I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer
BEWARE! They do not stock all items. What they don't stock, they take your money, order the part at wholesale from a vendor and have the vendor (maybe) ship you a part. Total ebay scam tactic. My item was delayed 3 times and it's almost a month since my order. Do not believe their 3 day shipping, their website saying items are in stock, or their constant message that your order will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Filters Fast could not cancel my order because the order was handed off to the company who actually stocks items. Heed my warning. Very shady company. Avoid like the plague.

They charged my credit card multiple times. When I tried to place the order, the website told me: "Transaction was declined, please enter the details again." I tried 2 more cards. I was charged $170.27 total of eight times = $1360!
Yes, that shows up on my bank statement.
So "declined" was not true!
I talked to customer service, and because of the bad reviews here, I also recorded the call.
They told me the charges will be "reverted in a few days". But I don't want them touching my money at all - ever! Instead I bought the filters from another seller.
Now I am asking my bank to block this seller from taking money out of my account.

I ordered a 3 pack of filters for my refrigerator ice/water system. They shipped about five days later, why in this day and age? When they finally arrived, the cheap bag used was torn and two of the filters were completely destroyed. Since I knew at that point I was dealing with a shoddy company, the filters would be of poor quality as well. I bought filters on Amazon to replace the one I needed. These arrived before FiltersFast even responded to my issues. They "claim" they are issuing me a credit for the two damaged ones but that could take at least a week. The one that survived that I wanted to return they charged me $7.99. This company ranks as one of the most pathetic I have dealt with in years. Wake up FiltersFast, there are millions of competitors now online that give excellent service and sell quality products. You just lost a repeat customer.
I have been ordering filter from this company for a number of years. Up until my last order I have always been quite pleased with service.
I buy my refrigerator filters and an under kitchen sink filter through them.
This last order of refrigerator filters was shipped in a thin, grey plastic bag. There was no padding in the bag at all!
The boxes were a MESS. When I wrote to the company about it they seemed unfazed and wanted to know if there was any damage.
Seeing as at least 2 of the 3 that I bought will not be used for quite some time, just how do they expect me to know if the rough handling in the completely inadequate shipping bag has damaged the filters.
I think it's time to shop around the Internet again. If I want boxes that look like they came out of a flea market, maybe that's where I should look.

Still no refund or correction for wrong filters shipped!
Posted a review back in September about wrong filters being shipped and no way to contact company for a redress. As I can see someone from the company answers every negative complaint offering to fix it. Well we tried and as of today there has been no response at all.
I am complaining because someone might believe the company will fix the problem. It will NOT fix anything.

I placed an order for HVAC filters and a water filter for the fridge on 3/26/20. Paid extra for two day shipping. Didn't receive the water filter until 3/31/20 and as of today 4/7/20 haven't received the HVAC filters. No refund on shipping even offered. If the filters were back ordered, I should have been notified before ordering and expedited shipping not offered. I just want the filters I ordered. Isn't that what your company does? If I knew it was going to take this long I just would have gone to the store and purchased them there.

The customer service was extremely slow, only to be told that they would not exchange or return the filters I had purchased, which were the right size but wrong style. Will definitely never order from this company again

Absolutely zero communication. Once you send them your money, you are dumped in a blind, deaf hole. Your purchase shows up... whenever... but for sure, late and with some damage that they would blame on the delivery service and not their pathetic packaging.

I live approximately 30 minutes from the headquarters of this company, and this is apparently where my order originated per the tracking information. Somehow, the order ended up going through Raleigh over two hours away. Now, 14 days later, I haven't seen an update to the tracking information in over a week, and I still have no filter. With all of the negative reviews stating the same issues (shockingly slow shipping and lack of customer service), one would think the company would try to improve. That doesn't appear to be the case at all. I guess they're satisfied being a terrible company. They fooled me once, but it most certainly will not happen again.

We've now ordered 2 different refrigerator water filters, both of which were supposed to fit our older Kenmore refrigerator. Neither one fit and the cost to return was about $10 each time. I think this company simply makes money by sending bogus filters that won't work in order to collect shipping fees. Not a bad model if you're a fly by night company.

