Credit never given for return - Purchased fireplace screen from this retailer, item of POOR quality, returned item and followed all return policy procedures. Have UPS tracking number which names the individual who signed for the item. Three months and many phone calls later I have yet to receive a credit. I have spoken many times to a supervisor in customer service. They have stated that I will receive my credit, but I have yet to get it. I have filed a "dispute" with my credit card company and hope they can help me. This has been a very frustrating situation. I do NOT recommend this retailer. Hope this will help someone else.
