I purchased two (2) pair of shoes from Fingerhut. They sent me two (2) pair of shoes that were obviously worn/used and most likely returned by another customer. They asked me to send the shoes back to them. They have the shoes I returned and claim they did not send those shoes to me. Their response: They didn't send the used shoes to me.
They continue to bill me for the shoes and have now reported to all three (3) credit bureaus that my payments are behind, negatively impacting my credit rating. In reading over the many negative review concerning Fingerhut, I am contacting a couple of attorney firms to have this legally settled. I am thinking that all the folks that have been harassed and lied to by Fingerhut could take part of a class action settlement lawsuit against them.

I've had several issues with damaged products being delivered after a long delay. There's been no resolution back and forth emails. Closing my account, this is the worst company ever, and when fetti took over, the credit line scam is worse

At the beginning of the month my child was murdered and her unborn baby, my payments are normally due on the 22nd I asked for an extension till the 1st and I was told they would not give it to me I have a $3,000 credit line never missed a payment always pay over what my minimum is and this is how it's treated
Not a scam artist trying to get out of making payments I literally I'm a family who just had a huge tragedy not only that but we're dealing with the courts and the arraignments and whatnot money is beyond tight and the fact that my stellar record is now going to be affected and it's going to be reported to a credit bureau really sucks especially considering we are in the middle of trying to buy a home I'm so incredibly disappointed I pay for the lifeline program and everything in case anything were to happen just to find out that what am I paying for my family is obviously suffering a huge tragedy it's made news all the way to Canada and they cannot extend a payment for less than 2 weeks so now I'm going to be hit with fines and penalties and my credit report is going to be damaged buyer beware my mother always told me to stay away I didn't listen
My mom bought me a ring a few months back for my birthday and it was stolen… I've been saving money to replace it without her knowing it was gone because she went out of her way for me when buying it. I used my husbands card because I only had cash. My husband has left his billing address at his parents house over the years because we have moved to a few different apartments so it's easier for him to not have to constantly change the address at the bank. Fingerhut flagged the order as fraud and canceled everything and has hung up on me twice while I'm trying to figure everything out. Do not waste your time with this $#*! company.
I don't know what good this will do, but however, they charged the down payment to my card but is telling me my card was denied and can not send item. And always they're is never no one to talk to, frustrated pissed and confused how do people like them still get a hold of scamming freely.
I wish I could give it a zero stars rating. I order 3 items and only received two. They never shipped the last item (comforter set) but charged us for it anyway. They insist they shipped it but they clearly didn't as their own website showed that it hadn't shipped it and then the next day it was switched magically to delivered. I feel scammed by this company and will never use it again. They wanted us to jump through hoops with police reports and affidavits and all sorts of nonsense when they clearly didn't ship the item. I'm surprised they can get away with this kind of blatant theft in MN. Stay away from this company. Very dishonest in my experience. Never again!
I signed up just to see what i could get. They gave me a 200 limit. I told them to. Close my account. And they. Responded with "we will close it, but it will negatively affect your credit." Such a bull$#*! company.
I brought Birkenstocks for my granddaughter for Christmas. They didn't fit. I returned them and they are not going to refund my money. I only made this purchase from them. Some how they are taking it off my balance which is absolutely ridiculous! I told them I wanted my account closed. I am writing to the BBB see if they can help. So please do not EVER use Fingerhut.
I got a Hisense TV which was over priced and now I'm being killed with fees at $14.10 and interest charges $27.55 a month… I should of just saved up for the tv and bought it… I will NEVER buy anything from Fingerhut again!

Answer: I purched a alcove chair and grant that its not made of leather and has been cracking on the surface however in all fairness to fingerhut i use my chair each and every day so of course the will be ware and tear and its mostly because i use it often most people who make bad comments are not taking this into consideration