Second time now with a damaged item. 6 Air filters all crushed with no packaging material to protect them. Try to check order, but it isn't linked to my email, and all I can see is a pat order and some shipping info on the other items, but it isn't listed as to what has shipped. Estimated dates to ship are incorrect. Waiting on phone for an hour, still no response nor a "call back." I feel like I'm calling Dell in 1994 waiting on hold. Big mistake to use these guys unless everything goes right.

I purchased 4 filters from FiltersFast. Soon after, my refrigerator died and the new refrigerator uses another type of filter. I sent the 4 filters, still new in box, back to FiltersFast for a refund. Having heard nothing from FiltersFast regarding my refund, I called customer service on October 1st and was assisted by Ashley. She rudely told me to wait for an email confirming the return, although they've had the filters since September 17,2020. It's been almost a month now and still no acknowledgement that they are refunding me. Most companies, where you have an account, will show you the status of your refund but FiltersFast does not. Keeping me in the dark and so forcing me to call a rude and unhappy employee, does not make me want to continue to do business with this type of company. I won't buy another thing from FiltersFast.

Horrible! Worst online shopping experience ever! Website is misleading. Items show in-stock, but in reality they are not. I ordered some items over 2 weeks, and then received a notice that item was back on order and it would ship out in over another week. When that date arrived, still no shipment. I called them and was told it would ship out in another week. What?! Oh, and you have to hunt for their phone number on the website because they want you to use email or submit a form to get anywhere. No matter what time of the day, their phone system always tells you there is an "unusually high call volume." You will either have a long hold time, get disconnected, or receive a call back several hours later.
Bad Customer service 4 weeks for special order part. That was not clear. Ordered on Jan 1 and they finally said Feb 1 is reasonable. Don't use this place. Most of their reviews on their site must be fake. It is like 5 stars all the way down. Here I see a bunch of 1 stars.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and have received no shipping information and cannot track. The telephone number is just a message that tells you to email or text. I did so - 3 times, with no response. They say they respond within 24 hours. Not true. I am without any way to make contact with a person and find out what has happened. Will not make the mistake of ordering from this company again.

I purchased GE compatible filters from FiltersFast and they damaged my water filter head resulting in a $225 repair cost. FiltersFast has refused to provide a refund. I'd highly recommend staying away from this company.
Thought I was getting a great deal on some furnace filters. Wrong! When I placed my order the item showed as in stock otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. They accepted my order but a few hours later I got an email from them to tell me the item was out of stock. Interestingly their website still shows this particular item in stock and shipping within 24 hours. To rub salt into the wound they have charged my credit card which contravenes MasterCard conditions which state that the card should not be charged until the merchandise is shipped.
I ordered one filter and got something completely different in the mail. When I called I was told it was an acceptable substitute. I was told they would reimburse me $10.00 but that never happened. The last Order I made about 6 months ago, I received a defective filter which caused $200.00 worth of damage to my fridge. They did send me a $100.00 gift certificate to use at Sears. But, since they cannot seem to get things right, I am done with Filters Fast.
Ordered filter and the arrived a 2+ weeks later. Box that filters were packed in was smashed in on one side. Opened box and found 3 of the 6 filters crushed and unusable. I have contacted filtersfast and I'm still waiting for a reply on what they plan to do. I may just go back to buying what I need in the local store...

I've ordered in the past and been pleased with the service. Went to check out this time and was shocked at the estimated shipping time. Standard, free ground was three weeks. However, FedEx Overnight is stated as 9 days ($58)! What's going on? I called Customer Service and they confirmed the filter was in stock and that those shipping time were correct. Filtersfast seems to be FiltersSlow. At least they are right up front about it. Patience, patience.

I have been buying my refrigerator filters from Filters Fast for quite a few years and have always been quite satisfied... however, the last few years, i've been disappointed. I used to receive reminder emails when my 6 month window for replacement was approaching, but not the last few times. Also, for the last 3 times I've ordered the exact same product, the price has increased approximately $10 each time! That's a huge increase. I have always appreciated the convenience, but I'm not sure if it's worth it any more.
