when the filters ship"
After 2 weeks I checked the account and my order said "no payment has been made" - even though I paid through paypal (and their website)
They refunded several hours after I asked bout it (no one answers the 800#) and they said "The payment did not apply as it seemed to be higher that what the actual order was. The order has been cancelled as it didn't show the items on cart and the payment you made through pay pal has been refunded."
So WHY would they not have said something? Terrible service and no way to talk to anyone

First of all it took over a week for it to be delivered - that's more like FiltersSLOW. So out curiosity I started checking around to see if I could find the filters locally only to find that there are other sites that have the same filters HALF the price AND cheaper shipping ($1.99 as opposed to $7.95). This was my first and LAST time ordering from FiltersFast.
