We ordered baby pampers from FirstCry.com,which is online purchasing. We regret why we purchased through online because we didn't receive the product till date. I went ask about the the product in offline service, went to directly to the shop. They responded as we were not connected to FirstCry.com online purchasing that was made me upset. Then I put complaint about this on online, we didn't receive any reply from their side. Don't purchase through online ( the shipment was cancelled) xpressbees shipment name one of worst service.more we couldn't cancel the product also. Such an irritating service.

Would advise everyone to purchase from Amazon as their Return policy is 100 times better. I purchased a pregnancy pillow from First Cry - it came vaccum packed in a tiny box. I opened & didn't like it. Since it was within the return period I requested for a return. The customer service agent (Mr Mohamed Hussein) wanted me to pack the 5 feet pillow back into the tiny box inorder to approve my return... absolutely ridiculous & senseless as it needs to be vaccum pressed to fit back into the tiny box. He never bothered justifying the rejection. Seems like the company was desperate to sell priducts. Sincere advise to everyone - pls buy stuff from. Amazon as their Return policy is 100 times better & hassle free - something that's very much required for online shopping...& online shopping is something which First Cry must shut down immediately as the whole purpose of online shopping is defeated with service like this.

Baby care teether recieved unpacked and full of dirt! And since they don't have return policy for baby care products you will suffer! Another item received twice with the wrong size, they deliver the next day but return is such a pain. I don't recommend this website at all
I ordered one dress online, I am trying to return from past one week, I initiated the return they scheduled return pick up no one called me or came to pick up the product but I am getting message at of the day like return failed because costumer is not reachable / not available some thing. Why don't you send a last date message for monthly membership? To remind the customer, why?
If the customer does not turn up till the last date, then you cancel the membership, and then First Cry profits from this.
That is the wrong way, you should send the message last date of membership.

I ordered a nutribullet as it seemed like a good deal. As I had seen many bad reviews I decided on the cash on delivery option. When it arrived I asked to check the product first, again due to numerous bad reviews. The delivery person said I had to pay first, then I could check. This raised alarm bells as I felt he would not return my money if I was not satisfied with the product. Definitely would not recommend them.

On 3rd June 2020, I placed an order for Philips Avent Natural teats & chicco baby buds. Their website had advertised Philips Avent Natural 2.0 - Pack of 4 teats, so I placed an order for 2 packs in total I should receive 8 teats(I have screenshots of their advertisement for proof). On 4th June afternoon (prompt delivery) I received my package, it contained 2 sets with 2 teats each, instead of 8 teats, I received only 4. So i immediately called up and informed them. They asked me for photos and I sent all the requested proof by email. After repeated follow ups yesterday evening, a lady calls up to inform that it was a tying error from their end. It is not 1 set with 4 quantities but 1 set with 2 teats only. So they can't refund as per their policy neither they can do anything. I requested for a written mail on their response and I am yet to receive one from them. Please be aware when you purchase from this site.
Hilarious experience, should never pay then in advance they show product delivered, where product is never delivered.No customer support exey response just ask customer again n again to register complain, where no response is made. Wastage of hard earned money and time
Order from my daughter dress from first cry first time and my experienced with first cry is very bad.
The courier partner used by first is very bad that it comes late and not a single call connected by its delivery boy and you get a fake message that the Customer not available at given address and not reachable over phone and when you revert back on the no of delivery boy his not shown switch off.
With these type of experience i never ever again visit on first cry.

Maybe you should change your brand name from " Firstcry" to " JustCry ". Your products and service are super eligible in making your customer cry. No wonder you are on most unsatisfactory customers list. Wish I could have done this research before buying anything on your website. All product images are fake and product quality is bad, specially ( JASPO products). There is no resemblance between the actual product and the product listed on your website. Got the same damaged product in the same packing box as a replacement after 20 days, in the worst condition one could ever imagine. Stop making fool out of your customers. Please dont buy this product. There is no zero option available for ratings, Orelse I would rate it in 0.

First Cry cries if you want to return anything. It's happened so often, only shop here if you don't want to return anything. This time, they delivered 14 items 2 weeks late but when you want to return 4 cos of a sizing issue, they'll say we can't pick up, courier the return back to us, making it more inconvenient for returns. And their CSR someone call Abhijeet will put you on hold for a long time just to get back and say 'you'll have to return it yourself and it's just ONE address you'll have to courier it to?!' like that's some solace
Every time we place order, delivery person denies door delivery and keep the order and society gate where orders go missing, despite several request for door delivery they even cancel order and behaves rudely

I ordered two dungaree dresses for my twins, they updated the status delivered but product did not reach me. I chased them for two days, they don't pick customer care call ask to email and responded after 24 hours. I got my product after two days but just a part of purchase again, chasing started on my part, now they agree to refund but asking me to return received product so they refund my money, I don't understand the logic, paid for two received one and and getting refund for one, why should I bear loss for Rs 1000and customer care is not reachable the delivery service xpreessbees is worst.

I raised the return request several times. They are not picking up and updating customer not available but same time they are delivering the product. After some days they are canceling the return. Customer care ll tell only that we escalated it will picked up in 72 hours.if you call the pick up person he is telling we can't pick up as I am busy smtimes they ll tell we don't have resources. This is final purchase from first cry. Product is bad and for that you need to call several times. Please don't buy

Am a club member for first cry am from kolkata. I often buy things for my daughter from this brand but. When i first took the club membership i paid 999 for it and i was told by the store manager that it will benefits you in many ways. Like discount and mainly when your daughter get I year old we will give you a coupon of 2k from which you can buy anything but not the shoes and now on 16 i had my daughter birthday they did not give anything and when i called the customer care they are giving some wired excuses. I just want to say dont lie for membership this is complete cheating i want to talk to the higher authority i want the coupon or i want my club membership money back its fraud only we can say.
Generally they always charge for delivery thou they are delivering from same city,offers are no use coz while biling almost same amount comes including tax and delivery fees.first cry for me is too overrated..

Ordered a blazer for my sons 1st birthday. Firstly we didn't get the package on time and we had to wait 3 days to receive it and we had to finally go to the delivery hub by ourselves to get it and as if that wasn't enough they sent a cheap t-shirt without any tag in a very small package in which a blazer won't fit at any cost and refused to give refund and told us their CCTV footage claims to be right that the package was sent correctly and refused to give us a refund and the service center person was so rude and wasn't ready to even listen to our side and kept saying the same thing and refused to send the CCTV footage as we were ready to send the footage of opening the package.They never replied to it. Ordered hangers on 7th. We're supposed to be delivered on 11th September. Got a message that due to Covid restrictions it's getting late. Strangely enough their customer care is always busy and chat option is automated. I had ordered the hangers for someone's birthday and now I don't even know when will it reach.
We bought a kids cycle from Firstcry Thalassery. We received a damaged product. We requested for an exchange on the same day but the employees were very rude. Very disappointed with Firstcry on the whole. Would never purchase anything from there again.
A horrible company with brand name. It happened with me for 2 times, 1st time with diaper saying i have requested for late delivery whereas i didnt receive call regarding same nor i have requested for any such thing. 2nd time with 4 items which i have ordered n already made payment. Showing in my delivery status as delivered bt already 7 days passed i havent received my product nor i kno where is my product. Only thing which received from them after making several calls to them is "sorry for inconvenience, wait for 5/7 days"... this is disgusting.
