Ordered in January, 2021 have yet to receive merchandise. Now the store site is no longer available.
Message received when I ordered: Thank you for your purchase! Please note that you will only be charged once your order has been confirmed and begins processing. My account was charged on the 1/23/2021 date I received the message by One Click Fashion. I have also been charged each month for a purchase I did not approve. Once they have your information they take over.

I placed an order on February 1,2021 and, as of March 25, have received nothing. My credit card was charged on that date. I sent a message to find out where my order was - was told it was shipped, there was no problem, it would just take a while to arrive due to Covid. I just checked the website, and it is gone. I will be working with my credit card company to get a refund, since nothing was ever shipped to me. I contacted the company that processes their orders - was told they would get back to me. We'll see how that works. STAY AWAY from this site. And I only selected one star rating because I wanted to submit this review. They should have no stars.

This is a scam - I placed an order almost two months ago, and have received nothing. My credit card was charged on Feb 1, 2021, which wasn't supposed to happen until the item was processed and shipped. Now the site appears to have closed. They have not been responsive to my requests for updated information.

Site is new, seems domain was only registered at start of 2021, yet they advertise that they are closing and "giving away all of our last stock at its lowest price ever. Everything must go!" Also, along with closing they are also growing their business (WHAT?)... click on "Careers" tab where they state they are growing at an "exponential rate" and are hiring for a number of specific positions, but no info on where the company is located. There is an email address of *******@FineCraftPuzzles.com BUT when I sent an email asking for company info I received an odd email from a different email address (*******@gmail.com) sharing info about their shipping locations. I searched the *******@gmail.com email and found BBB customer reviews for stating the email is linked with other scam sites.
Bottom line, BEWARE! Always check out sites for yourself before placing an order.

They make everything look good online and try to project the same image as Unidragon puzzles, but they're not even close to the same quality. These puzzles are small, not colorful, and just not fun or well-made. It's a rip-off! You think you're getting Unidragon puzzles and end up with crap nobody wants.

Nothing they say is true - items arrived, but not at all as described or as shown in online photos; NO responses to any emails. Don't throw away your money.

Place my order #******* on March 22nd, 2021. Realized this morning that I hadn't heard anything and previously hadn't been able to find any shipping info for my order. Tried UPS, USPS and FedEx, because my email confirmation didn't say who was shipping it and got no pings on any of those sites. Tried to send an inquiry to their email *******@finecraftpuzzles.com and got a mailer-daemon that they had no record of that email address. Tried both the View Your Order and Visit Out Store Links in the email I received and got nowhere. Both site links no longer exist.
I don't know how many people they've scammed out of money and wasted time, but don't fall for their scam!

Don't use this site, period! It's a huge scam and you'll get nothing but a headache. It's a waste of your Time and Money!!
