I was a loyal customer for 13 years paid them off every order. Over 5k in orders always paid. Then they switch over to Fetti and this new company I was automatically approved! Had almost 3k in credit and had a good score to support having that approval. Then I didn't order anything for a short while because I was busy paying off the advantage. So yeah I was working hard on my credit for a home loan. This sorry company closed my Fetti account without a word until After it was done. This caused my credit to drop 32 pts. That is so dirty as nothing changed except that my credit had improved and I had not ordered anything yet! I will Never Ever do business with such A dirty Company As This Again! STAY AWAY IS All I CAN SAY... They Claim They will Help You Build Credit Well They Close your Account if you don't Keep Charging It Up Hurting Your Credit. Very Sorry Business And Very Ridiculous to Not Inform Customers Hey you need to Order Or We Are Closing Your Account. WORST BUSINESS EVER. SAD BECAUSE I LIKED THEM AND WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THERE'S FOR MANY YEARS! NO APPRECIATION FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OR YOUR HARD WORK TO KEEP YOUR CREDIT IN GOOD STANDING. RUN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Waste of time and money

I started Fingerhut back in August of 2021 and after completing the fresh start program I was given a $400 credit limit which I used to make I believe 3 purchases. I have always paid my bill before the due date AND with the exception of 2 months where I was only able to make a minimum due payment I always paid atleasy $25 over my minimum due. When that joke of Fetti went into effect last April I have had a $100 of restricted credit since then and I've called multiple times to inquire on it being released and was told the amount would decrease with positive payment history. I have made all my payments ontime and more then amount due every month and no decrease in my restricted credit. I called today and asked for it to be released and was told it can't because I owe on my previous account still. When I called the rep out for lying about that and mentioned I have a family member who I live with that owes over $800 on their old fingerhut account and not only has no credit restriction also got 2 increases in the last 6 months he became very rude and argumentive with me and got a serious attitude when I asked for a supervisor. After waiting 20 minutes on hold I spoke with a supervisor supposedly who did not want to do his job and was in a big rush to get off the phone. After telling him either the restricted credit gets applied to my available balance or I won't do business with fingerhut anymore he tried to tell me the same BS lies the previous rep did and also got an attitude when I told him he was wrong. I ended up closing my account I'll take my business somewhere that won't rip me off and hold part of my credit limit hostage

My name is Laura Urrutia and I'm deaf. I ordered two products: Square Plastic Folding Table and Achim Cottage/Country mat. I found out that it was my fault that I didn't change my "shipping" address in the first place when I moved to Folsom, CA, from South San Francisco, CA. I immediately to please reverse it. I tried many different sources to contact/email or mail online. I explained twice about my situation and that it needed to return and re-delivery to my place. But I never get any or any reply about the situation and nothing reply. I think the tenant who lived in an old apartment where I used to live probably accepts it, but I WISH IT were AN SIGNATURE FOR proof of approval. So I assume it already had delivery or the tenant took it, but I BET they didn't try hard enough to look for any product returned and reshipped to my new place. I found out it was already shipped at the old place. One month later, THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR PAYMENT! I saw two items I ordered Plastic Table and a Country mat on the payment. It cost me $163.83 for something I never received the products/orders! I am not going to pay for this because it is SO WRONG! I TRIED TO reach any person but to no avail, or none online. It is a cheap company and cheap manufactured, lousy workers. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROOF BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY SHIPPING PRODUCTS TO MY HOUSE.
