I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.
I placed an order for HVAC filters and a water filter for the fridge on 3/26/20. Paid extra for two day shipping. Didn't receive the water filter until 3/31/20 and as of today 4/7/20 haven't received the HVAC filters. No refund on shipping even offered. If the filters were back ordered, I should have been notified before ordering and expedited shipping not offered. I just want the filters I ordered. Isn't that what your company does? If I knew it was going to take this long I just would have gone to the store and purchased them there.
Second time now with a damaged item. 6 Air filters all crushed with no packaging material to protect them. Try to check order, but it isn't linked to my email, and all I can see is a pat order and some shipping info on the other items, but it isn't listed as to what has shipped. Estimated dates to ship are incorrect. Waiting on phone for an hour, still no response nor a "call back." I feel like I'm calling Dell in 1994 waiting on hold. Big mistake to use these guys unless everything goes right.

Received the product as advertised and in the time promised. Process was easy and painless. Only one complaint. Your commercial on Sirius radio says the first filter is "free". I paid list price with no discount. Did I do something wrong?

I have been a customer of FiltersFast for over a year now. They provide excellent service. My filters are delivered promptly on time, just as requested. Last year the company mistakenly sent out an email which didn't apply to my account. I called them and they stated it was sent in error. However, they immediately offered a free filter delivery for us and were so kind and courteous. We will continue to do business with them. Great company and product. We appreciate it.
I was very pleased with the ordering process, ease of finding a comparable filter at a lower price, and the fast turnaround from placing my order to receiving it in short order! Kudos for this site, and I highly recommend giving them a try next time you need filters!
Customer service stinks! I ordered filters for a commercial customer of ours. I only ordered through Filters Fast because they said they had them in stock with 2 day shipping. Day 4 still haven't shipped. Can't get an update because I have never had success with them answering their phones - EVER! Recording says they will save your place in line and return your call that day. I'm still waiting for a return call on day 4. I emailed them. Sent me an auto reply that was flagged by my computer as containing malicious content. Kudos to the people who rated this company with 5 stars. (Friends and family?)

I ordered one filter and got something completely different in the mail. When I called I was told it was an acceptable substitute. I was told they would reimburse me $10.00 but that never happened. The last Order I made about 6 months ago, I received a defective filter which caused $200.00 worth of damage to my fridge. They did send me a $100.00 gift certificate to use at Sears. But, since they cannot seem to get things right, I am done with Filters Fast.
Thought I was getting a great deal on some furnace filters. Wrong! When I placed my order the item showed as in stock otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. They accepted my order but a few hours later I got an email from them to tell me the item was out of stock. Interestingly their website still shows this particular item in stock and shipping within 24 hours. To rub salt into the wound they have charged my credit card which contravenes MasterCard conditions which state that the card should not be charged until the merchandise is shipped.
I bought 3 refrigerator filters from this company only due to the high price from other companies.
The saying, "You get what you pay for" is never truer in this instant. Since Replacing with filter from Filtersfast.com, my water tastes nasty. I've had my fridge for many years and the water has always tasted good.
It's so bad that I bit the bullet and ordered 3 more from company I used to get filters from. As far as I'm concerned, I already "threw" money away when I ordered these cheap filters.

I've never been able to find air filters that fit my Five Seasons furnace box, except when I ordered custom sized filters a few years ago. FiltersFast had the perfect size filters at my house in a few days, at a much better price than the custom filters. You can't beat that kind of service anywhere, and I'll get a reminder when it's time to order more. Most of those one-star reviews look like operator error.
Coming on 2 months since the order, and 3 emails, telephone calls. Was given UPS shipment number, UPS confirmed the number but never received the package. Then told by filters fast it must be held up in customs. Feel it's the run around and will never see the filters. My credit card company has begun payment dispute with them.
I am not sure what happened this time around but it was not as good as before. The first issue was taking 10 days to ship. In my opinion that is not fast at all. Second, the filters were not the same as the ones I normally buy. They fit fine but my water tasted funny for a while. Better communication on their part would have been ideal.
I have been enrolled for almost 2 years now and then suddenly this time my order did not arrive. I logged on to find out if there was a problem only to find that by purchasing the filters through auto ship I was being charged $20 more for the same items if I simply placed the order in the normal way. I have tried to contact customer service via email and text but have yet to receive a response. They have however contacted me to ask why I have cancelled my auto ship with them! I will NEVER purchase anything form this company again!
This company is responsible and they sell a fine product. I much prefer them to a "big box" store. Delivery was quick and our product arrived in an undamaged box. Thank you FiltersFast. We will definitely use you again.
Used FiltersFast for first time. Was very easy to find and order my filter. Received it quickly and on time, as promised. The cost was not a huge savings, however was somewhat less than purchasing at local home center.
I received an email from this company advising I was going to receive filters per an Auto Delivery order I had placed. I was not familiar with such an order. Tried to contact company. Sat on hold for 30+ minutes no one ever answered. Email says to communicate with them I need to go through my "Client Portal" on their website. I don't have any record of creating an account so not sure how they expect me to utilize that channel. Only good news is that I cancelled my credit card that they referenced in their email. Entered my address correctly, but try to reach the company, it's impossible! Text us or email us but we'll never talk to you! No filters received, no communication from the company. They shipped me three refrigerator filters in a gray plastic bag. One was damaged in transit and could not be used. I could not get any response from this company by phone or email, so ended up having to mail the damaged filter back to them. I installed a second filter, which worked for 4 months and then started leaking past the o-rings. I just installed the last of the three filters, hoping to get some use out of it. The filters are poor quality, and break when shipped in a plastic bag, plus there is no customer service!

Communication is not this company's priority. I did get a new filter in the mail but in the future I am going to buy filters from Amazon or companies that market through them. When something goes wrong, boom you get help and quickly. Even though I got my replacement, I will not order from them again.

I placed my second order for furnace filters from this company when they offered me a $5.00 discount. The filters arrived and there was one filter that was incorrectly manufactured and could not be used. I have been trading emails with them about this for several days. If we could just talk on the phone we could get this resolved. I will never order from them again.
They have not responded to emails, texts, and I can't find a customer support #. No response after 3 full days and I guess they are closed on weekends?
So my story is I used FiltersFast in the past without issue. Now I'm shipped a filter that isn't the same one I've used in the past and it doesn't fit my fridge. Looks like they replaced the old model with this one. I go to install it and it literally blasted back at me! Anyways I have to do a charge back on my credit card and they will never get my business again.
