I regretfully purchased a 2018 BMW engine from World Class Engines, believing their promise of quality and warranty protection. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare. Upon installation, my certified BMW mechanic discovered bad valves and an oil leak. When I contacted the warranty department to address these faults, they astoundingly rejected my claim. They stated that to honor the warranty, I needed to replace numerous other parts like the radiator, water pump, and various seals, which my expert mechanic assured me were unnecessary after his inspection.
Their dismissive attitude was further underscored when they suggested my shop should simply comply with the extensive list on the warranty receipt, regardless of the mechanic's findings. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially draining, costing me $5,000 for an engine that was clearly defective from the outset. Their lack of accountability highlights a glaring disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
I would strongly advise against doing business with World Class Engines unless you're eager to waste your money on faulty products and unfulfilled promises. Deceptive warranty terms and unreliable customer service make this company a risky choice. Buyers, beware.
On June 28,2024 I purchased a transmission from First class engines for $2300. The transmission was delivered to BMW of Sterling on July 9th and we were informed the transmission was cracked and inoperable. I immediately contacted Josh with First Class Engines and was told they would expedite a replacement transmission and have it shipped by Monday July 15th. On July 16 I begin to request the shipment tracking information and the company was slow to respond and finally said they are checking on the shipment of the replace. After three days there has been no response on the shipment of the new transmission. After promising a replacement, first class engines sent a return label for the damaged transmission on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 16th and provided no update on the replacement.
No replacement was ever received!
Absolutely the worst experience I've had in any business transaction ever and will surely be the worse you will ever have as well. Zero integrity, horrible engines, liars, I could go on and on but I'm so over it.
