After more than 6 months exhausting my resources, I tried Find My Profession, and it was a great. Working with RR Brandon made looking for the right position was easy and would recommend FMP to anyone out there looking for the right position in this job market.
They are quick to take you money and not provide the service they provide, I bought the VIP Gold Package for a federal job. After the final draft I had to do some correction (Grammar), I started using and no luck applied for more than 200 positions and nothing. I reached *, Director, Executive Resume Services and I am still waiting over a month for her response and nothing they blame for the pandemic and will not issue a refund or work on my resume. The process was efficient and effective. Paula was very quick and responsive. The only critique I could offer is that they don't provide any type of "career coaching" to narrow down possible titles. So make sure you have a good idea of the job you want. If your career has been more eclectic (like mine), it will take longer and require more thought on your end.

I worked with Greg, who did a stellar job in reworking my resume to better highlight my abilities. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, identified areas where there were key terms that a system might look for, and emphasized my accomplishments without exaggerating them. The format was so much better and more consistent than what I had before. The work was professional, no spelling/grammatical errors, and only one round of minor revisions needed. Greg also provided helpful advice on how to update and adapt the resume with future experience/positions.

What I loved about working with Mike at Find My Profession was that networking just works differently when someone else does it for you.
If you're reaching out to a company and saying "hey, I'm interested in this job and think I'd be a great fit", the natural response is something along the lines of "of course you'd say that -- you want the job."
But when someone else reaches out for you and says that you'd be a great fit, and they don't have any obvious skin in the game, it has a much bigger impact. People are more inclined to take it at face value, and then you have your foot in the door at the company.
Also, money spent on getting a professionally prepared resume is just a good investment. Every mediocre or crappy resume that you send out is a waste of time and burns another opportunity.
If you're ready to take your job search to the next level, would recommend Find My Profession. The resume positions me for success at the right level, Pamela did a great job incorporating the highlights we discussed during the initial review and was creative and patient with edits. The LinkedIn profile updates came out interesting and engaging.
Why 4, not 5 stars? Cost - comparatively, this is a much higher cost than other services available. What would make the cost more acceptable is the option to request 3-5 versions of the resume/cover letter as part of the package. The current services include a guide to revisions.

I had multiple versions of my resume and none of them produced expected results. After I spoke with Jerome and received my first draft, I realised why - the new resume was professionally written and most important well formatted... it had the Wow factor to it. No hard feelings when asked to do few minor adjustments. My experience was great thanks to Rebecca's personality, demonstrated experience, and willingness to go the extra mile. I was able to navigate the site easily and select my resume writing service. I sent a follow up email to Lindsay as I hadn't heard from anyone after 48 hours of paying for my selected service and sending the necessary material as requested in the first email (all within 24 hours). She immediately responded and later the Executive writer emailed me (all within a few hours of my email) Andy was knowledgeable and a great help to a novice just entering an Executive level. He walked through the why's of doing something and how it would benefit me to have it written as such. The same with updating my LinkedIn profile.
